Hamilton Township sits on the east side of Trenton, roughly forming a triangle between the Delaware River, Mercer County Park, and the turnpike. Just over an hour’s drive from both New York City and Philadelphia, those choosing Hamilton apartments have convenient access to two of America’s most distinctive cities (rail service has made Hamilton a popular home base for commuters as well).
Hamilton is also home to one of the largest municipal parks in the state (the 350 acre Veterans Park) and borders the 2,500 acre Mercer County Park. Grounds for Sculpture on the northwest edge of the township is one of the community’s major landmarks, with dozens of works of art on display across 42 acres of parkland.

Property Ratings at Hamilton Estates Apartments
We lived here from 2016 post covid we are moving to different state due to job and only 15 days are left for lease to end with 2 months of notice still hv to pay full month rent . After so mny request to management they hv been so un empathetic of our situation and not even consider giving any help . Forcing us to situation where we end up paying 3 times of our monthly rent. Apartment are old filled with bugs and poor interiors snd quality of windows appliances. U cn hear everything in neighbouring apartment. Leaving disappointed... office staff just sweet talkers zero help or empathy with changes situation.... think before renting
Pros: -The apartment does have the minimum essentials. -Appliances did work for the duration of my time there. -Minor maintenance issues do get dealt with. -Washer dryer included. Cons: -The apartments have paper thin walls and the floors are very creaky. They really don't have an effective noise policy in place. You can hear all of your neighbors. I had a very noise sensitive downstairs neighbor that banged on the walls at the slightest noises and when I brought it up to the property manager, I was asked why I didn't just move. -People frequently enter your apartment with short notice for inspections. I have not had this happen so much in any other location. -Also, when do you move, make sure you take pictures of the place. I was not given my entire deposit back for leaving appliances dirty. They did keep 100. It's not legal to charge cleaning fees, but not worth fighting. -There is also a camel cricket issue. I used to see these a lot around the fall in my apartment and outside the door. - My dryer had vent issues that were reported multiple times, but ignored by staff.
You can hear you neighbors sneezing, having sex, talking , you can hear the door when they closed . Please don’t move there!!!!!! Don’t waste your money you can get something better! You can’t do barbecue in the back . Everything it’s electric the electricity bills on winter ist over 300 dollars! You can get a better apartment!
These apartments are cheap the ac goes off all the time the walls are like papers the carpet are super bad quality and there's mouses. The working guys don't know what theyre doing and they will take all your deposit for things you didn't do to the apartment. Don't let them fool you in the office with all the happy faces there's better apartments complex in the area.
The maintenance people don't know how to fix anything, it will take them all day and the problem is still not fixed. Watch if you let the maintenance people in your apt when your not home stuff may go missing. The PSEG bill is a joke you will never get a bill cheaper then 250 a month for a one bedroom apt. In winter time you bill will be 300 and up. Everything needs to be replaced in apt and I like how they show new windows, kitchen cabinets, and stainless steel appliance in the renters books and online. Not one APT has any of that but the renters office. You can hear everything the walls are like paper. Not a good place to live or have kids. good luck getting to work in the winter time the apt people are to cheap to hiring someone to plow. They let a maintenance guy do it who has no clue how to use a plow he makes it ten times worse. Its worth to pay two or three hundred more to live somewhere else.
Love my community and apartment but the AC isnt the best. the rooms are large, there's carpet, a small storage closet on the balcony.. great place to live. im giving it 3 stars only because its the middle of the summer and the central air sucks.
