The Tigard Triangle is a large neighborhood on the northeast side of downtown. It is situated between I-5 and the Beaverton Tigard Highway, with the Pacific Highway forming the northern edge of the triangle. The area, which was in limbo of sorts until recently, has become a popular, mixed-use neighborhood that is becoming increasingly walkable and bicycle-friendly. With its wide sidewalks, bike lanes, hilltop vistas, and wooded areas, the Tigard Triangle is quickly becoming Tigard's favorite neighborhood.
Covering roughly 425 acres and bordered by three major highways, the Tigard Triangle is as convenient as it is attractive. This live-work-play community contains a variety of office buildings, luxury apartment communities, charming neighborhoods, and convenient shopping areas. Residents also enjoy public art, benches, and small pocket parks, making the Tigard Triangle as family-friendly as it is trendy.

Property Ratings at Hampton Park Apartments
Hampton Park apartments are very beautiful, they’re a safe and comfortable place to live. Managers are incredible as well as the maintenance team that they have. Very blessed to be here! This is the apartments you need in your life!!??????
We stayed almost 4 years here and experienced the best so far. Had to move out due to Transfer in Job Location. Got lucky the whole period we stayed. The memorable one for life, as we gave birth to both of our kids. Friendly management people, who provide services in time and try to listen to you requirements and act accordingly. Close to Walmart, Costco, Winco and Fred meyers. Definitely recommend this place to stay.
Nice community with great apartment units. Maintained well and Very responsive management. Department stores at walkable distance. Located at the junction of 217 and I5. Loved staying here ??
We have been living here for two years now and have not had a problem with the apartment. It would use updated appliances. When and if we do need something fixed it is done quickly.
I have lived at Hampton Park Apartments for a very long time. I am very happy here. The grounds are well kept, the community is safe, and residents are respectful and kind. HP is conveniently located near freeways, grocery stores, a movie theatre and more. My apartment is large, well-appointed (dishwasher, disposal, washer and dryer in unit), there is dedicated parking, and the community is very quiet. Management has been very attentive and any repairs have always been made promptly and done right the first time. I feel very fortunate to have found such a great place to live.

Thank you for taking time to review our community. We are so thrilled to read that you are enjoy our complex and it's many amenities! Thank you for your continued residency, we hope to continue to provide you with excellent management and prompt maintenance. Thank you for staying at our community!!
Here are the pros: The apartments are clean and well kept as are the grounds. It's in a great location (walkable Fred Meyer, Walmart, movie theater, and restaurants) and close to major freeways. The office staff is friendly and regular maintenance is timely and efficient. There are some good amenities (washer and dryer, small rec room, seasonal pool etc.). No smoking is allowed on the grounds (which may be a con if you smoke, but as a non-smoker I found it refreshing). Here are the cons: Parking is limited (you get one guaranteed spot but if you have two cars it can be annoying to find parking). The office hours are limited to a regular work schedule so if you work a M-F/9-5 job it could be a hassle to speak to the office for any issues. While the regular M-F/9-5 maintenance guy is fantastic, I personally have not had good luck with the after-hours maintenance company (of the two times I called, one time they never picked up and the other time they said they sent someone but the person never showed). The rec room is very small (one treadmill, one elliptical, and one weight machine)- I still appreciate and use it but felt like it was falsely advertised as a "gym" when we first moved in. Overall, this apartment is worth the money. Our 2.5 years here have been good and we've had good experiences with the management team.

These apartments are great, very quiet, the neighbors are really kind. They all are always saying hi and showed kindness on our 2 weeks living here. The maintenance guy is kind too always on point with everything and fixing stuff right away.

Thank you for taking time to review our community. We will be passing the message a long to our maintenance technician. Thank you for your residency, and please let us know if we can assist you in any way.
I've been a resident at Hampton Park since 2013 and I love it here. Its quiet, clean, well maintained and also you get amnesties like a pool and gym even if its a small community. The area is very convenient, close to freeways, shopping and its very quiet after 5 PM because its surrounded by business and everyone is gone at night. I highly recommend it to everyone that is looking for a smaller community with amnesties and central location. Management is very responsive and kind as well as maintenance. Never had one issue that required escalation to upper authorities. Parking can be an issue but there is plenty of street parking nearby for overflow . Very good experience here!
I live here currently and I want to stay forever! It's so quaint friendly! The managers are very nice, and the neighbors are so quiet, sometimes I forget I have neighbors! It's a great place to live! The only reason I'm moving out is because I need somewhere grossly cheap. These apartments are worth the money!
I have lived here for around 4 years. My complex and apartment are very comfy. I feel like I'm not even living in an apartment but a house. One for the great things is that they have washers and dryers in the unit. I would deffinatly recommend hampton park apartments as a great place to live. There is a pool and weight room free to residents.
Conveniently located with easy access to I-5, 217, and Hwy 99, as well as various grocery stores, a movie theater, malls, and even walking distance to a coffee house, this apartment complex has it all. Units offer walk in closets, vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, balconies, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and even a washer and dryer in each unit. Covered parking, swimming pool, and club house are some of the amenities. The grounds are maintained regularly, and the landscaping is quite lovely.
