The place ia good located , there are access to the most important streets and aven ues, to the most important commercial centers. The administration is very friendly, very professional and very helpfull with the tenants.

Si están buscando un sitio para vivir, este lugar no es el indicado. En el momento de adquirir el apto te muestran el apto modelo y por supuesto este es hermoso. Este edificio lo mantienen limpio, pero es el único. Antes de rentarlo, revisen los demás edificios y notarán que lo que les muestran, no es realmente lo que le ofrecen. No hacen mantenimiento en los pasillos, por lo tanto, siempre están sucios; cobran recogidas de basuras, que tan poco recogen. Si se daña el aire acondicionado, tienes que soportar el calor por días, por que no lo arreglan inmediatamente y no hay ventiladores en los apartamentos. Hay cucarachas, hay roedores, definitivamente es un lugar deplorable. La administración, se encarga solo de cobrar y cobrar, pero no ayudar. Las áreas comunes son sucias. Peor lugar para vivir!!!!!

Spend over $200 in non-reimbursable application fees and next day they stopped answering the phone. They don´t answer emails, messages, nothing. Other apartments application fees in the area are about $50 with more renovated facilities, so I´m applying somewhere else.

Aquí el servicio Es Horrible Te cobran Mensualmente Recogido de basura cuando nunca la recogen y cuando llamas a la oficina te dice que tienes que pagarlo por que todo los residente lo pagan ?? En limpieza Asqueroso y con decir que los de la oficina nunca dura pues lo digo todo Si tienen otras opciones de alquiler Mejor Por que aquí vas a pasar mucho muchos malo rato

I have only been living here for 2 1/2 months and my AC has broken 3 times, coincidently every month around the 9th.. The 4th day of me living there, my water heater broke. The management does nothing to help, doesn't answer emails or phone calls. When you put a work order request in, they take 5 days to fix anything. They tell you the work order was complete and then you go home and its not. They have changed property management twice since I filled the application out in March, which should say something. Do not move into the community, you will regret it. I read these reviews too and thought I would give it a chance, but the reviews are not wrong. It has a 2.6 rating for a reason.

I would and I have being that this community has non renovated apartments and some look for those.

Simply because of the level of quality service and genuine eagerness to assist me that I received from the entire leasing office staff, especially Ella! Amazing people!

The leasing agent was very professional and friendly. One thing I suggest, I've been a maintenance supervisor for over 25 years. The model needs attention bad and wouldn't be showing it.

I would recommend this community as it is a great location, good amenities, awesome staff and family friendly.

Is there some form of security offices overseeing who is coming in or out of the places. Where I currently lived , there is a security station and that deters people not living in the community from getting access. This is a weakness I noted there.

Called in late night and was responded to right away. Service took a couple days but it was a Sunday so i understood

When friends and family come to visit, I usually get a compliment how comfortable they feel here and i have been asked how much the apartments go for. I do explain that many of the apartments have been renovated and are a bit more than mine and it would be best that they contact the office.

I am so impressed with Diana and Kendall. They made every part of this process easy and have gone above and beyond to be helpful

We would recommend this community because they are well located. Huge and beautiful apartments and amenities areas

With this new management it is a much nicer community with friendlier staff and maintanence responds much faster.

I would recommend it to someone with a higher income.

The hygiene of the interior corridors between the apartments and staircases is deplorable, there is no one to guarantee an adequate cleaning, not so in the parking areas, interior sidewalks and green areas where it looks very clean although in spite of the extensive green areas the planter is very poor without flower plants what makes the environment monotonous and with little beauty of exteriors, the gray of the buildings with the black doors badly painted matt offer a sad aspect to the immense comolejo. The apartments that carry carpets are dirty to be very plush or cushioned and the fittings of bathrooms and kitchens very old need to be changed. The rent prices are high to the height of other residential complexes in Tampa where they are surpassed in the beauty of gardens, the cleaning of corridors and elegance in general

We have recommended to many people who have went to the office to inquire about residency. We just don't like showing our apartment to friends and family since it looks so outdated.

Pool is closed on Sunday which is not cool at all. Making the bigger pool over crowed.

Any problem is immediately handled, the Handymen are professional in the office is always on top of things. I would like to see better access to the manager. Whenever you ask to see her, she's always busy. But maybe that's what makes everything run so well.

I would recommended because is a place where silent and peaceful but i would not recommended because the part for kids like the pool is close at 4 and the sundays is close

Do not move here! This place is infested with roaches. There was a swarm of huge bees above my apartment door. The staff including the manager are very unprofessional. Let this be your last option!!!!!! If I could put 0 stars, I would !!

If you are looking for a place to live I suggest that this is your last option, I really had a very bad experience, serius problems with cockroaches and other insects, monthly charges without meaning, crazy charges at the time of delivering the apartment and mostly a team with a lot of lack of communication when explaining charges to pay.

After 4 apts in this same condominium each one worse to the other, from fire, floods in the carpets until air conditioning failures for three days in midsummer. Definitely do not move here if you value your peace and quietness.

I love my remodeled apartment and the Staff is very helpful.

Their maintenance is very slow and NEVER on TIME. There are a lot of roaches and they come spray pest stuff but the roaches still return. Some walls have holes but are covered up but not correctly. Just very lazy people and not very satisfying.
