Property Ratings at Hanover Edgewood
Very poor quality construction. Looks nice and great amenities, but everything breaks or unusable. Look past all that because the walls are super thin so I can hear everything my neighbors say. Typical of new construction. You're paying premium costs for poor quality. I wouldn't recommend.

The staff is very kind, especially Toshany, she went ahead to go out of her way to give you a great experience when renting. The pool is nice and cool, and also has seats along the sides. The rooms have variety, there is also a beautiful view in some of the rooms, especially on the higher floors.

Called to schedule a same day tour and Toshany was more than accommodating. She broke down the different units professionally and gave an in-depth tour of the amenities and everything there was to offer. The property could have sold it self but she really made the experience top tier!

Kawanda was soooooo fun and inviting , warm, educated about the area , friendly . This was by far the best tour I have experienced in a long time. Recently attended a Bible study at this property and the clubhouse was phenomenal! Was showed around to see other amenities by Kawanda and could not believe how luxury these apartments were! I wanted to go on an apartment tour to check out some of the units since we were in a time crunch. When my partner called over the phone to schedule the tour, Kawanda ensured to not only ask the necessary questions but her personality and attitude shows that she loves her job and goes above and beyond for her future residents. You don’t see that much happening often nowadays! When we showed up in person, it continues to be an amazing and helpful experience with Kawanda! She was spectacular with her immense upbeat and optimistic personality while providing such great hospitality throughout the whole time there. My partner and I applied for our apartment unit on the day of and we cannot wait to continue our journey from there, knowing that there are helpful leasing consultants such as Kawanda to help ensure that everything is a smooth and sailing manner during these stressful times. I recently toured with Kawanda and had a great experience. The building was so beautiful. I LOVED the kitchen, the bathroom and the natural lighting from the big windows. Also, Kawanda was amazing. She was very kind, professional, and patient. She knew what she was talking about and answered all my questions. She definitely sold me along with the building. So if you plan on coming to tour? Toured a few Hanover properties and I must say I was extremely impressed. The amenities are top notch and to add the staff is awesome! Kawanda is a breath of fresh air. I had a chance to check out the campus yesterday and just ....WOW!!! Everything was exceptional. The location is optimal, the interior was stunning and you won't find opulence like this, just anywhere. The staff was very nice to me and I especially enjoyed Kawanda. She was prompt, professional and very accommodating.She definitely has a unique gift to work so closely with people. Oh and she is so PRETTY!!! I thought she was Jekalyn Carr for a second! I highly recommend.
