Very thin walls and ceilings. I have complained to management about a continuous noise disturbance and they do NOT care.
Car windows are constantly smashed in - more than a dozen in one night and management does not care. Beware - these apartments are nice, but located in a terrible area and your car windows are guaranteed to be smashed it. It happens all the time.
Since I’ve lived here over 30 cars have had their windows smashed in right in the parking lot. Management will do nothing about this problem, except make excuses and say there is nothing they can do about it. You can be much safer for the price they charge!!!

Currently waiting on a unit that was due to open July 1 (as of August 2, the Pennrose website still boasts a "Spring 2022" opening). It is now August 2 and I am left with a "hopefully soon" as a firm move-in date.
They are still under construction and continuously fail to communicate with their residents when things will be done. They just gave us a one week notice that the move in will be pushed back another month. My current lease is up soon so I will soon have nowhere to live and very little time to figure it out. When you try and contact them though you are sent to a call center which has zero information, they take days to call you back and they still can't give you a clear answer. Absolutely crap management.

They’ve pushed the move in date 4x now and now I’m unsure about leasing from this company. They’ve indicated that they have no idea when official move in will be but are “hopeful” which leaves me with none. I now have to figure out where to live for the time being or lose the money I paid here due to misleading information.

I toured and leased a few weeks ago and I love this place! Can't wait to make it home. It's super bright and airy and the kitchens are gorgeous! Ample parking in a great growing area. I'm looking forward to being able to have a restaurant right downstairs and some shops right up the street.
