Es de mi agrado formar parte de las personas que viven aki ya es muy tranquilo y está bien ubicado y cerca de mi trabajo a mi famosa le gusta.
Size is nice, neighbors are respectful. Not much security, and most apartments have a roach problem. Parking is a hassle if you work late at night, but no car theft so far.
I love living here is so quiet and well kept. The staff are very helpful especially Diana and the maintenance team is very efficient with their work and the time it takes to get it done.

It is very nice except several things have done by Grey Star when they bought this property, one of them is the parking assignment. Otherwise it’s very nice, there was criminals stolen cars, tires and open car doors in the pass, but now it’s kind of quiet. Last thing to share, please prevent people from repairing their cars inside the complex. Thank you and happy new year
Neighbors are occasionally a little noisy but overall a good little community. Paint was still wet when I moved in and had a light roach infestation but has since been handled
It is an older building complex but well maintained. Staff is nice and helpful. My apartment was clean. Wish there was a ceiling fan. Nice open concept and the bathroom is really nice.

My experience since moving here has been great. The neighbors are kind, it’s quiet and relaxing. There’s a small park and a pool for my daughter and I to hang out at. The staff is amazing at noticing everyone on anything.

Son apartamentos cómodos y tranquilos, nunca he tenido problemas con ningún residente, con el parqueadero de mi vehículo tampoco he tenido problemas, lo único es que pocas veces se ha ido la luz pero el equipo de trabajo de Hammerly a Sido muy profesional y han dado una satisfactoria respuesta, el lugar es agradable la piscina está disponible 24/7.
The managers are excellent. They go above and beyond to help out the residents in need that are maybe struggling or going through a tough time. I was recently in the hospital and couldn’t go to work so I got behind on my rent. But thank God the staff was able to understand and work with me.

It's far the worst experience of renting i have had just because there customers serves is terible i ben having birds on the side of my apartment frying in to the ceiling and not to mention,, the roach,, it's ben a very long 9 month i can go on and on

Everything is awesome except we were promised a microwave and yes we got the microwave except it never got turned on or installed but everything looks good

Lived here for almost 2 years and no complaints. I live in a one bedroom and can rarely hear my neighbors and there’s no one above me. Very family oriented neighbors. Some people don’t know how to unlock their cars and set off their alarms. Parking spots are super tight as well

The apartments are very nice and comfortable, pools are lovely, the trees are very beautiful, bathrooms look great, and im always happy coming home here.
It’s a good location but the amenities and the staff have a lot to work on. Also my cars got broken into twice each, and somehow the cameras and security patrol wasn’t working those nights.
Apartments aesthetic are okay externally. Quiet apartments overall. Gotten my car broken into once despite there being an onsite security. Gym room is never open. Mold issue that I dealt with for over 4 months finally resolved (hopefully). Overall it’s an okay area.
I would say so far about 3.5 stars. Everyone is ver friendly and the process of getting approved was very quick and painless. My only complaint is the kitchen looks nothing like the pictures i saw but i chose to go cheap and signed the lease sught unseen so i cant be too unhappy.
Here they really care about there residents. When we had no lights they worried about the residents they brought food to give to residents. They made accommodations when lights came back on to transit back to normalization.
Condition of the apartments seems to get worse and worse, even before the most recent weather events. It feels like we’re continually asked to pay more for less. Neighbors are mostly okay, but I think everyone will eventually be priced out of here.

I lived here six months so far they try to keep the property clean and organized, I every time I submit a work order they come the same day, I haven't had any issues so far, I dont like that the gates are open most of the time and pool still closed mid july

Inadequate parking. Depending on who you are you can have up to three or five vehicles leaving nowhere for anyone else to park! Although you pay the same high rent as the brand new complexes there are still no usable amenities. There is no security. The ‘so called’ security gates are often broken or just left open. Multiple vehicles have been vandalized. Recently the exterior walls have been sprayed with graffiti and the management doesn’t do anything to remove it.

For the overall of our little apartment community it’s fantastic I love living here. I’m so glad that I decided to move here I’ve been here it’ll be four years in October this October and I absolutely love my community
Pros: washer and dryer in unit, “renovated”/stainless steel appliances, wood blinds, plenty of parking. Cons: Staff is not communicative enough and maintenance takes too long to come. Too expensive for size and the layout of the units suck. There is no privacy in the one bedrooms. Rooms aren’t really sectioned off.
