Property Ratings at Hampton Hills
Their town homes and most of their apartment buildings have bedbugs and all of them have roaches. They have people come “spray” but it doesn’t do anything. Renter beware
I moved in here in January of 2021, and have been here almost six months now. Every (small) issue that has come up, Donna has handled quickly, efficiently, and without complaint! Shortly after moving in, my dishwasher broke. The maintenance guy was out the same day, and my brand new dishwasher was delivered the very next day! I had an issue with parking, and Donna took care of it immediately. Even when it came to the leasing process, Donna reassured me and walked me through it even though I was very nervous. My two bedroom townhome is beautiful and a reasonable price. The area is quiet, but lots of kids running around during the day, which is perfect for me and my daughter.
I read a lot of reviews about different housing units within the Tulsa area. And I have seen several reviews on this website if a person has bed bugs and roaches in their apartment is due to the fact of their unhygienic ways. The maintenance within the confines I've Hampton Hills is great I have never had to wait to have something fixed which was something minor or something great. As for the management she is doing what she supposed to do making the living environment safe and healthy. Donna is a very caring understanding person and if she has to come down hard it's because those residents are not following the rules show the unit. Everyone wants to live in a place that is safe and clean. And I'm very proud resident to have been chosen to live and Hampton Hills I can tell anybody come by check it out for yourself and you will see for yourself. It's worth your time and your money to live here.
Bed bugs and roaches have overrun my apartment. Building one is infested so freaking bad
Absolutely love this complex. The apartment manager is always on top of things, she’s very sweet and accommodating. Very family oriented community. Very quiet and a great place to live!! Could not find better for the price you pay.
Management will turn on you the minute they find out you are considering moving out. Paid out my full lease then found out 3 months later that they are trying to stick me with a bill of over $1600.00!!! Do not rent from this place. You will regret it. Plus the bed bug situation is real and has not been resolved by management. We had a hole in our ceiling for 4 months!! We also had problems with kitchen tiles that were broken or floating when we moved in that never got fixed in the year we lived there. I can't believe they are now trying to charge me a dime!!!!! Do not rent here....give someone else your hard earned money!!!!
Donna the manager is a no good money hungry snake. Something bad happens, can't come up with rent, boom she tells you to be out by the 20th of the month. Had court on 18th said we'll be out by the 20th or the cop will be there to remove y'all. Was 8m pregnant and had 4 kids. I had the money to pay on the 23rd but nope she wanted us out. We had no problems ever, we were clean, little noise, friendly, and she still did that to us. I wasn't on THA I was paying out of pocket. Then told a new tenant not to let my family in her home ever. What crap is that?
It is infestation with roaches and bed bugs, they also blame it on you. Luckily we hired an exterminators to help us move so we didn’t have to deal with it after we left. Don’t move here
This is a very cost efficient place to live. The utilities here are unbelievably low due to the renovations done to the apartments and updated insulation, heating and air conditioning units and plumbing. It has a huge swimming pool with a large area for many people to enjoy. Management has recently changed and has turned this complex around in every good way possible. We are a close community now with happy tenants and people are staying longer than ever since I have moved in. Nice landscaping, clean walking areas and plenty of convenient parking for everyone. Trees are especially beautiful making the grounds very inviting. We also have a nice play area for children and large townhouses for families. There are units available with washers & dryers as well. No need to look any further.
