A quiet and safe property located within shuttle and walking distance from campus, we are the perfect apartment for any student looking to go to school and live well at the same time. We have 12 month and 9 month leasing flexible for our students. We accept first time renters with guarantor signature and would love for you to live at out our community.

Amazing Place
The management is very understanding and helpful. Anytime I have questions or troubles, it gets resolved. Nice, quiet, and safe area, especially good for students :)

Great management been living here for a while anytime I have a problem I let them know and they come the next day.

Very strict management
The apartments are old but liveable, however make sure you get everything in writing because the manager seems to understand your situation, until he throws your things out because he's not fond of the tenant and send collections out on you.
