Clean, quiet neighborhood. Safe play space for children in the apartments and all around the area. Near stores and near access to highways is a win. Spacious apartments!

Quiet, clean and well kept complex. Parking is a bit tight at times for those that have a pickup truck. This would have been a 5 star except for the wasps. There are nests in the upper floor eves that need to be addressed.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help out with any questions or concerns. Most the tenants treat everyone with respect and are friendly, maintenance tries to get a problem fixed by the next day, but they are busy and I've never had a problem where it is not fixed within 48 hours. Love living here.

great but my upstairs neighbors can get really noisy an start sprinting around the apartment late at night or even early in the morning other than that its a great place to live

Very cute apartment and I love the community. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s so quiet and generally common areas are kept clean. Would have given 5 stars if people were held accountable for cleaning up after their dogs poo in the dog areas and near the sidewalks. Otherwise it’s a great place to live!

Everything is well taken care of. Hallways and parking lots are free from debris. Pool area is always clean and rearranged in the mornings. Our apartment was perfect on move-in day.

It is a very nice community with great amenities and nice apartments. The only complaint is all of the extra monthly fees we have to pay on top of rent.

Living at Hampton Place has been a blessing for our little family. Our apartment is really nice and spacious for us, the maintenance crew and office crew are quick, kind, and efficient and our neighbors are kind. It has been great!

Hampton is absolutely Top notch! The staff here is super caring, and the property and amenities are first rate!!! Any minor maintenance issue we have had (smoke detector battery) was handled quickly, courteously and professionally.

What a great community! Very safe and quite. Well maintained property, from light bulbs to removing snow and ice from sidewalks. Lots of amenities, from workout facility to gift wrapping station. Neighbors are friendly. Staff is great.

We have lived here almost a couple months so far and have absolutely loved it! The office staff and maintenance are so easy to get ahold of and efficient, our neighbors are kind, the grounds are beautiful. We love our apartment and are so grateful we live here at this time. Of course in apartments you can hear your upstairs neighbors and pets, but we don't mind it. It is a great place!

this has been such a great apartment to live in! The staff is amazing and so helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is also amazing and they always go above and beyond. It’s quiet, and I feel like I have a lot of privacy and space.
