So far I've had a few issues which have been rectified. The apartments can be upgraded but they are still nice and in a convenient location next to bus stop, shop,food places, schools and gas station

Good neighborhood. Quiet place, office service is good and the people is ok. Just would be great a playground for the kids. There are a lot of kids in the neighborhood and they need a place to play.

My unit is verry damaged there’s tons of things that need to be fixed. I would love if I got my apartment fixed and spray please cause there’s a lot of roaches.

It good staff is polite and helpful maintenance has been great I have never had issues with the new staff always willing to work with me the only bad things are mail box safety and conditions the lick is always loose and the pools are never clean

No parking majority of parking spaces have broken cars and bikes. Neighbors are not friendly, still waiting on pest control and maintenance to come fix and spray. Balcony ceiling looks like it’s about to cave in on us. Please do something about parking lot also the pool looks like it never been attended by anyone. We can’t even enjoy the pool deck because it’s not being maintained, very properly and dog poos are everywhere owners are not picking up their dog poop.

It is definitely getting better than when I was first here. The amenities are up and running. The manager is a lot nicer than previous ones. Also the units are getting cleaner and more homey.

Office staff is very nice and will work with you and the maintenance crew is kind and helpful the pools could be cleaned and opened but parking is good neighbors are friendly

I have lived here for 1 year and things that was wrong when i moved in still need to be fix the door for hall closet and in the kitchen are off track and have been since we moved in. The worst part it have rained in the apartment twice and I reported and not one time have they been out to clean the carpet or check on what was damage. I should not have to keep calling them and it is no use to call because they never answer the phone or return your call

Do not move here! This is the most disgusting place to ever live. I was PUNKED! I am stuck in a 17 month lease here.. the managers are horrible. Nothing gets fixed. All my doors are still hanging from the laundry and pantry area. And to top of off My neighbor above me is stooping. He is living there and the lease isn’t in his name I told them about it and he’s still there from helping the previous renters move. I am in my car most nights trying to sleep cause he has moved his girlfriend and all her kids in. I am paying rent to sleep in my car. But my name is on my lease and his isn’t.

They are TERRIBLE when it comes to repairs. I lived an entire year with a softball sized hole in the wall that was there prior to me moving in and now I’m going on my 3rd month without blinds

They gave me that apartment infected with cockroaches and the fridge has an unpleasant smell, it is not a place to live with a 4 year old girl we have not yet been able to move because it has many cockroaches, we reported with the administration and they treated us very badly and they said that the apartment was ready God I don't know what to do I can't take my daughter to live there ??????

Don't even waste your time. The "renovations" are crap. It looks good but I promise it doesn't work. I don't know how many times I've have to inconvenience myself and have maintenance in here. Calling the emergency line left and right because I get home from work and things don't work. Worst ever.

Nothing has worked correctly while living here. For the walk through, the floor tiles were arleady coming up. Along with other things. So I’m wondering what time was spent to “turn the apartment” around for 10 days before it was available to lease? Old management was okay, had some issues. But the new management team is filled with kids and one adult who tone is very condescending. For two months my floors have been coming up off the floor and no one has done anything after several requests were made. When maintenance does show up they leave blood on your walls, toilet bowl brush and plunger in the tub and mysteriously we do not know how a stray cat was allowed to stay in my room. Only having two months left here, they have stalled and stalled to not fix anything. With all of that bei g said do not move here!!! Not worth the rent increase they jumped to.

just moved in 7/24. Couldn’t see our unit until move in date, and it wasn’t ready for us to move in! We’ve lived here less than a month and we’ve been trying to get them to fix our AC the whole time! The office people are rude, lazy and dishonest. Worst mistake of my life...

No one should deserve to go without A/C. We are terribly sorry for your troubles and want to make things right. Please give us a call and we will set up an appointment to have someone out there as soon as possible.
Horrible. No parking. Extra fees. All types of bugs. Pool hasn't been open in over a year. Wait months to get things fixed. Staff with an attitude. Caulk everywhere in my " newly remodeled" unit. Outrageous water bill when we're barely home. I could go on.

I only give it one star because of it's location not anything else for the high amount you pay for rent you should not have to keep calling for someone to answer the phone to get help with what is falling apart in the apartment and it takes weeks for to be fixed by then something else needs fixing, it's gone down hill since I've been here.

New management they are horrible.doesn't fix anything .buildings look disgusting .. amenities .. big laugh .. but they did fix the office and model apartment. . can't wait till my lease is up. MOVING FOR SURE
The apartment complex has went downhill since I've lived here. Their maintenance team is terrible and their employees in the office are very rude. I will not recommend Hampton Chase Apartments of Nashville to anyone I know.
