I just moved in but my experience so far has been pleasant the office staff is extremely nice and helpful and everything in the apartment is lovely.

Very friendly, always willing to help and answer questions. Spaces are perfect and very convenient, it has all the amenities that I was looking for.

Apartments are modern and look very nice and they have a very cool sky deck. The gym is really nice and a good size with good machines. Pretty much all you need for an apartment. Very close to DT Dallas.

I have absolutely loved my resident experience at my apartment complex, especially the apartment itself. The spacious layout and modern design make it feel like home the moment I walk in. I appreciate the thoughtful details, like the large windows that let in plenty of natural light and the updated kitchen that makes cooking enjoyable. The peaceful environment allows me to relax after a long day, while the comfortable amenities provide everything I need at my fingertips. Living here has exceeded my expectations, and I truly love coming home to my cozy apartment every day.

There's a few things that could be improved around the complex like security and accessibility, also cleanliness, tenants allow their pets to relieve themselves in the halls and don't clean it up. Office staff is friendly and helpful and will usually get someone to clean up after it's reported.

Security of the building and the increase of crime in the surrounding area continue to be a concern. There quality of living has declined as the cost has increased.

The location is perfect and Chris in the leasing office is so helpful and personable. The amenities are great and I feel very secure with the parking garage and key fob for all the doors

I absolutely love my apartment! The spacious layout is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The amenities are fantastic, especially the fitness center and the pool. The pool area is a perfect spot to relax, and I appreciate the well-maintained grounds and friendly community vibe. It truly feels like a perfect oasis, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice!

The leasing office has been nothing short of professional, helpful and very kind! I moved in yesterday and so far, everything has been smooth.

I love Hsll street flats. They keep the building clean. Managment is nice and courteous and always helpful. They have made so many improvements to ensure our building is secured and safe.

everyone’s pretty nice, more of a sense commute of a community than my last apartment complex I just wish there was a way that guess could be let in without having to come downstairs only downside so far

I really do love living here at Hall Street Flats. I have said this before, but nothing has really changed is our gate to the garage is consistently broken and that is the reason for one star missing.

As a new resident, so far so good. All the neighbors have been friendly as I was moving in. I haven't had a chance to explorer shared spaces yet. The leasing agent was very helpful in getting me all the information I needed. Several measures are put in place to make you feel secure. Some may see it as an inconvenience, but I appreciate it.

feels almost like a dream! i absolutely love this community. the location is perfect (starbucks down the street, target, petsmart and several restaurants less than 3 minutes away). the leasing agents are professional and always respond to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. the parking garage is safe and secure. i can sleep with a peace of mind knowing my car won’t be broken into. every hallway smells great and the premises are in pristine condition. i’m a current resident and have no complaints about hall street flats. i love it here and truly feel like i made the right decision in making this my home.

I really do love living at Hall Street Flats. My apartment is so spacious and has great amenities. There are small things here and there that annoy me, but I have to believe that is true for any apartment

I moved from Kentucky to Dallas and found this place online and I'm glad I wasn't wrong. I love living here, the location of this community, the apartments, the pool is very cool! Everything is great and convenient!

I just resigned my lease because I absolutely love it here! Our apartment is so large and we do not pay absurd pricing for it. My only complaint is that the garage gates are constantly having issues

So far, i love it here. The staff is great, Boston is the best. Gym facilities are always clean and so are the elevators and the rest of the amenities.

I have just moved in and it has been an amazing experience so far. The pool is lovely, the gym has all the equipments needed and the security is pretty good as well.

The service is excellent and the apartment is top of the line. Community seems very organize and sweet. The apartment amenities are great. Gym with top of the line equipment. Parcel service is great too.

It’s been great so far, I’ve really enjoyed being here. The only downside is the grills don’t work. Other than that everything has been great.

Saw a resident leave dog poop in the hallway. The build of apartments seems solid. Maintenance has been responsive and the apartment seemed decently cleaned before moving in.

I love it here and feel so safe! Moving to a new city can be a little challenging not knowing the area but I can see myself living here for a long time!

I love living at Hall Street Flats! I truly do not have ant complaints about living here! Any maintenance issue I have had has been fixed that same day!!

We love our apartment community, we have met a couple of our neighbors and they are all so welcoming. The amenities are very nice, love the pool and the gym, the key fob is very cool and we love the security of the complex

Maintenance team is professional and courteous. They respond very quickly to any requests submitted through the resident portal to ensure property is properly taken care of.

I love Hall street flats management is superb and I love the fact that the halls are cleaned daily. The Amenities are everything we could ask for more. It’s a very nice peaceful environment to simply enjoy life.

I'm enjoying the complex so far, and have had a great experience with maintenance and zero issues with packages. My only con is that hallway cleanup could be improved. I've seen dog waste in hallways multiple times and even stepped in it once causing me to have to throw away my shoes.

Moved in on Saturday and have made quite a few friends. Residents are very helpful and have no problem stopping what they are doing to assist. Quiet neighborhood, clean and smooth move.

Only been here a few days but, so far everything is good. Love the apartment, the hallways smell nice and it feels safe. Love the apartment layout and all the storage that it provides.

We love it here. It gives hotel vibes, the neighbors are super friendly, the amenities are nice. Trash area is weirdly clean lol. The apartments are somewhat sound proof, I can’t hear my neighbors or their music while inside my apartment

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The city needs to fix the roads but other than that no complaints. Great place to live! The staff here are kind and helpful.

Just moved in two days ago. Even though there’s been hiccups, I really love the apartment. The interior and amenities are great and Chris in leasing is amazing too!

Chris is AMAZING! He went above and beyond to make my tour, lease, and move-in experience a breeze. All of the management staff was so helpful.

The whole process was super easy, first week living here so far no issues. The units are really nice and modern. The gym is really complete. Staff have been very nice as a whole. Please keep in mind that one side of the complex is next to a low-income neighborhood and the other side is next to other complexes that are also nice and well-kept. Complex so far feels safe and clean.

I love Hall Street Flats! My experience living here has been great! I think we get a lot of space for the price we pay which was something very important to me. My only complaint would be that our garage doors have been stuck leaving them open 24/7 which I would like to see fixed

The apartment itself with the amenities is 10/10. The place is well kept up and so far it has been a great experience. The noise level has not been a problem. Overall great experience

Just moved in, but it’s everything I’ve wanted so far! Quiet and safe. Plenty of room. Staff was extremely helpful when my fiancée and I started the process.

Just moved in last week and so far it's wonderful! We had a pretty seamless move-in experience, office was quick and knowledgable. It's pretty easy to navigate the complex as they give you a map to find your way around to every amenity.

Living here has been great. The building is clean and maintenance responds quickly! There is plenty of parking and I loved that it is covered.
