Stretched along the Mississippi River, Saint Louis is the second most populous city in Missouri. Regarded as the Gateway to the West, Saint Louis was the starting point of Lewis and Clark’s infamous expedition. Saint Louis’ most iconic landmark, the Gateway Arch, is a memorial celebrating the nation’s westward expansion.
In addition to its rich history, Saint Louis offers residents access to exceptional amenities and culture. An apartment in Saint Louis affords you the opportunity to climb sculptures composed of reclaimed building materials at the one-of-a-kind City Museum, or watch the Cardinals play ball at Busch Stadium.
Hit the town and catch a performance at the Fabulous Fox, or indulge in some retail therapy at the massive Saint Louis Outlet Mall. There’s incredible architecture to admire in the Washington Avenue Historic District, or you could experience the flora and fauna on display at the Saint Louis Zoo and Missouri Botanical Garden.

Property Ratings at Half Moon Village Apartments
They don’t fix things and will tell you things don’t need to be fixed. They run you around and then when you get fed up with the run arounds and stand up for yourself. They evict you.
This place is really run down. I lived there for over 3 years and it got worse by the year. They use cheap paint that cracks and chips from opening doors. The ceiling in my apartment was cracked at horribly, packages get stolen, my car was broken into four times, the parking lots has many potholes, the leasing office is very rude. The rent has went up significantly while no improvements are being made. Please find a better living place these people are cheap and money hungry.
I’ve been here for 4 years at the beginning everything was great nice size apartment for the price, neighbors are somewhat friendly, convenient location, amazing school district but soon after everything changed, the staff is rude and hardly answer the phone and hardly ever available via phone or in the office (a friend of mine was trying to get a townhouse for 4 months and they gave her the runaround, kept saying that they would get back with her, and the phone just rand and no one was in the office during regular business hours). They do not spray for bugs (seasonal) and their so many different types of bugs because of the trees wooded areas that surrounds the buildings. My washer and dryer has been used repeatedly (1 year later) even with a note on them saying “not for public use”. My car has also been broken into twice, my license plates where stolen and some of my packages where stolen as well. It is not worth the hassle.
We moved in September to a unit with roaches. they evicted the unit below us because of said roaches. it took MONTHS to get rid of them, and i'm not 100% convinced they're gone. Our balcony is weak and brittle, needs an update. Management is rude, does not help when strangers not only leave COUCHES and TABLES in OUR COMMUNITY garbage, people leave donated food in the hallway. Waste of time and money for the quality of the unit youre getting
DONT MOVE HERE !! Been here a year and roaches , even when before I moved in. Staff is rude in the office I’m sure they are going to try to charge me for damages which I will fight in court. The office is just horrible. Don’t move here please don’t waste your time.
My time at Half Moon Village was fair everything started off great until someone started using my washer and dryer I reported it to the leasing office nothing was done about it, The window where my dryer sat close to started leaking really bad when it rained I reported this to the leasing office the window never got fixed so my dryer would sit in water all the time my storage locker would often get wet when it rain this was also reported to the leasing office and they never fixed it, So some of my personal things was damaged beyond repair. my dryer rusted and I had to replace it. And I gave a 30 day notice cleaned my apartment and they did not give me my deposit back in fact they said I owe them an additional $150. I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone, or any properties owned my Warson Garden Apartments.

Half Moon Village Apartments are nice sized apartments at a reasonable price and they do offer town homes. It is quite has two pools however he laundry room could use some new washers and drys. They have storage in the buildings and washer and dryer hook ups as well. It is also close to the human society for those who love pets or want a new one. I have lived here for 8 months and my son and I are happy to call the place home.
