This apartment is not as friendly as it’s marketed to be. The walls are thin you hear everything. the apartment is not updated what so ever and all fixtures are cheap. Property management will not help you out, instead will lie to you. I would never rent here again.

I’ve been here for almost a year and I’ve genuinely enjoyed being here! It’s quiet, the office staff is SO nice and helpful, and it’s really nice to have a pool here too. The only downside I have found is that there’s no in unit washer and dryer, but they do have community washer and dryers. Also, very affordable and they let you have your pets with you!

Pros: Nice staff, low cost, location, free parking, pool is okay. Cons: Super thin walls. I can hear everything my neighbors do. The floor above me creeks insanely loud all day long. Not to mention you have to get lucky with your neighbors, my upstairs one is really weird and very loud. Also living on the first floor my place has ants and a lot of insects under the carpet. I kill like 10 spiders a week. The 1 bedroom is small, you can find other places for a couple hundred dollars more with a lot more square footage. Subletting is forbidden so you can't even move out until your lease ends. My takeaway: this place is cheap, and has cut corner construction. Keep searching, find somewhere newer.
