My partner and I moved in just over a month ago and we are so blown away by this place. I’ve lived many places over the years that claimed to be luxury living, but this is the first time I’ve ever felt that I was actually getting that “luxury” I was paying for. The property itself is certainly beautiful with its luxe finishes, high design quality, and attention to detail, but the front office staff are what make the difference on the luxury front. With the walkable neighborhood and proximity to Buffalo Bayou, we knew we’d found our new home pretty much immediately during our tour with Joseph, but it was on moving day that I knew we’d made the right choice. My partner was working late, so it was just me, my dog, and the movers; it was a stressful day, but as soon as I got to Hanover, they made everything easy. The movers were right behind me, so Joseph went to meet them in the loading dock and show them to my unit so they could get started. Meanwhile, Tiffany and I could take our time as she went over the paperwork and answered all my questions before leading the way to my unit. Since then, I’ve continued to have consistently positive experiences with the front office. When my package got lost, Joseph asked me for the tracking number and contacted the shipping firm to arrange for its recovery. I’ve never had the front office gone to such lengths to find a lost package anywhere else I’ve lived. Recently, Joseph insisted on helping me wheel some large boxes upstairs and then carried them into my unit for me! Lifting those heavy boxes (in a suit, by the way) was way above the call of duty, but he didn’t even think twice. Everyone in the office goes the extra mile and is helpful and friendly. The other factor that makes this place worth the price is the low noise transfer between units. I’ve never heard my neighbors except for some muffled footsteps overhead now and then. The construction site across the street is a different story, but they seem to stop noisy activities at a reasonable hour. I work from home during the day, and I don’t find the noise too distracting unless I’m right by the window. There have been community events with free donuts, shopping booths in the park, and mimosas. The cherry on top is that there are excellent restaurants right downstairs with more to come! Overall, I highly recommend Hanover Parkview. The excellent front office staff, nice neighborhood, and beautiful property make it well worth the price for us.

I have enjoyed my short stay here at the Hanover over the last 11 1/2 months. I am moving out in two weeks and moving to New York. As I’ve told Tiffany when she tried to get me to renew: if I stayed in Houston, I would have signed a renewal lease. I never had any major issues and all of my interactions with the staff have always been positive. Maintenance always gets taken care of the same day or at least within 24 hours. (Edgar and Rolan are the best). I am sad to leave.. but on to a new chapter..

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. One particular time was when Tiffany, the manager, was incredibly accommodating. When I was driving into town to pick up my keys for move-in, I was going to be a few minutes past closing. She stayed after and got me taken care of, even taking the time to walk me around to make sure I felt comfortable my first night.

Location is perfect if you work in downtown. Takes me less than 7 mins to get to work. It’s walkable to restaurants, dive bars and the buffalo park. The team are all nice and friendly. I enjoy it here.

Far from perfect but you will not be disappointed living here. I’ve been a resident since 2022 and I’ve lived at a few “luxury high rises” before this. Hanover Parkview (Tiffany & leasing staff) are the most professional and caring team. Building is clean and taken care of very well. Some cons: retail fire Alarms went off a few times in Sept 2023 but team was proactive and tried to handle what they could. Construction at the Buffalo Bayou Tower will be going on for a while so don’t lease here if you don’t want to hear noise. Good luck finding a better place in the city that isn’t dealing with construction though. You can’t miss the construction going on, so I think the people complaining probably have never lived in the city before. And huge thanks to Maintenance crew Rolando and Eduardo/edgar for making sure things get fixed and work in a quick matter.

Gerard the manager is super helpful. He helped me find a new unit for my swap in a timely manner. The rest of the staff Joey, Regina, and Tiffany are communicative and professional while responsive. The building is gorgeous and the location is great.

Absolutely loved my tour, great building with awesome amenities and our tour agent Joseph was so friendly and knowledgeable about the property. He took his time no matter how many questions we had and he really emphasized what a great area this is which I love especially with having a dog. Definitely leasing here
