Nestled just north of I-30, North Arlington is an idyllic neighborhood with a distinct suburban atmosphere. Wide roads are lined with lush trees and modern homes throughout North Arlington, while North Collins Street touts plenty of familiar commercial offerings, from chain restaurants to national retailers.
North Arlington’s sprawling parks and scenic golf courses stand in stark contrast to the bustling environment on the southern side of I-30, which is where you’ll find popular destinations like Six Flags Over Texas, Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), and AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys). North Arlington residents enjoy a quiet place to come home to as well as convenience to some of the Metroplex’s most exciting amenities.

Property Ratings at Hangar 19
Don’t be fooled by the fake pictures and fake reviews online stating that this is a clean, safe, or great place to live because it’s not. Cars are broken into WEEKLY here because all gates are open all day and night. Residents cars are even being stolen right out of the parking lot. Yes management is aware of all of this yet they refuse to do anything about it to make residents feel safe. We pay a “gated community fee” monthly yet we are not in a safe gated complex ever. There is not overnight courtesy patrol that they claim there is and when you do call “security” it takes them 30-40 minutes to get here because they are actually not even here on the property ever. This has become to trashiest apartment complex ever. It’s rundown and filled with trash and stains everywhere in the hallways. Management here never does their job and when problems are brought to their attention all they say is to send an email to the manager that will just get ignored. They are aware of all of these issues but they don’t care because they’re not the ones that have to live here and deal with this. Live here at your own risk. It’s only going to get worse and I cannot wait to leave.
Gates stay open all day and night. Crime is at an all time high. Management gives weird dumb excuses. Super sketchy. They care more about laying down rocks for landscaping rather than closing the gates for the safety of the residents that pay a lot of money to live here!
Hangar 19 is not closed. They are just under new management. Hard to believe new management that is way worse than the previous management. This place has become a dump. Management never leaves their offices. They have no clue what is going on around here. The place is supposed to be no smoking. They send notices to everyone about the 'policy'. However, they don't take on the offenders directly. A lot of the landscaping is dead. They don't take down the dead trees. The gates are constantly broken. Some because vehicles keep trying to beat the gate while it's closing. Or because the gate won't open automatically since the vehicle is on the wrong side of the road. Vehicles constantly park in fire lanes, in front of garages, block in parked cars. Are unlicensed or broken down. Nothing gets towed out of here. Not supposed to have grills on patios or balconies. There are many grills. The place has also become an AirBNB. The front fence has lockboxes on it. Cars pull into the parking lot, unload and go right to the pool. Everyone in Texas must have the access code to the pool. Dogs running around not on leashes. People not cleaning up after their dogs. Trash piles up at the dumpster every weekend. People don't even bag their trash anymore, they just toss out their car window as they drive by. I've seen it. The internet is terrible. Management says take it up with the internet company. Figure it out on your own. 20m up and down. On a good day. The two girls that greet you when you go in? EXCELLENT, could not be nicer. Management is the issue here. They have no clue what is going on outside of their offices. They should be walking this place daily. So yeah, if you want to live someplace where management is not going to be on you about rules and policies, then this is the place for you.
The customer service at the apartment is outstanding. Went by the office and spoke to Jaylen about a problem I had with a key Fob and she was there to help me immediately. Not only does the management office provide service but the grounds person also. Robert is always on the grounds cleaning and making it a better place to live. The other day I saw Robert making sure that the trash was picked up. If you want to live in a place that cares, this is it. VP
I have lived here since May. It is a wonderful place to call home. The staff is nice especially Robert who is always working the grounds to make sure the property stays nice.
Tried to talk to the manager or Asst Mgr to set up a payment plan and they never returned my emails or calls. ZIP nothing from them. After making payments against the debt to the office for 2 months they sent it to collections even though their documents said they would work with customers to set up a Payment Plan. Bad management and poor customer service.
People are amazing Staff are amazing View is amazing The maintenance crew! ARE AMAZING!!!
Love it here! Staff is great! Most residents are friendly and communicates with you!
The property is lovely, the staff are great and quick to assist. Would definitely recommend.
We chose this complex due to the no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind anywhere inside the complex. We have been smelling weed in our bedroom for months now, as well as weed and cigarette smoke throughout the property. There are cigarette butts and cigar wrappers on the ground, and I even found a joint in one of the public areas at one point. We have been letting management know about these issues since they began, which, again, was months and months ago, and nothing has been done. There have also been several times we’ve had to call security due to excessive noise during the night. We’d like to stay in this apartment, but it looks like we won’t be able to renew our lease if this continues.
The staff is always super helpful and the two times we have submitted a maintenance request, they respond quickly and have someone there immediately to handle the situation. Super happy to live here
i’ve lived here for over a year. the maintenance team is incredibly friendly! the people in the front office are friendly too. the grounds are nice, and the property allows so many breeds of dogs ??
Came in to look at an apartment with my roomate, great floorplans. We both loved it, looking to move in when our lease expires.
Toured an apartment this afternoon with Jayla. Great customer service and great amenities. I don't need the apartment until March but will definitely return when my lease is up.
Very happy here. Glad I chose this property when I moved to Dallas.
I moved here a few months ago and I LOVE it! New management is awesome and it is so quiet and close to everything and the property is clean. Will for sure be renewing when my lease is up!
