We have only been living here for a couple weeks but we feel so comfortable and happy. The whole building is very friendly and clean with so many amenities to enjoy that can fill out a whole weekend. Olivia was such wonderful help during our move in process and everything felt pretty seamless. We are so happy to be here!

It's the best apartment I've ever lived in. Everyone in the apartment is so friendly as well. The best part is that it's so clean and organized

The amenities are fantastic and the staff are incredibly helpful! Everything being keyless makes moving in so easy, and the laundry machines are controlled by an app- way better than using quarters!

Move in went smoothly. Apartment was freshly painted and sparkling clean. Staff were very helpful when questions were asked. The Dollie’s supplied are great for groceries or carrying anything heavy from your car

Halstead is a great complex with wonderful amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful. The units are very spacious, I do wish the kitchens were more updated, but overall amazing!

I really like the community events, make the community know each other and ultimately the environment more friendly, the common areas are well maintain as well

It’s been a smooth and seamless transition with moving in. The apartment was well cleaned and welcoming for my move in and all the staff were readily accessible to assist with any questions I had.

Move-in was smooth. Staff was great! Use of Latch app was very helpful, so I didn’t have to make the trek to the front door to give access for internet installatio.

Going into my sixth month and nothing but positive things to say. The property and amenities are top notch, management is very responsive and you can't beat the location.

The whole move in experience was seamless and Olivia couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the whole process. My new place was spotless upon move in, the loading dock reserve at a timeframe convenient for me, and the walkthrough of amenities very informative. Can’t wait for my next year at the Halstead to see what new experiences it brings!

I just moved here from out of state and so far the process has been smooth sailing! The apartment was updated and extremely clean soon entry and they left me a Rhode Island coaster set as a gift. The amenities are well kept up and the staff is attentive.

The pool is a wonderful amenity, and the heated features allow for year-round enjoyment. The community spaces are also quite impressive. Love the building.

Love the place only issue I had was on move in day, we were only given a 2 hour window to use the dock. We did not have a lot of time. Apartment was nice and clean however, a couple lights are broken and I do not like that the shower in the master bed room I can’t take the bar down to adjust and the shower head is not good. Other than that I love it. The staff are awesome.

Went the whole Summer without central AC in my unit. They were supposed to fix it but having been "waiting on a part" for months. Everything else is pretty good.

Phenomenal amenities and staff! I find the spaces to be a good value relative to similar options in the area. I highly recommend considering the Halstead as your home base in PVD.

The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Only a couple of days in thus far, but so far the apartment and amenities have been awesome! I also love the historical touches retained in the complex.

My boyfriend and I just moved in a week ago and we have loved every minute of being here so far. The community is beautiful and everyone is so friendly. We love being here and can't wait to spend the time being here!

It’s been awesome so far!! My husband and I just moved to Providence and we found a beautiful place to live!! Excited to be close to downtown to explore. :)

It has been a great time for us here at the Halstead! Our dog Bella loves the dog park and we enjoy being here with our dog and we always get to meet new people as well

Love my experience here! All the staff is great. The maintenance team is fast, kind, and does good work. All problems around the area are handled quickly and effectively if there are any

The office staff and maintenance team are attentive, flexible and friendly. Digital locks laundry, and highly secure. Can't recommend enough! Have thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

The apartment and amenities are beautiful. Staff are friendly and helpful most of the time. However, Maintenance for common area has been very slow and respective communication is subpar. For example, one door at the connecting walkway from the apartment building to the garage has been "out of order" for half a year and the security hence been compromised, the garage gates are malfunctioning "occasionally" and residents may get stuck inside and not unable make it to work in time, the gym had HVAC down for weeks in summertime and no communication made unless you actively reached out, fire pit at the stunning rooftop have been broken, etc. Maintenance for individual unit has been excellent but sadly not the common areas. Besides this critical need for improvement, the Halstead is a great option for living in/near downtown Providence.

I have just moved in. This is the first time I have lived in Providence. Every employee I’ve met has been so very helpful especially Henry. Moving after 30 years was a big deal. But my first week has gone very well.

No in unit washer and dryer. People wash their pet items in the washer so there’s pet hair everywhere. If you live in a loft the second floor doesn’t get AC so it’s really hot

Everyone seems friendly and courteous. The noise level is good and neighbors tend to be helpful and respectful. There are so many dogs here and for the most part pet owners are mindful of the barking but there are always a few that disregard the social rules.

Very good amenities and first day experience. Absolutely thrilled I chose this apartment. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new place.

We had a great time moving in, the loading dock was easy to use and every member of the staff was so helpful and kind! The amenities are fantastic, every aspect of the shared areas are clean and well thought out, couldn't be happier.

Great apartment! Beautiful spaces with the most amazing amenities offered! Short walk to anything you’d want - we’re so happy! Also amazing price for what you are getting!

The apartment complex is well kept and tenants are respectful of one another. There is an added cost to everything and with rent prices increasing things can get quite expensive.

Move in was easy, having access to loading dock for the morning made it easy for furniture delivery and loading from our car. The staff very friendly and helpful. We really like the apartment and location.

My fiancé and I have almost been here for a year now and we love it here. We love the dog park, as well as the other amenities we have in the building.

I love living at halstead. The staff and maintenence team are incredible. Everything is clean and well maintained. The gym may be my favorite part of this whole place

Its a nice place to stay in if you looking for comfort and good service. I didn’t give my experience a 5 stars because i was having problems with water leaking from the ceiling,

Love the resident gatherings and hosting of various events from food/drinks to celebrating holidays to DIY themes. There’s no shortage of creative ideas from the Halstead/Bozzuto team, keep them coming!

Amazing! my partner and I love living here so much we will absolutely be staying for multiple years to come and just renewed our lease! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND

Repairs and services are quickly completed. Complex is clean and convenient. Most residents keep to themselves which is a positive for me. Prices are increasing though

I would choose Halstead Apartments again if I was searching for a new home. Bozzuto is always on top of the residents needs; they have events planned each month, they are actively looking to improve resident experiences by adding amenities. Amenities are clean and well kept.

Lovely place to live with fantastic amenities, the onsite staff are great and are very friendly. The gym is so modern and clean along with the pool.

My first week here has been nothing short of AMAZING! The amenities, my apartment, the dogs, the cold brew, THE POOL! I’ve been thoroughly impressed and love my new apartment!

My experience here has been great! The staff is always kind and responsive. Everyone does their jobs perfectly. Aside from the occasional loud neighbors and chaotic mailroom (which is organized by the end of each day), this place has been perfect
