Property Ratings at Hamilton Park Apartments
Apartments are too expensive for the quality. I can hear my upstairs neighbor breathing at this point. The walls and flooring is so thin that I can hear toilets flush, water running and the old washer knocking at 11pm. Neighbor upstairs was also rude and nasty, filed a complaint multiple times to no avail. Not worth the trouble or money.

We moved here 6 months ago, the complex is very nice & quiet, the apartments are a nice size with a private entrance which we like, the leasing lady Leslie is very nice & helpful & the maintenance man is very good but their cleaning people are terrible our apartment was so dirty had to scrub the whole apartment especially the bathroom had to tilex the entire tub & the toilet had a disgusting brown stain which took a long time to get rid of, we had asked to look at at apartment before we moved in but they wouldn't allow us till after the lease was signed now I know why, the appliances are the original & need updated, the windows are the original from 1993 they are terrible can't open them & there is alot of air coming thru them, also the landscaping is the original & needs redone, also with living on the 1st floor you hear the people above moving around it sound proof I do hope the new RP owners work on all these things because the area is very nice

If I could afford to get out of my lease today I would! Grace, the lead property manager, is disrespectful and rude. I have never been so mistreated by a leasing office and I urge anyone considering this location to RUN the other way! On top of the poor attitudes, appliances persistently fail and the unit was filthy upon move in. I moved in in July and was informed upon arriving with my u-haul truck that there was no AC in my unit and there wouldn't be for two weeks! Then just two days after the "brand new" unit was installed, I came home after a 14-hour work week to a 90* apartment and a broken AC unit once again. It was 8 hours before someone came to fix it. Leslie and Grace in the office are unaccommodating and provide reprehensible customer service! We are counting down the days until our lease ends.
I moved here when it was Madison Hamilton apartments back in 2015 and loved the place. I had hoped not much would change when they under went new management but that doesn't seem to be the case. The main office is impossible to get a hold of unless you physically go there, multiple calls unanswered and voicemails not returned. Maintenance requests are also not completed in a timely fashion. Very disappointing, I miss the old management.

Very nice inside good curb appeal and a quiet neighborhood... No playground.. No pool... No fitness center or business center. Also toilets don't seem to flush very well. But very prompt maintenance when there are problems. Good proximity to city. Will be moving soon to comparably priced complex with more extras for the kids.
