Located on the northeast side of Memphis, the city of Arlington sits along I-40 and is one of the city's fastest-growing suburbs. With a history dating back to the early 1800s, Arlington used to be Shelby County's best-kept secret -- a rural area for decades. Today, the population is nearly 12,000 and steadily increasing. With its easy commute to Memphis, its tree-filled neighborhoods, and its historic downtown shopping district known as Depot Square, there's much to love about Arlington.
Rich with the character and charm of the Memphis area, Arlington is a historic city with several landmarks. Some of these include S.Y. Wilson & Company (or Wilson's Store), built around 1893 and one of the oldest continuously-operating businesses in the county. The Rachel H.K. Burrow Museum is a great destination after moving to an apartment in Arlington -- learn more about the history of the city by visiting this museum, built in 1905 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Property Ratings at Hall Creek
I moved in September 2021 and have lived here a little over a year. Coming from a living in a rather large sized home to an apartment I was worried I wouldn’t like it. Everything about living here has been wonderful! I got a attached garage unit and it feels like a home. But, no maintenance nor yard work. The neighbors are wonderful! Have to say the best I’ve EVER had. Walk my dog several times a day and have enjoyed myself at the most living here.
I recently moved out of Hall Creek. I am pleased to say that it all went very smooth and was not stressful in any way. Morgan, the assistant manager there was very helpful and kind. I truly enjoyed my time at Hall Creek!
This property really has everything we were looking for in Arlington. The apartment is roomy, the grounds are pretty, and everyone in the office has been really sweet. We are VERY happy with our move to Hall Creek!!
Hall Creek is amazing! The property always look clean and the apartments are spacious and perfect for college students like me. The maintenance team is great and the office staff are very helpful!
Looks nice at first until you move in and step in dog poop every three feet, or have boat trailers and unlicensed cars all over the place ,or free range parentless kids running all over, or people installing brakes and working on their cars in the parking lot etc etc. Hall Creek Apts changed Office Personnel after 2018 and everything went downhill from there. It became a low standard poorly run Apartment complex supported by inept non-supportive management staff.
My apartments are beautiful and spacious and conveniently located near the malls and stores and schools in the area. Love it!!
These are brand new apartments with tons of amenities! The salt-water pool is perfect with cabanas and grilling stations. The managers are wonderful and have such servants hearts!
I have been living here for a couple of months. I love these apartments. They are very peaceful apartments. They are in a small town environment and yet still close to the city. The salt water pool is beautiful. There is a very nice work out room. I am so glad I moved here. The apartments are very nice looking. I love my attached garage to my apartment. I love that is gated. I would highly recommend these apartments.
