I have been living in this residence for almost 3 years but about 2 to 3 months ago they changed the management and they have terrible attention to the residents, they are disrespectful and when you place a service order for them to fix the damage and they say they will fix it but they never send no one to fix, now we apply for a change and they have us giving excuses that not even they believe. the worst administration they have right now.
They pay more attention to having the office looking flawless but once you get into the community you can see where all their energy went into. It’s just horrible I have heard from some people that their cars have been broken into because well the gate is open 24/7 for anyone to come in even if they do not live here. Rent has went up so much and the quality of living does not match up. I had a whole pot of cooked rice dumped on my front lawn. I am forever picking up garbage off my lawn forks, socks, banana peels, I have even seen takeout containers in front of someone’s lawn. It is terrible. The jacuzzi doesn’t work and it’s been broken for nearly a year. But there’s brand new furnitures and TVs. People are on their patio singing karaoke and playing loud music till 4am. The tenants above me stomp and slam everything that my walls shake and it sounds like the ceiling is going to collapse. Can’t tell the office because they will just say call the non emergency we can’t do anything.

The gates on this “gated community” have been broken since I moved in almost a year ago. I have had over 10 packages stolen from my front door. Management then said I could have packages left at the leasing office only for them to change their minds. Someone tried to break into my car while I was on vacation. Management does respond to emails or return phone calls. Dog park has fleas so it is unusable.

The Halston Citrus Ridge is a shell of its former self (The Aspect). The Aspect was a great property, with a great staff, and great maintenance. Since the HCR took over they jacked up prices without any justification. You’d think with the price hike of $400 you’d be getting a bunch of great renovations and amenities along with a great property. That is far from the case. After hurricane Ian, elevators didn’t work for 3 months. They don’t take care of the grounds. It’s littered with cigarette, trash, and dog poop bags. Not to mention all of the grass that was at the property is now dead and filled with weeds and sand. The only renovations they have done since taking over is putting a layer of blacktop over the road(which wasn’t needed IMO), and renovate the pool which took a month longer than scheduled(there is no visible difference in the renovation). The inside of the apartments are fine but not worth the charging price. The breezeways are never cleaned or power washed. There is constant liter from our neighbors and it never gets cleaned. If you are moving here because of Disney there are much better places that you don’t have to be stuck on 192 to get to. Overall I'm very disappointed in the Halston Citrus Ridge as they squandered a once great apartment complex that I very much enjoyed living in. I am looking forward to getting out of here.
Elevators were broken from July through November. They are now broken again. This place is a literal mess.
I absolutely loved this apartment complex when it was under “the aspect” management. I’ve lived here for over a year and a half. When this new management took over, everything went down hill. The previous management had landscapers out every week. The grounds were beautiful. Now, with the new management the grass is all dead because they didn’t hire anyone to mow or take care of the landscaping. The grass was so tall at one point I was afraid to walk in it. There were snakes and bugs everywhere. It looked deserted. Mushrooms were everywhere. I was terrified for dog owners who had to take their dogs in the high grass to let them go potty. Then, when our lease had to be renewed it went up $340 a month. Elevators have been down for months. The front office lies saying they are waiting on parts from Ukraine?? They don’t answer their phones either. They constantly don’t reply back to my emails and mark work orders completed without doing anything. If you decide to rent here (which I highly don’t recommend), please make sure to check your statements and monitor what they are charging you for rent. Water, technology package, and trash are supposed to be a flat fee. It legitimately states that on the contract I signed. I happened to check and saw they were charging more. I went to the front desk and the girl couldn’t help me. She informed me to email their company and “if there’s enough complaints then they’ll address it.” There were 2 other tenants in the office with me who were there for the same issue!!! And if you didn’t pay, they charged you late fees. Not to mention with hurricane Ian on Sep 28th, they still haven’t picked up trees or debris. There’s still a palm tree that’s snapped in half by the front entrance. Hoping that doesn’t fall on anyones car!! I have pictures if anyone needs it. All the previous reviews are extremely old. I would’ve rated the aspect a 5 star, but now they decided to sell the property. This company cares more about flipping and remodeling the apartments than ensuring tenants have a working elevator, safe grounds to walk on, and their questions answered in a timely manner. They can’t even do the bare minimum here. It’s disgusting. There’s so many apartments open and no one is filling them. I will NOT be renewing.
It's been from bad to terrible...First the always broken down elevators, then the trash, then the grass, then they change admin and now they don't even pick up the phone...And suddenly the rent can go up $400-$500...Look someplace else. Bunch of liars in here.

If you’re looking for a amazing and quiet neighbourhood and place to live the aspect Is there a place for you. They have an amazing apartment pool , gym neighbourhood and especially the stuff in the community when I move I during expect that the staff will treat me so well in the community especially Jennyfer and the staff members I recommend this with my eyes closed

I love my new apt! When I walked in I was greeted by Luis who took me into Jennyfer’s office. They both were very attentive to my needs. I ended up with a fourth floor pool view apartment! I love everything about it specially the bay windows.

I am so grateful to the Aspect team. Alex moved around my move-in because of Hurricane Dorian so that it wouldn't mess with my schedule, which even meant putting me in a better apartment! They were so helpful during my move-in, a special thank you to maintenance for walking through my apartment with me and answering all of my questions. My only concern was my door lock because my key didn't really work. I asked for a new one and they did it within an hour! My new home is beautiful, I love the staff here, and I'm loving this location. Everything you could possibly need is within 5 minutes!

Construction quality is very low. Staff is terribly rude. Rules change often. Starts out very nice. Follow through is non existent. There is no service here. They do not care about you

Terrible management (The Aspect), additional monthly charges, hidden fees, after signing contract (don’t trust final amount on contract!), noisy neighborhood, terrible balcony design (spaces between woods and people don’t prefer to take their pets out walking for their needs. Instead they allow them to do on balcony and it goes all the way down, so watch out if you don’t live on fourth floor!), smelly lake (most likely swamp most of year, get prepared dealing with smell, frogs, lizards, snakes and bugs even if you live upstairs!). It’s been 3 months of signing contract and I already regret it!

I lived at Bella Apartments for 2 years. At first it was wonderful. The apartments were amazing , the office and management staff was awesome, they threw parties for us all the time with free food and alcohol, and the price of rent was affordable. After Bella switched to Milestone Management it is now a disaster, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I complained of mold growing in my apartment for months and maintenance never did anything about it--that is a safety concern and a health hazard. Every time their response was that nothing is wrong or they would say that it is okay because you're moving out in a few months. I had several issues with broken appliances in my apartment and maintenance and the office staff would be SO SLOW about responding and fixing my problems. When I moved out it took them well over the 30 days, which is against the law, in Florida to get me my security deposit back because they sent it to the wrong person!!!! The management staff at Bella is beyond useless and so is the management staff at Milestone in their corporate office. I left so many messages and never heard back. The workers for Bella and Milestone are rude, disrespectful, dumb, and honestly just do not care. Bella is overpriced for what you get and raccoons surround the complex at night. The office does not accept packages like most others do, and the 192 area is terrible where the apartment is centrally located. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
The overall experience is horrible. The office staff is ran by extremely young females that do not understand how to run a business. They do not take notes for each other if a resident needs assistance. I have to call multiple times in one day for anything kind of questions I need answered. I have been here since October 2015 and I have never seen the manager out of his/her office. I do not even know the gender of the manager or the name. The manager does not care about the residence. I have been told twice within a year that I did not pay rent on time, when I had multiple bank statements and the receipt from the complex stating that I did pay on time. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I have called multiple times for maintenance. They take their sweet time fixing things around here. for example. My toilet in my roommates bedroom is broken and will not flush. We tried calling the office and they made up an excuse that they could not classify it as an emergency because "you have two bathrooms, you and your roommate can share a bathroom." UNACCEPTABLE!!!! The office will not hand the mailman packages for you, that is if you package is too big for the outgoing mail slot. so this means you have to go out of your way to mail packages and drive to a USPS store. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are saying. It is gated however, never monitored by any kind of security. Ive never even seen a police officer on patrol around the complex.UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT BELLA APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just moved in and I can say this place is amazing and everyone here is so friendly! The property is very beautiful, clean, and there is a lot of parking (which is a plus). I also love that it is a gated community. When I moved in the apartment was clean and looked fabulous I only had a minor problem with the air conditioner but the maintenance guy came to my apartment to fix it as soon as I requested it. Now my apartment is nice and cool. The complex is super close to Publix, Walmart, restaurants, shopping, and DISNEY! the maintenance guy was quick to help me get a dolly so I could move some furniture in; he is super nice guy! I would most definitely recommend moving into this complex it really feels like a great place to call home.
The couple is beautiful with fantastic amenities. Love it so much. Management is friendly and understandable. Mainitence is fast and efficient. All around great place. A tad expensive but worth it in the end.
When I first walked into Bella Apartments in 2012, I knew I could start my new life here. We (my husband and I) have been living in the same 2b/2b since we moved in! Both bedrooms are considered Master Bedrooms and have BIG walk in closets. The apartment came with a washer/dryer in the unit--oh, and for those neat freaks...the bar table//counter tops are Formica---SUPER easy to clean!! The best thing is, this place is PET FRIENDLY (FYI they are REAL strict on dog owners throwing away their dog's feces--they provide baggies and MULTIPLE little trash bin areas)!! Not to mention it's, like, ten minutes away from a flea market, Disney, gas stations, Target, Walmart, UPS/FedEx, Publix, fast food chains and restaurants...you get the idea. There's a LOT of things close by. Even though we live on the second floor--and moving was CRAZY-- this place has elevators, which helped me consider my move...not many apartments in this area have elevators!! There is a pool and Jacuzzi, I think 4 or 5 grills, two flat screen HDTVs by the pool, (I've seen kids hook up their game consoles to one--I think XBox?) a gym area (the only thing I wish is that it was a bit bigger, but there's a jogging trail just past the pool), another area that I've seen be used for Yoga//ballroom dancing, and the clubhouse is cool...that's where they'll host events if it rains, and computers/printers are there if you need to use them. The Staff is amazing---ESPECIALLY MAINTENANCE--any problems I encountered were handled that same day, whether it was an emergency maintenance issue, or just that a light bulb burnt out. They host parties--movies by the pool, bingo, yoga, ZUMBA (I love that!!), and when it was Super Bowl time, hubby got to go to the club house, cause they hosted a party there!! It's fun, and there's Free Food. You'll be able to mingle and meet with the other residents, which is cool because you'll eventually see the same faces over and over and--well, I've made some great friendships here. Parents--The school bus stop is JUST OUTSIDE the Gated Entrance to Bella!! This is a great community; and since it's gated, I feel really safe.
Our apartment building just recently changed management and the new management vdies not care about their Tennant's. There was a young girl that cut her foot at our pool and had to get stitches and they have yet to fix the issue. Office staff is rude and cold except for two. There are mushrooms growing everywhere that can be potentially harmful to the animals that live here. That have had gardeners here to do the landscaping but still nothing to help.
Bela apartments is an amazing place to live. It is a gated complex that has a fitness room, a pool, a hot tub, & a walking trail.
