About Hamilton Park Apartments
Hamilton Park Apartments is a beautifully landscaped community located in Chambersburg that provides a country setting, yet we are convenient to everything. The apartments are freshly painted, have wall to wall carpeting, and your major appliances include stove, refrigerator, all mini blinds and garbage disposal. We have 24-hour emergency maintenance service, onsite laundry facilities and off street parking. We offer 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom town homes. The community receives federal assistance from Rural Development and therefore residents most meet special income guidelines. Section 8 vouchers are also accepted. The water, sewer and trash expenses are included in the monthly rental amount. Our security deposit is only $100.00 and the monthly rental amounts are determined by a formula based on the applicant's total gross annual family income.
