After giving all paperwork was told by Brittney I was approved and even received an APPROVAL LETTER thru my email. But the next day received a phone call from Carie stating my application was still processing. After a week and half I was told that I was not approved, but that information came from another guest that lives there, because they gave her my information. I was very upset and they ALL need more training instead of saying “ We’re moving to a new company that took over.” And good luck on trying to reach someone by phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
The rent is insane, gates are always broke and have had no parking at all many nights. Filing a complaint? Save your breath, have had decent experience with maintenance interior is nice besides the bugs and expect amenities/utilities price increases out of nowhere

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. The only time your rent changes is during renewal and options of lease renewal term are offered to our residents. The gate is completely operational. The only issue we continue to have are residents and visitors hitting the gate. Unfortunately, when they hit the gate, it will cease to function and we have to call an outside vendor to make the repairs. This does take time and is not an immediate fix. How you can assist us is if you see anyone running the gate or hitting the gate, please give us the automobile information and tag number. This way we can try to stop this behavior. Been living here almost three years no issues office staff is great especially Diana she was there when my dad passed away and help me work my rent out and now I'm up in the hospital and she was there again that's great Management in my opinion thanks again Harris Bridge overlook

Been living here for 9 months we can’t wait until this lease is up . The Good : We have the 2 bed room so we can have people over and it is spacious and was renovated right before we came in so it does look nice. The bad Maintenance tries their best around here but most of the people while live here are so inconsiderate for anyone else and leave garbage on their cars or outside their doors, they are super loud , no one cleans up dog poop, the people above me smoke on their deck and my deck gets covered in ashes every day. The buildings are very dirty and never cleaned . My dryer vent is so clogged that it takes 2 times for my dryer to dry( brand new dryer ) so I asked them to clean it they came out with a vacuum and sucked like 2 feet of it clean and won’t do nothing else about it. 3 of my windows leak and get moldy and we get roaches and ants inside a lot. If your looking for a decent place that’s cheap this place is ok but if you want a place that’s nice , clean and live with nice people this is not the place for you. These next 3 months can not go fast enough for me ...

I've been here for about 5 months now and I'd recommend this community. It isn't perfect, the exterior of the community could use some updating (especially the lighting), I don't always care for my neighbors, and the community is constantly having issues with the gate arm because the people here break it all the time, but the staff is amazing and so is the maintenance group. I've been pregnant the entire time I've lived her and from day one I was shown kindness. The office staff check on the baby every time I'm up there, they have personally helped me get packages up to my apartment, and they have offered to help me during my bed rest. Plus, anytime I've needed maintenance they were quick to respond and they have impressed me on their repairs. I've lived in apartment communities throughout Tennessee, Georgia, and Texas and I'm here to tell you that I'd recommend Harris Bridge.

The gates are damaged by individuals on occasion and we do our est to have them fixed as soon as possible. The outside lighting issue has been addressed and we are currently working on all outside lighting both cleaning of fixture and replacing bulbs. Lastly, the breezeways will be power washed with in the next few weeks. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention; we value all resident feedback so we can improve as a community and as a team.
My apartment was roach infested for more than half the time I was living there. Quarterly bug inspections are not done, and every neighbor I have talked to either has a roach, ant, or mold infestation. Our neighbors would clean the hallway where all the doors met with bleach on a daily basis. It was that bad. Do not give here, there are so many other issues but Im only given 50 characters. Doesn't deserve a star!

We offer pest control service that offers treatment service dates weekly, on Tuesdays, as a preventative measure. For treatment we just ask that you let us know when you are ready for it, and we’ll have you taken care of within the week! Preventatives are key when living in any apartment community. When we are made aware of pest issues, we also perform housekeeping inspections and pay extra special attention to the breezeways and grounds around the affected area. It sounds like you have already moved, and we wish you the best in your new home! I hope that you’ll consider us again in the future under the expert management of our current team. With the space, renovations, amenities and AMAZING new staff, we have no doubt you would be pleased with Harris Bridge Overlook in the future.
I Do not recommend anyone move here there are so many issues I do not know where to begin... all the employees do not know how to do there job and should be fired if u have an issue it most likely will not get resolved and the property manager Mia refused to see us when we went to try and resolve it....we are always having problems getting in the gate, there is trash everywhere around the property, the windows and bathrooms mold, and the breezeways are very dirty they use to pressure wash them and havent in years they don't come out and spray yearly for bugs anymore or change out the ac filters unless you ask or have an issue with your unit....for what you pay it is not worth it

Im not even sure why this place is even in business. We were never given a walk-thru, maintenance requests take weeks to complete or never actually get completed. Pest control issues, trash left around building, mailbox, pool and clubhouse area. Its a disgusting neighborhood and the apartments are poorly insulated, rugs that do not get ripped out and mold growing under the sinks.

Of course you have your average apartment management that works harder for prospective renters than for residents themselves. But I must say, for an apartment complex that houses possibly more than or close to 100 units, they are doing a semi-splendid job. When in the market, I applied here not knowing what to expect due to its fluctuating price in the order of leasing terms, quote holding, and moving date. There are the basic fees such as, app fee, administration fee(one time), and general household fees like water, trash, and pest control(est. $63/monthly). You do have to activate your separate electric metering through Greystone Power, which is conveniently located less than a mile away from the complex. They also accept any cable provider company which is a plus! As for management, it is sometimes hard to get in contact with them via telephone, but walking in the office is best, knowing they have no choice but to provide customer service. Emailing them is the worst option, in fact, I even question if they receive any emails at all. They are relatively fast in completing maintenance request, and helping you solve issues related to monthly payments, neighbors (which has yet to be a problem), amenities, etc. The gate is now broken, again. But I can honestly not blame the management for this, because when I first visited, the gate was not in service and within a week or two, I moved in with a fully capable working security gate. I hope they get it fixed again soon because that is a main concern to current tenants and future residents. The impatient tenants now, just need to stop running it in. The amenities include a decent sized swimming pool, an equipped gym, a self service auto care facility(which I have heard does not work, and hasn't been for quite some years), a tennis court, business center, laundry room (24/hrs), and online payments and requests. The apartments themselves, are extremely spacious, equipped with garden tubs, an all electric laundry room(washer/dryer not included), an electric stove/oven, and refrigerator. There is no microwave. There is an abundance of floorplans to choose from as well, which I loved! The complex is located right off of a parkway, so there is a lot of continuous street noise, which is something you wouldn't mind when you get accustomed. Lastly, there is The Sunshine House located directly across from the building which is a plus for families. I can say they've successfully met my expectations.
I have lived in 3 different apartments and this one is my least favorite. I used to live in a 1100 sq ft apartment and only paid $600/month. The apartment I live in now is only about 800 sq ft and I pay $800/month with the same amenities I had at the other apartments. Based on what I have had is not worth the price I am paying now, especially since I have to drive my trash to the other end of the complex.
