Weehawken is a relatively small city in Hudson County, overlooking the New York skyline. It contains the entrance point to the Lincoln Tunnel, providing additional routes into the city.
Both affordable and luxury apartments can be found along Park Avenue, which also houses some of the community’s best shopping experiences.
Lincoln Harbor is Weehawken’s business district – and it’s on the Hudson River. The city has many attractions, including panoramic view points from the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge to George Washington Bridge.

Hamilton Cove is a fantastic place to live. I have been here for 4 years and have been very happy with everything so far. The views are amazing and the apartments are very modern. The Maintenance staff is very reliable. The front desk and management office are very courteous and professional at all times. I love my neighbors and the other residence. It's a friendly vibe here. Building and common areas are great. Staff are very professional and always helpful. Although the Amenity Fee is included in the rent(~$250-$300), you are still required to pay extra to use amenities. Functional amenities (golf sim) only work 25% of the time.

We have been in the building for 2 years and it is nice. The staff is helpful but with such expensive rents I wish they didn’t try to up charge on things like common rooms, etc.

The maintenance and cleaning crews are awesome however the management group/ owners are not. Elevators are always broken. Complex is more than half empty and the management group wouldn’t work with us on renewing our lease more than 15 months. Now they are doing longer leases. Only pleasant person in the office recently just left.

We love how much they love our dogs and provide treats for them. We love the gym they built for us to keep up with our wellness. Overall everything is good in the complex. Elevators in Tower A are out of service frequently and well as the garage doors. Wish the pool was open longer after labor day.

Hamilton Cove is a great location for residents looking for a secluded place with many amenities and a great management/maintenance team. We were there since the beginning in 2020 - there were growing pains as a new building, but things have settled down 4 years in. The location is decent with a Whole Foods within walking distance and Hoboken/Trader Joes in the other direction. The views are unmatched as well. Prices are normal for a luxury building in the area. Living in Hamilton Cove is good. It convenient to take a bus and go to midtown for work. The environment here is much better than Manhatton.

Honestly great community with nice building amenities. Staffs are in general nice and not much complaints. Only reason why i am leaving is due to hike in rent which is quite normal in this area and during crazy rent trend.

This building would be great if it was better maintained. The playroom is falling apart and has nothing that’s child friendly in it, the pool is always cloudy, the garage door is always breaking, the grills consistently don’t work, the movie theater and golf simulator aren’t available for weeks on end due to repairs. We pay a lot in rent and amenities to not have everything up and running and maintained in good condition.

Good apartment but a lot of the amenities aren't well maintained. Grills are consistently broken, water bottle machine in the gym goes down regularly, golf simulator seems to be broken more than it works, etc.

The building and area is very dog friendly and has amazing views. The amenities are great, especially being able to have a pool in the summer.

My biggest concern with this apartment complex is the reluctance to help tenants. Multiple issues have occurred that was nearly impossible to get a response from – from actually signing a lease, to an important one in particular, my purse was stolen and I continued to ask for camera footage and they quite literally were too lazy to pull it. They told me "that's a long time gap to look," and "I can tell the person in charge of it". Needless to say, nobody ever helped me. They also will not move your heavy packages from building C because they are purely lazy. I also have service requests in that will probably never be resolved, yet they charge an amount per month for "lifestyle" charges – which by the way, is not disclosed so beware.

Overall it's okay. BBQs are not good conditions, they are clear, but the fire is not enough strong. I guess, there is mo enough events for adults.

I have been at hamilton cove for over 3 years. Its a fantastic place to live. I love my apartment layout and the NYC views. Management office is very courteous and professional. Maintenance is knowledgeable and always on time. Pool and gym are like a resort. Building is well managed and many different perks are offered on a monthly basis. Hamilton cove is also very pet friendly and that's a plus. My cats love it here and are always watching the hawks from our windows.

Hamilton Cove offers quiet, luxurious apartments on the waterfront, with close proximity to ferry stops, train stations, bus stations, and major highways. Location, location, location--well this is the place! The staff is always friendly and helpful and makes the residents feel welcome.

Hamilton cove has been a great place to live for the past 3 years. I just renewed my lease. I love my apartment and the views are amazing. Everyone is helpful that works at the management office. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the maintenance crew are very competent and knowledgeable. The gym and pool are like a resort. I always feel as if Im on vacation here. My cat loves it here too.

Hamilton cove is ran by a money hungry management company that is compensated for new renters but not for retention. Current residents are treated poorly while they sell lies to new renters. AC in community spaces has been broken for months, poor construction allows for leaks, mold, and cracks and appliances make your electricity bill outrageous.

I would give Hamilton Cove 2.5 stars out of 5. Overall, it's an average experience, the issue is that you're paying top dollar and when you get an average experience, you feel like you get little value. Here are the good things: . It's close to NYC (20min commute to midtown) . it's got nice views of the city . you can get to Hoboken easily . you can get to Secacus somewhat easily and Newark Airport too . It's a luxury building with high end finishes in the apartment . Things are new-ish and most things work well (though I have had a few issues with things like appliances, maintenance is usually on the ball). . there are nice communal spaces. .I haven't had the issues with the amenities other have had. The gym is good and the pool is fine though I rarely use it. It's nice the gym is open 24/7. The bad things . Electricy bills can be well over $300 a month here. I keep the apartment on 74 when I'm home in the summer and 63 in the winter. I do turn on the air in my 850sq ft apartment bedroom. My bill is never less than $150 and can be as much as $450 a month. I think the windows have poor insulation. . Security is a problem. Its very easy for anyone off the street to walk into the building. Verification doesn't take place and security is loose. . It's a food desert. Whole Foods is near but it's very expense to do your whole weekly shop there. Otherwise there's shoprite in Hoboken, ACME up river road, or Walmart in Secaucus. All have their issues with distance or difficult shopper experience. . It always seems one of the elevators is out and the garage door breaks frequently trapping you inside. .it's in an area that was previously zoned non-residental so the amount of people living here now overburdens the infrastructure. It can be 40 mins to get on the garden state parkway. . There is no guest parking. It's very hard for people to come and visit you here with a car. They can park in the UBS building for $20-30 but after you do that twice its a lot of money. . The fire alarms are extremely sensitive and go off often. It's been a problem since I moved in. . There's no concierge and the staff turn-over is high. In the 26 months I've been here we're on the 5th door person. The "staff" aren't associated with Greystar and work for a 3rd party management company and they don't really know what's going on. . the place isn't pet friendly, which makes it tough for non-pet owners with all the refuse.

Hamilton cove is a great place to live. I have been here over two years and plan on staying here. I'm happy to be part of the community. Management is always professional and the maintenance team is always on time and very knowledgeable. My neighbors are great and I love that that place is very pet friendly. My cat loves looking at the amazing views. The amenities are the best I've ever seen. I'm grateful to be here.
