Property is beautiful but staff really makes it an all around perfect place to live.

Elegant home in a wonderful neighborhood. This complex provide all essentials to get away from it all and enjoy everything the area has to offer, specially the gym,pool and theater. The units are ultra clean and well mantained.Great maintance team ! Pretty quick and resolves everything as soon as informed . Highly recommend you wont be dissapointed .

El personal que trabaja aquí tiene una conducta intachable tanto como el personal que se encarga de que el edificio esté pulcro y prolijo y el de oficina, siempre encontrarás alguien que pueda apoyar las necesidades que la gente que vive aquí encuentre respuestas oportunas a sus dudas o demandas. Cualquier día de el año no importa encontrarás a alguien encargándose de la alberca el teatro el courtyard o la oficina. Parece que la lluvia o los días festivos no impactan nadie los detiene es un gran lugar para vivir!

El entorno de este lugar junto con los vecinos y los negocios hacen un lugar muy confortable para vivir. Todo esta a una distancia relativamente corta, en auto o a pie. Los centros de trabajo están por donde quiera, opciones para estudiar y daycare es a minutos. Me encanta y mas sus áreas comunes, el staff te ayuda a llegar a donde necesitas. En un evento social me agrado mucho el tiempo que invertí dentro de la comunidad de Southampton.

Fuimos un grupo de amigos y los apartamentos estaban en perfecto estado, tal y como muestran las fotos. Decoración moderna, absolutamente impolutos y muy prácticos y cómodos, junto a La universidad Rice en el corazón de Houston a 3 minutos de el 59 y todos los servicios caminando prácticamente, restaurantes, bares y un vecindario tranquilo y seguro. Looking for a lovely home this complex is highly recommendable due to impeccable units, neighborhood and community . One of my favorite features is they have a dog run my pet loved it ,super clean and pet friendly . Another great feature is the theatre room , super spacious, good screen quality and great family interaction .

I loved this property and the team was amazing. The 12th floor club rooms were gorgeous. The pool seems like a resort - everything is very upscale. The apartment that I toured on the 11th floor was spacious and had really nice views. I would love to live here.

I move here to go to Rice University and wanted to live close to campus. I love it here! I'm close to so many restaurants and stores. I feel safe walking my dog in the neighborhood. The staff is lovely, and make me feel this I'm home away from home.

The building is absolutely beautiful, roof top pool. Only to be matched by the amazing walkability and access to all of the incredible restaurants and retail in Rice Village. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure we are all taken care of.

The location cannot be beat! I have tons of restaurants and shopping right at my fingertips. The building itself is beautiful, the amenities are lovely with beautiful views.

Modern building, the kitchens are very spacious with upgraded appliances. The staff is kind and welcoming.

I have lived in many homes for many years in some amazing cities. When I sold my last home to move back to Houston, I wanted to live in Rice Village, however home inventory has been lacking, that’s when I found Hanover Southampton. It has been my home for more than a year now. Elizabeth, Erica, and Steven are truly amazing, insightful, informative, and perhaps the best stewards of a wonderful property. I’ve never missed being in a home once since I’ve been here. It’s like living at The Four Seasons, and truly a great property. If you want excellence, as well a personal touch with fabulous amenities, I cannot recommend Hanover Southampton enough! The Staff deserve whatever they need to keep them here! Bravo! Five Stars

I have lived at Hanover Southampton since it opened 7+ years ago and absolutely love living here. The property is a 12 story high-rise with a roof top pool over looking Rice Village. While the property is beautiful and the location is great, what makes this property special is the service provided by the outstanding on site management team. I'll live here as long as I live in Houston, its an amazing place, filed with great neighbors and and even more amazing staff- Jim

The management and maintenance crews are helpful, kind, courteous, and professional. Right in the middle of Rice Village which is one of the only walkable places in Houston. Love it!

This is a beautiful apartment community and an amazing part of town. The apartments are light and bright and really spacious. The rooftop pool has panoramic views of Downtown, Medical Center, Galleria and NRG. You will also find the best, in my opinion, walkability in the city. There are hundreds of restaurants and retail stores! Favorites include Local Foods, Coppa, Prego, Hopdoddy, Shake Shack. Navy Blue is a relatively new addition which is getting lots of great reviews. Love the location. Love the apartments. Love this place !!

Living at Hanover Southampton is like living in a luxury boutique hotel. The Office Team knows me by name and my dog, Leo. Sense of community is definitely a top priority at this property. Also the Maintenance Team is top notch!

I love the resident events the staff throws many times a month. It really allows everyone to meet their neighbors. Sometimes my husband and I forget we are living in a high rise apartment. Feels like our own little chic cul-de-sac! Staff is friendly and they work really hard to keep the building clean. We love it

Toured Hanover Southampton with Elizabeth this weekend. The apartments are modern and the view from the amenities was spectacular. I wish I was moving sooner.

Hannover Southampton is one of the best apartment buildings I have ever lived in. Everything from the common areas to the landscaping is well maintained, the staff always has a smile, and my apartment is beautiful! The rent is high, but I'm not sure I will ever leave!

Hanover Southampton is a beautiful high rise tucked inside the Rice Villlage shopping district. I have had the distinct pleasure of living at this beautiful community and interacting with the team while I was receiving treatment at MD Anderson. From the well manicured landscape to the meticulously maintained community, to the sensational customer care each and every team member exudes on a daily basis I have never felt more comfortable in a new environment. I particularly enjoy meeting new friends at the cooking classes and brunches offered by the community. They genuinely care about the customer and take it to the next level. I have lived here for a year and just renewed my lease. The apartment is great. quiet and in the best location, but what really stands apart is the people. Elizabeth, the woman we worked with, was such a delight. She still answers all of our emails with the same urgency as if we haven't leased an apartment yet. The concierge is great - very helpful and it is always nice to come home to a smiling face. Keep up the great work everyone.

I absolutely love living here! My apartment is STUNNING with views of downtown. The complex is kept very clean (they even sweep the parking garage!) and the fact they offer a 24 hour concierge for packages and guests is the best. I love walking to Rice Village, there's always so much to do around here. I don't think I will ever move.

A nice building in a very good area. But be aware that they will push the price up on your lease significantly every time you try to renew, it seems like it more important for them to get new leaser in, than reward and keep the current loyal tenants.

Hanover Southampton is a beautiful gem tucked in the heart of Rice Village. The highrise service starts at the front door when you are greeted by exceptional concierge staff. The magnificent floor plans and stunning views accentuate the elegance of this community. Floor to ceiling windows, exquisite finishes, remarkable common spaces, along with the perfect neighborhood of Rice Village makes this top on my list. The friendliness and care of the team is superb. I could not be more impressed!

Staff is really professional. The building is chic and the quality is great. Views are unobstructed. You can see all of houston from the roof top pool. Would’ve lived here but didn’t end up moving to Houston.
