Property Ratings at Hampton Townhomes
Updated landscaping, immaculate grounds, pool furniture with an outdoor kitchen and pavilion, fresh paint and beautiful renovations! You will experience top notch customer service. I really enjoy my 3 bedroom town home and my neighbors or so nice. I look forward to staying here for a long time!
Great big units and new management is much better at taking care of property. I like the improvements they are making.
The new management is doing a lot of great work on the property and just put in brand new grill by the pool.
After living here for almost two years, I just wanted to stop by and clear some things up, as the description of the complex on this page is highly inaccurate. There are no tile floors, it's all sheet vinyl. The parking is not convenient, as there are only a handful of spaces reserved for visitors (six spaces total, I believe), and vehicles are regularly towed for parking in the spots marked 'permanent' without having a resident sticker, or for having backed into a parking space. That's not allowed. Also, the "SoundScore" rating is inaccurate: the complex is about 150 feet from very active railroad tracks. Trains regularly roll through at all hours blasting their horns before traversing the nearby intersection. All hours. Now, for some other matters that should be disclosed: this place has gone through four different managers since I've been here, and is now on the fifth. Unsurprisingly, the fifth doesn't seem to be very kind, professional, or even very helpful. But that's the status quo, it seems. The air conditioning units fail regularly across the complex. If you'll take even a cursory glimpse of the complex, you'll notice that window units abound throughout it. Those are band-aids for bigger issues that have long been neglected. This pattern is also the status quo. Leaks, poorly insulated walls, flooding, dilapidated carpentry (cabinets, counters, door frames, oh my) are all typical issues here. Many of the units do not have washer and dryer connections. There is a laundry facility on site, but it is poorly kept, and often outright disgusting. It's a total of $2.75 to wash a single load of laundry should you brave the endeavor. The neighbors are all generally friendly and keep to themselves. There isn't much of an issue there. The water is paid for. So, that's a plus. And that's really about it. Why did I move here? It's close to my office. Will I remain here? Lord no. Do I recommend it? If you're in a pinch, you do what you need to do. Otherwise, keep shopping. That's just my two cents.
I just wanted to say of all the places I've lived, this is by far the best My apartment is so cute! its affordable and in a great location. I would like to take a minute and talk about the apartment manager Rachel Tribble she is professional, prompt and always on task. She is a problem solver and an all around great manager. I've never lived anywhere that management was so prompt. She is always open to answer calls or texts at any hour of the day. (and I have been known to text her at odd hours) Any problems that I've had (which have been 1 total) was addressed immediately and promptly. The grounds are always clean and well groomed. The neighbors are awesome and all look out for each other. maintenance is also amazing. He's been there a while and is always curteous and kind. He gives you the right amount of notice when he is going to be doing any kind of maintenance. honestly I cant imagine living anywhere else. My little loft is so cute and my daughter loves it. we feel very blessed to have found such an awesome place!!!
I just wanted to say this is by far the best place to live. The apartment manager Ronda have gave us a chance when no one else would. The place is very clean. The community here is like a little family all the kiddos get together after school and play. If we ever have a problem we go to Ronda and she fixes it or figures out a way to solve it.. absolutely love it here!!!!!
Our apartment has great transportation to and from schools. In a great and quiet neighborhood within walking and driving distance. Is great for kids to go swimming. Apartment management has great and loyal services. Have been staying there for years and it has always been a safe environment for the kids and adults within the daytime and at a night. Even though the rent is sometimes tough to manage on a decent paycheck and with a child under 5 we still all manage but would greatly help if we miraculously won the cash prize. That would not only help pay for several but can also help keep us afloat. But it is an overall good place to check out.
