Hampton green is no longer ideal place live for families. There is no security and maintenance provided.

Hampton Greens in Bellevue, WA is a safe well maintained community. It's like living in the South Hamptons. You have pools, tennis court, new gym and easy access to work and play. I highly recommend as now a resident for awhile.

The apartments are located in a quiet green area near the park. There are parking lots for cars and there is a public transport stop nearby. The office staff are very pleasant, attentive and friendly. There are different apartments, there are swimming pools and a gym.

very quiet day and night i have absolutely no safety concerns (considering where i moved frm and use to hearing cops every 2 seconds and gun shots everyday) its so nice to hear nothing at night and during the day.

I love this place. And once the work order are complete I'll be even happier. But I do wish these things had been taken care of before I moved in. I haven't had anyone living above me in over a decade. The noise is still hard so deal with. It's so loud and so much. I'm still getting used to it. But what I've seen of my neighbors so far is okay. They do appear to be nice. And our interactions are friendly. I'm looking forward to making this place my home for the next couple of years.

Old apartment
I’ve lived here almost two years now and I’m thinking about leaving when the current contract is over. This apartment is good. They manage well and maintain common area well, but appliances are old and building itself is old too. Fridge is too small even for two people. Washer and dryer are probably from 80’s. I can hear downstairs neighbor all the time. Also I started to notice recently more cars parked at the non parking spot even by the fire lane.

Honestly I have mostly loved living in this community. Convenient to many businesses and the high way. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood this is not it. The kids in this community are not mindful of others and often playing sports with balls near the car ports and leaving their bikes in parking spaces or the middle of the street.

We have been here for since end of 2018. We are very satisfied with the way the complex has been run. It has always been clean and well maintained. Everyone working here was professional and courteous. No complain here. Whenever we opened a service request (when things broke), it was completed within 24 hours or less whenever parts were available, which was 99.9% of the time. When parts needed to be ordered, the work was completed as soon as the ordered part was received, usually within 3 days. Response time for emergency fix (when water heater in my apartment leaked) was 15 minutes, and the affected area was professionally dried and cleaned within 24 hours by an outside vendor specializing in this type of work. So far I am very satisfied with everything.

I have recently shifted to this community and very much satisfied the way maintenance is being handled or concerns are getting listened. Leasing office staff members are very helpful and addressing all kinds of concerns. This is very good community on 148th ave and having direct connectivity to free ways and buses. Offices are in walking distances. Places is full of greenery.

Staff lies about amenities
Got an apartment here and the staff informed me of various amenities that are actually not available. The gym has been in a "renovation" for more than six months and every time I check back in they say that it will take only a few more weeks. The rent is cheap but do not believe them when they talk about amenities provided.

Terrible management- you'd be surprised how many residents agree
I think good location is the only thing that's saving their grace. This happened a couple of days back: There was water flooding in an upper floor apartment (due to a broken washer). And water pouring down the ceiling of the ground floor apartment. The 911 services had suppressed the flooding and asked the management to fix the problem. But the mgmt only dried the water down and left, without even bothering to fix the problem and voila the problem happens again in 5 days. Not to mention they never cleaned up the mess as told. Apart from the inconvenience caused, God knows if they'll take up any responsibility for the huge electric bills caused due to machines running continuously over multiple days. And if you're getting a lease transfer, beware of the unpaid electric utility dues from the previous tenant. The management would ask you to pay for it- that's what they mean by you get the apartment "as is". They take a huge lease transfer fee but wouldn't bother checking for unpaid electric dues on the apartment. The location is great though opposite of Microsoft beside Proclub. Coming back to the irresponsible management. It was surprising how many residents faced the similar problems. -dissapointed and concerned resident

Hampton Greens - Awesome place to stay.
I enjoyed every minute of my stay at this place. When I hear “Hampton Greens”, that itself brings a lot of peace to my innersole. This is a very good community to stay. One of my friends use to stay at this place in phase 2 and when I use to visit him, I fell in love with this place and decided to move to Hampton Greens. Thank you, Hampton Greens you never let my expectations to be down. You might be wondering if I say that I use to listen to nature sound relaxing music online till I moved to Hampton Greens, but I stopped it after moving to Hampton Greens, because I started experiencing it day in and day out. I lived in D204 and I love the sound of fountain and the enjoy watching the ducklings playing in the pond, the water stream and many more. Unlike all other apartments where I stayed, Hampton Greens provides you a good breathing place around your home. The management at Hampton Greens understand and responds promptly to any issues with your living place. I read few negative reviews about thefts and security, but everyone should understand that it happened at multiple places. After residents giving complaint to the management, they took security measures and after that I never heard of any such incidents. I may give one suggestion, that the maintenance turnaround time for few low priority issues seems to be considerably more. Example: I had a plumbing issue, and it is resolved within 2 hours; I had a broken shelf, and it is resolved in 5 days. Hampton Greens, please keep your doors open for me, you will be my top choices if I ever come back again.

No safety, unresponsive management
I am staying in Hampton Greens from last 8 months and am highly disappointed to see pathetic security arrangements. In last few months, society had several incidents of chain snatching, robberies and soliciting (outsiders roaming and selling) still no concrete plans and actions from the management. Our family’s life is in danger, still Greystar authorities can’t simply install additional safety latch/ chain in our apartments. What we hear is only false assurances and nothing on ground. If you want a happy and secure stay, better to look for other societies who have proper safety measures & responsive management.

Terrible
I lived here for a long time and I noticed how these apartments have declined. Mold issues, maintenance issues, some lighting issues near stairwells, uncommonly high water bills. You would expect more from a place where you pay this much in rent. Bellevue has a lot of great apartment options but this is not one of them.

Well maintained complex that is quiet and peaceful. Convenient to public transportation and freeway access to allow quick trips to downtown Seattle for events(Seahawks. Mariners, concerts).
