I am a brand new resident. As I walked into the office there was a line of people that needed help, it was a Monday so there were many questions from anxious people that needed attention. As I patiently waited I was greeted by a very friendly lady with the warmest most welcoming smile. Most people would be flustered and she was very patient and kind not to mention helpful. Joelle stopped what she was doing to assist me with my mailbox and answer all my questions. I am very happy to call Hampden Heights my new home.
Great staff super friendly! my move in went smooth. Tour went great! everyone there is awesome thank you so much for your help, moving out of state to another is not easy but they made it easy!

maintenance doesn’t do anything, the office is always putting notes on our building for false info and trying to steal every last penny from residents, the neighbors are a WRECK! Neighbors party till 6am with loud music, other neighbors complain about residents smoking when they themselves smoke. We’re paying the price of a 1 or 2 bedroom for a STUDIO. Apartments are overly priced for what they offer. Parking is always overly packed. And the whole property is dirty! Definitely not renewing a lease here!

Please don't become another victim of Harbor management Group. This company is preying on innocent people especially those moving here from out of state. The property is run down and full of health hazards. Shortly after we moved in we both became very ill and we believe that a subpar cleaning job is to blame. Management will likely respond to this review with a disingenuous response saying how sorry they are. Don't buy it, Live somewhere where you and your family can be healthy and safe.
This place is trash. The property Manager Ericka is completely useless and has no control over the property. Its literally an abandoned couch grave yard with a moat of dog waste around it. After I move out I know where I’ll be dumping all my unwanted furniture. Right next to the pile that sits there for months at a time. Can’t wait!!
THIS is NOT at all a luxury apartment.This is not a decent apartment! Worst place and worst managing staff ever! Full of mold and bugs.Dog park is not very clean in most cases, and the carpets way old and stinks of previous animals. They have cockroaches all over. And the pool is not cleaned at all. The sliding glass windows are old, warped,break and can't actually be repaired because of the frame. Everything is so old. Needs new appliances across the board. YIKES.

If I could leave no stars I could. I lived here for a year and it was the worst experience ever. Nothing works ever, electricity is spotty, and the buildings are old and mold infested. Looking at there low ratings, it’s no secret that this place needs some major changes in order to be at least passable. I would strongly suggest not moving here.

I moved into Hampden Heights about 6 months ago after relocating from Nevada. At first, it seemed like a decent place for the price but I soon discovered that not only is this complex mold-infested, But management does everything they can to cover up and ignore the issue. I brough up my concerns about becoming ill due to mold on several occasions only to be ignored. Do whatever you can to avoid getting into a contract with this company. They do not believe in delivering value to the end-user.

The only good thing about this place is location. Shifty management. Pipes constantly being repaired. Units without water more often than not. Maintenance goes into Aptmnts when you are not home. Complaints get forwarded to their corporate office which is not local. Manager, Brad,dishonest. Rest of the personnel, clueless at best. Cheap materials in the units.

I've lived here just over 3 months now, and this apartment is already so much better than my last one. The office staff is super nice and helpful. Maintenance is on top of things that need fixing. Laundry facilities are convenient, clean, and nice. I would have to say that for the rent, compared to a few others in the area, this place is your best bet.

This complex is an ok place to live. Have lived there for 5 years, they have changed management companies 3 times. They have gotten worse with every change. Be prepared to walk through knee deep snow on the side walks from your apartment to your car.
This is a great apartment complex. The staff is friendly and fast to reply. The maintenance crew is also very friendly, and VERY prompt; all of our maintenance requests have been resolved within 24 hours. Even my cats love it here, it is a great place to call home. I desperately wish we could afford to stay here, but unfortunately they bumped our monthly rent up too high for us to stay longer than a year. If I could afford it, it would be worth the extra money. Other than that, no complaints, great apartment complex!
I have lived here for about 7 months, and I really enjoy it so far. It's quiet, in a great location that's close to a lot of grocery stores, entertainment, and major highways, and it's a great price. I feel safe living here, and maintenance has always been fast.Office staff is always nice. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat.
These homes feature nice open concept areas and really appeal to the renter. I have enjoyed it here as the office ladies are friendly and the maintenence crew really goes above and beyond the call. So I believe they deserve a definate 5 stars. As for the reasons I am giving it a 3 stars, the homes are simply falling apart. upon first moving in review of the home I found that the over vents were not working, garbage disposal blade not rotating, and window seals falling apart, were some of the bigger wear-and-tear things. With us being backed up to one of the busyiest roads in Denver and window seals falling apart, it has cause several loud nights. We have also had theft recently wich causes some concern for the surronding area that seems really nice.Other than that, I will say it is pretty nice to be closer to downtown for a decent rate compared to other apartments.
The apartments are in a great location near shopping and many outdoor activities.
