I moved to this apartment community in 2017 and I renewed my contract last summer. The chief reason for my renewal is the excellent caring management. Madi is just awesone. She is the most caring and efficient leasing officer that I have ever met. Madi is always very attentive to what the residents are saying and takes care of issue right away. Adam is also a wonderful manager and Brian also takes good care of the residents. Maintenance team in the property is also very quick and reliable. The propery itself is very well constructed and I have no major issue regarding the durability and comfortness of the building. I just love the peace of mind in my apartment after I get from my work. I love my community.

I have never lived in a place so unorganized and money hungry in my life. They say one thing and do another. Charge you ridiculous fees and can not tell you why. Then when told to talk to a manager....the manager is never available. Im not a complainer....I am not a review person....But this has got to be the worst place I have ever lived...which is sad because my actual apartment is beautiful...The grounds are beautiful...The management and leasing agents have killed this place for me....I have tried to ignore it because I LOVE my apartment but the constant fees and feeling of being watched just to be charged more money makes me uneasy and feel like I can't breathe in my own home. For that I would not recommend this place.
I highly recommend not living here. Management is rude and very unprofessional. Parking is ridiculous... if you plan on having guests make sure they are okay with parking in the Target parking lot. Definitely not worth the cost.
Please RUN AWAY from this place. The apartments are nice but parking is insane and management is terrible. DO NOT LEASE HERE!
Move in day I was assured my apartment had been looked over and was "move in ready". I got there and the air conditioner didn't work. The hot water heater was also not wired correctly. After they were fixed I wanted to start fresh with a positive attitude, 3 weeks into my lease my apartment was broken into. Now I know that isn't the complex's fault but I simply wanted to know how they were going to try and deter future break ins. They informed me that they didn't think there was anything they could do and "Corporate" would have to look into it. The parking complaints are true; if you arrive after 9pm you have to park at target which is across the street. I have not had a positive experience here.
Problems started on move in day when they knew we were going to be coming and they did not have the lease ready to sign or the keys made. We sat in the leasing office for 2 hours while they were calling around from manager to manager to figure out what was going on before we could finally move in during the heat of the day instead of the morning like we planned and arrived there to do. Parking is terrible and the management has been "fixing" the issue for 4 months. There has been times where I have had to park at target across the street because management has told other residents to call the tow truck on people parking in unauthorized spots (handicap, fire lane) when there are no other spots in the whole complex. If you order a package make sure you track it until it arrives because they will NOT notify you it is in the office. Even though the complex was build just a year ago there are already cracks in the walls. You can just tell the apartments were thrown together. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND
Stay away, unless you enjoy parking across the street at Target and walking to your apartment. There is no parking and instead of management fixing the problem, they just ignore it.
Me and my son had just recently moved here from NJ, we love Parkside Windhaven Apartments. Our apartment is amazing, the staff so far in the leasing office, (Raquel, Scott & Tonya) are all great and has been amazing to me and my son and had worked so hard and went way out of their way to make sure we were able to call Parkside Windhaven Apartments our home, the complex is quiet, the premises is clean thanks to maintance and the grounds keepers and the amenities is AWESOME!!! Which my son can test to that.Trust me you won't regret the decision of living here and it's so close and convenient to local stores like a Super Target, Super Walmart, DollarTree and other local great stores right across and nearby the apartment complex. Thank You Parkside Windhaven Apartments for allowing us to call you HOME!!!
I've been here for four months - so far so good! I'm loving it
I promised myself I would write a review after living someone for a month. Well, I've been here 6 weeks so I'm a little behind... but not by much. After doing the crazy online apartment hunt, I knew that reviews could be a good indicator of an apartment.. so, I had to add my two cents. So far I have adored living here, my apartment is absolutely beautiful. The appliances are high end, already having a washer/dryer in unit is incredible, and from a decorative stand point I love all the finishes that they selected. As far as amenities, I have used the gym multiple times and it is nice, and I love the pool. It even has a shallow tanning deck where you can be in the water but still lay out and read. I can see the dog park from my unit and it looks nice, however I do not have a pet so I have never been in the dog park. As for the review about Frances, I don't know what that person is talking about. She fully helped me through my lease, and after showing me the apartment once, she remembered my name and always made me feel welcome anytime I am in the leasing office. Anyway, this was a long review.. but, if you are considering these apartments you won't regret it!

Brand new apartments with modern finishes. State-of-the-art fitness center, multi-use business center, and even a movie theater that you can reserve for a large group! The pool is huge and has enough space to accommodate many people. It also has several covered and furnished BBQ areas to host picnics for family and friends. The area is super convenient and is a stones throw away from many shops and brand new restaurants. Located just off the 121 tollway, it's only 20 minutes from the airport, and 10 minutes from other nearby hot-spots like the Shops of Legacy, and Stonebriar Mall. This is the perfect apartment in the perfect location!
