I’ve been here since November of last year and I have to say things have definitely turned around for the better ! I enjoy living here with my kids but I would have to say the pest control has to be taken more serious, the roaches are getting out of hand but other than that I will eventually be renewing my lease.
The apartments are very nice and spacious. My family and I have lived here for two years with no problems.
Very spacious. Very quiet. Great leasing office team that understands times have changed for us all. Very pleasant maintenance team.
These are amazing apartments! The staff is awesome and whenever i call for maintenance my issue gets handle immediately!
Never gets too loud, all requests get tended to. Everyone is pleasant and minds their business.
2 minutes agoNEW I Have been living here for about 10 years now which says everything about the community. No one would stay and raise there families where they are not happy. Staff and maintenance are Amazing. Couldn't have found a better community.
I am writing this review in response to the lack of communication received upon applying with this community. They say they are a second chance community and I fit the criteria fully even showed prom when asked. And they never responded I had to visit the office cause she told me since they had to get an override for approval and I waited 3weeks to do so and I never got a response. I called literally every day and I felt like I was just being stalled. And taken advantage of. That’s 250 down the drain wasted on nothing. I went to the office about getting my admin back and they was like it was processed. It’s been 3 more weeks and nothing has been received. Just be honest and have open communication because the ones that you are giving such a hard time are the ones to actually pay rent and keep up your property.

Please please do not move here if you want your leasing office to CONSTANTLY break into your apartment! They give ZERO notice and come when they see no one is home. They have done with several times to the point we had to install cameras in my apartment. I saw yesterday and today that they were in my apartment yet again! I went to the office to file a complaint and the office manager was very rude and told me “they already did so did I need anything else?”. When I asked for her supervisor, she said to “look it up on Google” because she is not going to give me that information. This wasn’t even an emergency! So they just go in whenever they please and the workers cuss you out when you ask them about it. When you call a place home and pay your hard earned money to them, you should not have to deal with this!

I’m the beginning this complex and management was absolutely amazing. Now that I’ve been here for almost a year I cannot stand it. I’ve been complaining repeatedly about the ruckus I have to endure everyday from the neighbors upstairs. You can tell these apartments were built poorly. I can hear when their arguing, taking baths, and having their kids run back and forth like it’s a track and field marathon. I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can rent a “house” than dealing with an apartment ever again.
Management is better but amenities such as the pool, is the reason rent is high. The pool is ALWAYS closed. So if that is a deciding factor, you will be sorely disappointed. Break ins, shootings, deaths are all kept quiet. We have to find out by talking to random people. Breezeways are cleaned once a year, around pollen season. Otherwise, don't plan on having company over. Loud. Dirty, outside light fixtures contain tons of bugs and haven't been replaced in years (at least 3 years). Foundation is crumbling. Pay close attention to where the walls meet. They just paint over the cracks. And try to blame it on the tenant. Patios are full of termites and need a paint job, or to be replaced. PASS ON THIS PLACE. they will get you with kind voices, smelling good leasing office and void promises. Oh and if you resign...good luck with getting upgraded amenities. I will never be taken advantage of again. Learning my coins are too important to give them to people that really don't care
Do not move here. Wayyyy too expensive for their service. Break ins and deaths are not told to the residents... just suspicious behavior and take caution. Takes forever to get something done and always increasing rent but the pool is ALWAYS closed. "Amenities" are the reason for higher rent...these amenities cover up Real issies, like plumbing, a/c leaks , and foundation of walls is terrbile. The breezeways are disgusting and office has never changed the light, there, thats filled woth bugs, in the SEVERAL years ive been here. I shouldn't have to tell them that their breezeways are garbage. Don't say I didn't tell you.
I moved in March and by far I’m am very pleased with the management staff and maintenance team. Whenever I need any assistance the staff is on top of everything. The community is clean quite and safe. This is a “10” in my book.
I just moved in the other day. My leasing person wasn't available and the Manager moved me in. My apartment is beautiful. I was alarm on somethings after I moved in, but speaking with the the Manager Belinda put my mind at ease. I loved how involved the staff seeing them around the community. I even seen the Manager on a Sunday. Tells a lot. I hope staying here will stay a great experience moving in.
The apartment complex is the worst place to live! The staff is a complete makeup of incompetent people who show no care for anyone's well being. I have lived here for two years and cannot wait until my lease is up! I have had a bolder thrown through my window at night, the office staff placed a PIECE of cardboard to fix the issue. I explained how this was not a suffiecent fix and the manager made excuses before realizing I was correct and finding the issue. The complex is constantly being vandilized spray paint on doors, cars broken into, are the surface. Recently a body was found in the complex and bullet casings outside of my door. The complex sent a generic letter. The maintenance crew is not knowleable and cannnot even make simple fixes. I would not wish my worst enemy or even the devil himself to live in this TRAP. I am completing disgusted by the staff that is not prompt in responding. The walls are thin and the apartment outlets barely work. DO NOT MOVE HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LIFE!!!! The positive reviews are clearly done by office staff so do not believe them the staff isn't that nice they are mediocre.
I lived her for 15 years now and within the last year with new management made a lot of Improvements. The look of the property so cleaner and we'll kept up everyday. The staff in the office very pleasant and always smells great and clean when I come in. The Manager always see her walking the apartments through out the day to check on things. I noticed no more people here and there hanging out in the steps anymore. This is a better place to live now. I recommend.
I moved in the other day and absolutely love my apartment. The google ratings is what attracting me to come. When I saw more positive reviews than negative told me you can't make everyone happy and nothing ever perfect. The apartments are very clean outside. I met the staff and they were very professional. The Manager Belinda is amazing and very personable. She gave me her direct email to contact her on any issues. I contacted her twice since I moved in on minor things. Belinda emailed me right back and took care of my issue same day. The staff welcome me with excitement especially Belinda when I picked up my keys moving in. Wow! she made me feel special. This is my 5th apartment and never gotten services like this before. So far I am very pleased!
Roaches are your roomate Staff is nice the property is nice. But need to get rid of the roaches. I didn't bring them I don't want them
