this property is great, and the renovation is wonderful i really appreciate Crystal Braziel for the best time and attention she gave me when i was struggling with the paperwork.

Rats!!
Been living here for about 3 months now. Saw a rat in the kitchen one night. Reported it and the manager quickly responded to seal a hole in the wall. But the rat came in again and I reported it on Friday morning. This time i was told to wait 4 days because it was a weekend and the team was busy! A surprisingly lax response given the health hazzard from rats!! Now am worried about roaches and bugs if they comeby. Otherwise, apt is ok if you are ok with unsightly dark and stained carpet hallways and leaking lobby. Move in at your own risk:)

Staff is very nice and my apartments is large. Its close to public transportation too. I really have nothing bad to say about it.

Completely Changed!
This building is under new management! They are making a lot of changes and renovations for the better! I am actually excited to have guests come visit now. The staff is great! The maintenance is quick and efficient, the cleaning staff is fantastic, and the office staff is delightful. They have even helped me carry in my groceries! Can't complain!

Nice place to live
The apartment is under new management.They are renovating some things in the building.I like this place because their rooms are spacious and the rent is reasonable.
