It a great place to raise your family. They only go up to 2 bedrooms but, it’s nice that you live downtown AH and you cannot beet the amenities.

Some of the things I like most about Hancock Square are the features included in every apartment such as a clothes washer and dryer in my apartment. So convenient to do laundry anytime I want. The dishwasher is another feature I can't live without. The convenience of having a storage locker on my floor is another plus. Then add the beautiful fireplace in the common area and things are so comfortable. I love the herb and vegetable garden. They do all the work and all I have to do is pick whatever I want. Besides these great features, the staff members are all friendly and treat me like family. And the quick & efficient way they fix anything is the fastest service of any apartment complex I've lived in. It's the best place I've ever lived. Thank you Hancock Square.

Management is always the plus, no complain! Minus -Corridor carpet was already out date 5 year ago, smelling and looking bad due spills of garbage and liquids, dragged for years on the carpet. -One elevator permanently out of service, mean only one elevator available during moving,5 to 10 min. Waiting in peak hrs. -No building WiFi , today is very common amenity! In general my feeling is that new property want increase the lease increases Y/Y with no investment. Hancock square compared to similar places with fresh remodeling or new seem 15-20% more expansive.
Corporate needs to replace the elevators (they literally jump and your heart skips a beat) in the 200 building, the carpet (smells and has stains) and the decor and lightning is super out of style. New pool chairs are a must. Corporate please upgrade the 200 building. It’s way overdue.

Would like to see updated pool chairs at the pool and grill areas. Blue chairs are super old and need to be updated! Elevators seem to have a lot of issues and people always get stuck in them. 299 building has nicer elevators than 200 building. Staff is great!

Living at Hancock Square at Arlington Heights is comfort and pleasant. Especially the onsite service are provided efficient and effective. The leasing office staff are super nice and helpful, Dan and Lauren provide support immediately no matter it’s weekend or after hours,they are always be there willing to help. It’s the apartment you can trust.
Great complex! The apartments are updated and have nice amenities. It is also very safe and in a great location, so many restaurants and shops.
We have been here about a week now and both of us couldn’t be happier with our decision to move to this property. As compared to similar apartments we have found this unit is far more spacious than some of the neighboring properties. Move in was effortless and the staff was very accommodating to our specific needs. The unit and common spaces are spotless. So far all the amenities have met our expectations. We are so looking forward to getting in that pool and soaking up some sun.
The residents here are super friendly, the leasing staff is incredible and quick to respond, and of course the apartment and the amenities are top notch. I have no complaints.

Great place to live. A lot of fun things to do being right down town. Everyone is so welcoming and I haven’t had a bad experience yet. I would highly recommend living here especially with how convenient it is to get downtown Chicago with the train in our backyard!
I've been living here for over the years, and I am quite satisfied. It's so quiet, clean, and comfortable. In addition, my neighbors are always very nice and friendly. Maintenance requests are usually made shortly.
Hancock Square is a great place to live. The building is kept spotless, the office staff always greet you with a smile and any repairs that have to be made are perfection by the maintenance staff.

I Love living at Hancock Square. The fireplace in the common area looks & feels great on a cold winter day. The staff is friendly and caring. The maintenance crew was amazing during a big snowstorm with about 6 of them plowing and shoveling for more than 12 hours. So glad I chose an apartment complex that is well maintained.
Elevators don’t work properly. Very disappointing to see this and experience this. Multiple residents have been stuck and the fire department has to come. Package system is down so it’s hard to get them. Gym equipment needs to be upgraded!
Great living experience at Hancock square. Just renewed again, thanks for nice leasing office staff strong support, both Dan and Lauren are very nice and willing to help. Get 100 % support when ever needed,never disappointed.

It’s 6 th years anniversary living at Hancock. Square, great experience especially always has onsite maintenance team support responding quick and fixed issues effectively.

I've lived here for three years, and it's very convenient as it's close to the station. If I have a problem in my room, such as a power outage or a clogged sink, I can request maintenance and it will be resolved the next day. Also, if I have any problems, I can come to the office and have them resolved. The monthly events held in the club room are fun and I look forward to them every month.
Outstanding opportunity here, the best option to live in Arlington Height. It's a beautiful living space location in gorgeous and condos are great.
Great experience living here for the past three and a half years. Wonderful neighborhood, nice neighbors, and my dog loves it too. Hope to be here for years to come.
