Property Ratings at Hampton Meadows
Management company reps are clueless. Apartments are so outdated, no counter space. You have to be above 6 feet to reach counters. Allow ppl to smoke weed on stairs. Don’t pressure wash apartments. Just ran down!
I’ve had nothing but problems with the leasing office. They won’t let you have any dogs also they go up $60-$100 every year in rent. There was also a shooting and various cars in the middle of the night bumping music because of no security
I'm not even a tenant at Hampton Meadows but I can tell that this place doesn't have much going for it. As soon as I call the woman that answers says: "Can I help you ?" Not "Thankyou for calling Hampton Meadows" but instead a snarky attitude is given. That is no way to attract business, if management knows what's best they will reevaluate who they let pick up the phone.
We have lived here for 5 years now. It used to be an excellent apartment complex but over the last couple of years, the realty company has taken a 'hands off' approach. We still have landscaping, swimming pool that is kept up and such but there used to be an effort on the management's part to build some sort of community. Now, we don't even have on sight management and all communication is done through email. Don't get me wrong, we like living here for the location and the fact that our apartment has no steps at all. We have disabilities and this is very important. You just feel like you're on your own and the one time we complained about the noise of our neighbors, the management told the neighbors who confronted us angrily. So, we just keep to ourselves and pray for a better future and the hope of owning a home again someday.
