I’ve lived here for a while and am completely regretting it. Cons: - Noise levels are ridiculous. Interstate is right next to the community and you will hear non stop wailing tire noise all day everyday. I suspect the ceiling is made of cardboard because you will hear every single footstep, door closing and tv noise from neighbors. - Once you’ve signed the lease, the leasing office and management will simply not bother responding to any of your emails. - They will charge you full months deposit no matter how good your credit score( although they claim the deposit is purely decided by their “software”) - For an apartment that claims luxury living, gym is a joke with paint peeling away from rusted dumbells and the pulley equipment jamming. Pros: Apartment community looks good from the outside.

Hampton Club was a great place to live. I lived here for 2 years. I had everything I needed there: a/c, heat, in-unit w/d, fridge, microwave, great walk-in closet, and my own garage. Management AND maintenance are always quick to address any issues. Although the fitness center isn’t immaculate, it had what I needed (treadmills). Safe area and right next to Strongsville (South Park Mall only about 5 minutes away). I really miss living there, but I relocated to another state.

Staff is friendly, although it would be nice if someone would actually show the apartment rather than simply giving you a map and watching you drive around in circles lol. So anyway, long story short...I was approved for an apartment here and ended up being transferred by my company to another state about a week after paying the $325 security deposit. Before ever actually signing the lease, they still refused to refund the security deposit. Of course they have a 3-day refund policy which we were never told. Perhaps it's written somewhere in fine print? I don't know. What I do know is this is just bad customer service. It's not like I signed a lease and broke it. It's not like I just randomly changed my mind about moving into the apartment. They will tell you "It's policy." That's their answer for pretty much everything. Zero flexibility. Zero discretion. Nice people in a nice community but controlled and dictated by corporate on everything.

The three day refund policy for the deposit is stated in the online application process, and must be initialed before proceeding with the application. The leasing staff also is careful to share this information with applicants. The reason for the 3-day refund policy is to protect both the applicant and the property. By paying the fee the applicant agrees to take possession of the apartment, and by receiving the fee, we agree to take the apartment out of circulation and hold it for the exclusive use of the applicant. We are sorry that your experience ultimately ended with a negative impression, however for Fair Housing reasons, policies must be consistent at all times. We lived here for 2 yrs. Very nice apartment with nice location. Apartment staff is very kind and helpful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to live in luxury apartment. 22 mins drive from Cleveland downtown. Very spacious and clean. Very quite area. Nearby malls and grocery stores.
I moved here about 6 months ago and really enjoy it! The apartments are beautiful. I was hesitant living on the 2nd floor of a 3-floor building due to bad experiences with noisy neighbors, but it’s fine here. Not silent but nothing to complain about most days. The office staff is so helpful and responded very quickly to us throughout our whole application and move-in processes. We had some small maintenance issues lately, and the maintenance staff is so polite and efficient. Our repairman was so patient and friendly with my cat nosing around what his tools and what he was doing. Living here is a really great value for what you pay, especially if you have pets and plan to stay a while. Definitely recommend!
My husband and I lived at the Hampton Club for three years and loved every minute (sometimes I miss it.) Kelly and the entire office staff is amazing and maintenance is always prompt and able to fix any problems you may have, I think in the entire three years we lived there maintenance only had to come to our apartment three times to look at things. The parking lots are always plowed in the winter and the grounds properly landscaped in the summer. The apartments are in a perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle of "downtown" Strongsville, but close enough that everything you need is a quick car ride away. We loved being close to the Metro Parks and to major highways. As we were building our house we knew we would be moving out in a few short months; we let the office staff know we'd be leaving but weren't sure on an exact date. They were amazing through the entire process, I was so worried we'd be forced out on our tentative move out date if our house wasn't finished but they said to just keep them updated and they promised we wouldn't be left out in the cold (literally..it was January). If you're thinking these apartments might be a bit pricey, trust me, they're worth every penny. Especially having your own washer and dryer en suite..that's worth a million bucks alone! I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
Hampton club apartments are an ideal living spot for anyone from young couples to growing families. The location is beyond perfect. It's just the right mix of nature and amenities. Beautiful parkway just a minute away and one of the best malls in the area just five minutes down the street. Not to mention several stores. Maintenance is great and very helpful and the area is clean and well maintained. Swimming pool and mini park make this the perfect place to enjoy summer.
I recommend Hampton Club apartments to anyone! Very clean and organized office and apartments. They are very good at keeping the hallways cleaned, snow removal, and gardening. We had an issue with our garbage disposal and a maintenance man was in our apartment to fix it within thirty minutes. Nice and secure pool and fitness center. Perfect location near Cleveland, shopping, and schools. Hampton Club is quiet and the staff in the office are very nice and very helpful.
