I currently live here and in the beginning it was great, until people moved in. Now I am hearing loud flushing and banging noises all day, feels like I’m living in a toilet. Mgmnt stated it’s normal within multi family units and my friends have left because they said it’s gross. The sound happens all day and they basically implied sleeping is not important or apart of your health.

I loved this property because first off, it is NOT located on a one way street. This made it much easier to find parking and the building, compared to other properties i visited. Second, my leasing agent, Isabella, was extremely professional and had the answer to every question i had. Third, the interior and exterior of this property is BEAUTIFUL, not to mention in a great location. You can walk to just about every one of your favorite places in Austin! I can’t thank the team here enough for everything! From the minute I called to the minute I stepped inside the building. 100/10 service. I’ve asked 100+ questions and Taylor, Isabella, Eneida & Khalid have all been patient with me and answered the same questions over and over. They all have different personalities but that’s what makes them great. Khalid is my guy! He’s smooth and sharp. He always keeps it real too and was definitely James Bond in another life. Isabella and Eneida are both extremely nice and give me power ranger vibes. They always make sure things get done and check back after to confirm. Taylor gives me head Huncho or Boss level vibes. She’s awesome and helped me out whenever I was confused about the promotional deals and even made my lease more affordable for me. I’m excited to live here and hope to continue building a relationship with them all. It’s refreshing speaking to people who actually enjoy their jobs and take pride in helping others. I’m not usually difficult but my difficulty level with them all was easily a 10/10. They all handled it with class and grace. Thank y’all again for everything! Highly recommend signing here!!

I love this property! I have been touring so many properties in Austin (moving from San Francisco), and this one is just the best. It is the most brand new property in Austin right now so it makes sense, but honestly this property just has it all. I am so excited for their co-working spaces to open up, I feel like other properties do not have spaces like this and it is so nice to finally have this since I work from home. The staff, amenities, and apartments are all a 10/10. I seriously think this property is the best in Austin right now. The staff just doesn't compare to any other leasing office I have ever worked with in past properties. Isabella and Taylor helped me through the whole application process and were extremely helpful. The services and amenities that this building provides are incredible, and i think that is thanks to the Hanover Company. Any property they build is just better than the last!

Checked out properties in Austin and stumbled upon this gem of a building! Seriously, the hard work put into it shows. Taylor was amazing, showing me around with a great vibe. Loved everything about this spot, and the concierge was super friendly, added to the great experience. Mid-January can't come soon enough – can't wait to call this place home!

Seriously dont waste your time looking anywhere else. This is like the BEST building in Austin right now. The staff is super friendly, make sure to tour with Isabella, she is so thorough.

This Hanover building is even BETTER than the other one in Austin! It’s also in the most perfect location!! They are going to have a ROOFTOP pool and gym! Everyone that works there is so nice, ask for Isabella when you go she was so helpful!

This property is so gorgeous and brand new!! You have to tour here, you will fall in love with it! The staff is so friendly as well, Isabella toured me and she was so sweet!

Took a tour with Isabella and wow this place is so pretty, they have sooooo many different floorplans. Not mention the amenity spaces are insane!!
