Property Ratings at Hampton Park
They let me make a whole garden in my front yard?! Like come on now how about that?! I’m extremely happy with how they handled a situation with me! I was getting over drafted and caught it before it got bad and they helped me figure that so well! Completely calm and well explained! I appreciate the hard work the maintenance workers are also putting in! Keeping the place well maintained! THANK YOU GUYS!

This is my 18th Lease I'll be signing with Hampton Park. I have great neighbors to in my area in which I reside. I think I'm like the longest living tenant here. Whenever they have down renovations my apartment has been taken care of, all except my carpet that needs to be replaced. Not that it's got wear and tear. Just it's as old as I have been living here. When according to AZ Tenants Rights our carpet is to be replaced every 7 years due to The Department of Housing and Urban Development. I have been asking for it to have been replaced for about the last 5 leases I have signed. Hopefully this year they'll do so.

I have lived here 3 years and have been thru a few managers. Great ones and the last ones not so great. I think the owners must have listened to the complaints and brought in new folks ASAP. Maintenance is AMAZING. Always has been. New management has pretty much cleared up any issues stemming from last managers fast.Fixed the Landscaping she let go, opening the pool and bathrooms she had locked down. And are pleasant. The pats are older and have some issues but over all it’s so pretty and clean and quite here and a great place for kids! The wild life is pretty cool too. 3 bed 2 bath East side in green grass and huge trees.

I've lived here close to 4 years and i absolutely love this place. The apartments are extremely spacious, the grounds are kept nice, beautiful shade trees, best price in town for the Square footage. Just an overall nice place. I've had several family and friends relocate to this property and they all love it here as well....
They try to cheat you on rent aft your told to pay some much DONT move here bad management they take days and weeks to fix stuff mold ext ext BED BUGS
I currently live at this apartment complex and haven't had working A/C since day one after countless maintenance requests. Additionally, laundry theft is rampant here and the management refuses to spend the dismal $300 dollars to install a camera system in the laundry rooms and most tenants can't even access the laundry rooms because our keys don't work.

Although the exterior of the complex seems taken care of, don't let that fool you. The worst part of this complex experience is the ONE MAN MAINTENANCE staff. If you are expecting things to be fixed in a prompt manner, you better keep searching for apartments as prompt is not a strong suit at this complex. The maintenance man is rude, I find unqualified, and doesn't communicate when he has been in your apartment to fix something, if he's fixed it, or what else if anything needs to be done. Several times I felt my intelligence was insulted by him. The air conditioning system is the same system they originally put in with the old dials and several times I complained that it was not working properly, but was given an answer that it was, but then come to find out it actually wasn't running correctly due to a belt broken, in which my TEP bill was considerably raised as the air conditioner wouldn't stop running. To get a properly running toilet I had to wait 3 weeks, in which my toilet was replace twice by used, dirty toilets that didn't work right either, then when it wouldn't flush all the excrement down in which that was very unsanitary, I was told I would have to wait the whole weekend before they could get a new proper working toilet. They don't enforce parking regulations in which they let old, non running vehicles, whether it be a trailer, or a car whose tires have been flat for months park in a nearby stall, making any visitors have to drive around the complex farther than they should have to, in order to visit you. Not to mention if you're handicapped good luck trying to find a stall. The management does not enforce those handicapped stalls and don't have cars towed like they need to be. This was the worst renting experience I have ever encountered and I plea with all you potential renters, please do not even get on the property to check it out because you will regret it. Also you better watch where you walk as they do not enforce dog owners to pick up their dog's droppings. It's on the sidewalk and at times the smell is horrendous.
This apartment is constantly being sold to new owners and each new management team is worse than the previous ones! New manager (Michael) threatened to evict a long term resident after her car was heavily damaged when young kids drove the maintenance mans golf cart when it was left unattended. When she asked the manager for their insurance companies information the manager threatened her and her partner both because she wasn't on the lease. Nobody picks up after their dogs and children are left unattended and vandalize cars and property. Look elsewhere for peace of mind!

If a yard full of dog feces, hordes of unsupervised, vandalizing children, drug dealers and uncaring management is what your after then this is the place for you! New owners turned this once pristine apartments into a living nightmare.

I chose to live here because it is truly like living in a park. This is remarkable because here in Tucson, the sun can be searingly hot. The green trees and foliage at Hampton provide an oasis in the desert. My concern is the laundry facilities. Many of the washers and dryers do not work. I have lost money in them. They need to be replaced but the complex has not replaced them, so the renters are paying for laundry machines that don't work. I have spoken with other renters who have had this experience over 4 or more years. I have spoken with the maintenance department. The problem remains. I have also been told that in 4 years , this property has been sold 4 times. I have only been here 1 month, and we have new management already. I don't know why. This complex is older but has been well maintained. I hope that we can all enjoy living here without raised rents and broken laundry machines. Quality of life is important.
I love the people in the office very friendly. Enjoying the neighbors and the apace in my apartment is very nice. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do.
Hampton Park has very large apartments for cheap! Beautiful grounds, great maintenance staff. A lot of families live here, but it's still pretty quiet. I just wish they had washer/dryer in the apartments!
