Hanover Broadway

We love living at the Hanover, when we have a question we can walk to the office to get it answered. Janet and Donald have been very helpful. It is easy submitting a maintenance request.

Just beautiful! Hanover Broadway is a must see for anyone coming to live in Oakland. Everything is maintained at an optimal level with many amenities if one desires. Very clean and refreshing ambiance when you walk through the doors at Hanover Broadway!

Damon was amazing and so is the property! He was very knowledgeable about the space and also very friendly! We’re hoping to move in by August!

We are a family of three, and we love living at Hanover Broadway! The apartment is spacious and well designed, the premises are always kept clean and stylish, all the staff are kind and helpful, and they have secure garage parking. Any maintenance issues are addressed super fast. There are 3 bbq areas that are free to use, one on the rooftop with a beautiful view. The location is great, no complaints!

Top tier property and simply gorgeous from the moment you walk in the from doors. The place is managed by an incredible team as well. If you need a place in Oakland this is the one!

I had an amazing tour with Madeline. She helped me look at a few floor plans and she had a very vibrant and kind personality! The building is maintained greatly and location is 10/10.

we tour Hanover Broadway back on June and we really like what we saw back then. we decide to come back and see if they have any units available. luckily, they have the perfect match to what we are looking for. so convenient located and having a target store downstair is a plus! 100 % recommended!!

The building is beautiful, I loved the views, the lobby’s, bathroom itinerary is beautiful as well. I love the model and design, Janét helped me and she was so sweet informative

Went around looking at places including the Modera Jack but I was the most impressed with the service I got at Hanover! I had an in person tour and Janet went above and beyond to go over pros and cons relating to unit location and size. Toured studio K and L which comfortably fitted my needs. Location is great for socializing and amenities allow for get togethers. I will finalizing a decision by the end of the month. Definitely a top pick!

When I was looking at this place is was wonderful from every little detail. Usually on tours like this I only look at the big pictures but Janet the lady giving me a tour showed me a lot of great fine details about the area. I would give it a 10/10

This complex is beautiful! It has so many unique amenities and features, the workers there are amazing, especially janae!! She is the sweetest and most caring person there!! 5 stars!!

Besides the apartment being extremely nice. I wanted to give a shoutout to Janét. Her customer service was amazing and made everything smooth as far as showing me around and answering any questions I had.

This is such a cool and beautiful property! I met and spoke with Janet who informed me of all the amenities including a pool table in the club room, gym, rooftop area, pet bathing room, and even a Target right under the building! So convenient! Not to mention the property is always kept clean and the staff are so kind and friendly. Amazing tour.

The place is near everything in downtown. You can walk to plenty of restaurants and bars. I love the vibes of the whole building

Madeline gave us a detailed tour of the apartment and answered all of our questions. The movie theater room was the highlight of the tour and we can’t wait to move in.

On top of this location being beautiful, there are a good amount of restaurants and breweries in the area. There’s a club room, conference rooms and a gym. Madeline was super friendly and really knowledgeable on the tour I took with her!

Planned on moving to the area and called in to inquire about a potential new place to call home and madeline was very helpful over the phone answering my questions!
