The Hamptons has always been a great community to live and continues to grow because of their interaction with the residents. They have an excellent office staff, they're like friends and family. I lived here before in 2019-2020; when the pandemic happened the Staff here were exceptional. They looked out for me and did a lot of things they didn't have to do because they knew I was a worked at the hospital as well as I had no friends or family here. It's an experience I'll never forget! Which is why I returned here when the opportunity presented itself.

Best Place to call my home In Nashville!!!!!! I call it Natures Nest here in the wood a stones throw to the lake. Never thought I would find such a wonderful place and amazing community team!

Only suggestion would be to get a unit with a garage because it’s such an amazing amenity and to make sure you get the units on the second floors because I feel like the people upstairs are gonna come through their floor and land in our bed. Otherwise it’s an amazing place to live! Management is great, the community is quiet and feels safe, it’s very well kept and they continue to do visual updates and improvements, etc etc. 10 out of 10 would recommend (as long as your upstairs neighbor has lighter feet than mine. Haha

i honestly have no complaints other than the cleaning process for new residents. my apartment seemed to not be cleaned when i moved in. the tub and toilet especially. all they seemed to do, if anything, was vacuum aka the bare minimum.

This place only cares about new residents so do not stay long term. They suck at communication and you aren't even allowed access to all amenities. There are better places in the same price range and cheaper.

The Hamptons at Woodland Pointe is a great apartment complex. Our renovated apartment is spacious and so comfortable, feels like a small house. The staff is amazing, and helped us so much with the leasing process, we appreciate their abundant patience. They made us feel so welcome, which made us even more excited to be here. Maintenance is QUICK, you'll have your request fulfilled within the week. Overall, super nice apartment complex.

it feels like assisted living with all the great service of all the staff !!
The Hamptons has more of a community feel then just an apt. Very pet friendly with ample places to walk your pet. Tenants are basically respectful to each other and helpful. The Hamptons offers a family environment. The office staff is generally very accommodating and friendly. The only negative is that they are hard to reach by phone.

I've only been here 3 weeks .. I've been impressed by the overall experience..
Roomy updated apartments with great layout and storage, some with attached garages, in a quiet community. All buildings are two stories only, meaning private entrances to your unit. Boasts excellent location for getting anywhere!
New to the community and so happy with our decision to make The Hamptons at Woodland Point our residence in Nashville. The Manager and office personnel are so professional and kind! We placed our first maintenance order and maintenance arrived and had problem fixed within 45 minutes. Can’t ask better then that! Happy Residents ??
Very friendly and professional staff., diligently work hard to meet residents expectations and make sure we're heard and aware of the progress of their efforts. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
We’ve only lived here 2 months and we are dreading the next 10 months. From rats infesting the dumpster, to loud neighbors banging above at all hours of the day/night. The worst part, when we came home last week to our whole apartment flooded, water spewing from the apartment above. We had to call 911 because we couldn’t get ahold of anyone from maintenance to come help. When they finally came they had no idea what was causing the flooding. A week later and we still have no answers. No one knows what happened and knows if it will happen again. We still have to wait another week to have someone fix our water damage. Not to mention this past week, a maintenance worker came into our apartment and left the front door wide open the whole hour he was in our apartment while we were at work. Thank goodness our renters insurance company got us a hotel and our dogs were safe there. This place is HUGELY overpriced for what we got. I DO NOT recommend this apartment.

We are glad to hear that upon being notified of the leak, the Hamptons team connected with you, and maintenance came out to the property. Additionally, the carpet vendor was immediately contacted to extract water from the unit while the team kept in contact with you providing regular updates. Unfortunately, our vendor handling the repair and repaint had an unforeseen circumstance so we had to reschedule for the next day. We do appreciate your patience and understanding. Additionally, while our maintenance team is diligent in picking up grounds/pet waste daily please do not hesitate to let us know in the office if any section needs additional care. Parking was a little problematic for a short period of time. Partly due to my lack of understanding the nature of policy, but also the lack of communication about policy from office. Recently left as new policies were implemented, so fingers crossed it’s better for everyone (I think it should be). Quiet neighborhood. Quiet neighbors in my building. Perfect. Some maintenance issues were odd, but problems did get resolved.

I’ve been living here over a year and everyone is super friendly from the office to maintenance. They have great communication and it’s been a nice place to live.

When we first moved in we enjoyed living in this complex, aside from the maintenance issues with out apt. Since then however, the quality of this complex has gone downhill remarkably. The new parking system is absolutely unacceptable. It prevents any type of social gathering, and the number of passes available to the complex as a whole is ridiculous. Additionally, the mail center has been out of commission for months, furniture is constantly piling up in front of the dumpster, and the weekend office hours are often not kept as posted. We plan to move once our lease is up due to these issues, specifically the new parking system.

Because there is limited parking for residents we have a designated parking area for guests and have 10 additional guest parking passes for residents to sign out for 72 hours. We are also glad to report that we have received positive feedback about this policy. Unfortunately, there was a delay in the mailbox delivery and we appreciate everyone's patience as we awaited the arrival. We are happy to share that currently, the team maintenance team is in the process of installing them. The Hamptons Team has reached out to our vendor to request the removal of items left at the dumpster. Additionally, residents will receive an email updating them on the Saturday office hours as our leasing consultant that day has a scheduled lunch hour. I feel fortunate to be able to live in such a beautiful Community. Everybody is friendly and professional the community is safe and always kept clean. Maintenance is on top of every work order. Look forward to spending Summer by the pool

Our place always smells of pot. Its not cool when it comes through our closet and bathroom and gets into our clothes. There is double standards with management on who can park within policy. We thought this place was squared away but it was completely out of control. Forget about filing a workorder to get something fixed. They try but do a awful job. Questionable neighbors.

After office hours, we do have a third-party booting company that patrols the community; and boots vehicles in violation of the parking policy. The staff are courteous, professional, and friendly. The work requests are taken care of immediately. The upkeep on the apartment is appropriate, as well as in community spaces (e.g., pool). The dog policy is not prohibitive.

My girlfriend and myself have had a great experience at the Hamptons. The ease of moving in and the cleanliness of our apartment was fantastic! We have only had two small work orders placed in the time that we have been at the Hamptons, which were both completed promptly and to our satisfaction. I also appreciate the direct communication that the General Manager Diane has had with both myself and my girlfriend mostly through email. Clean and very safe community. Management and maintenance are an added bonus as the staff are very caring and provide immediate response to any concerns. One of the best communities ever and I love it here!

I've been living here since 2013...minus a couple times leaving for short times, but I absolutely love my apartment, garage, upgrades...everything. I think they should change the name to The Hamptons at Woodland Pointe Condos.
Ive only lived here at The Hamptons for a few weeks now. However, my experiences with the office management and maintenance have been wonderful. Whenever I have a question/concern regarding anything such as the use of my mailing key, maintenance requests, etc., everyone is always so polite and professional. Most recently, I lost my phone in the complex, and it turned out that it had fallen down one of the drains on the street. After contacting the leasing office, the ladies sent over maintenance to open the drain, go underground and retrieve it for me! I couldnt ask for better service, compassion and dedication from management. The Hamptons at Woodland Pointe definitely provides the secure, inclusive feeling that every resident wants.

Nice remote place to live however community stores and local restaurants are ran down!
