Whether it’s a historic presence you crave, or a wealth of family fun activities, you’ll find it all in Salem! The town is part of Rockingham County, adjacent to Interstate 93. Residents enjoy proximity to the Mall at Rockingham Park, which happens to be the largest mall in the state of New Hampshire. Purchasing local goods can be accomplished at the Salem NH Farmers Market. When it comes to family outings, nothing beats Canobie Lake Parks’ roller coasters, stunt shows, live music, and games.
History is prevalent in Salem, too. Canobie Lake Park was built in 1902 as a means to encourage travel by trolley to the park’s leisure amenities. The park was successful and became a renowned New England resort. Are you familiar with Stonehenge? Well, Salem has one as well. America’s Stonehenge occupies almost 30 acres in Salem. Many theories surround the origin of the stone structure; its purpose was discovered to be an astronomical calendar.

I’ve been looking for an apartment for awhile and I walked into the leasing office at Hanover and had an amazing experience. What a beautiful building too.

Thank you for your feedback. We are so glad to hear you appreciate our community and staff. One of our company values is to be customer focused and we are so happy to learn your experience has been positive!
Great area and easy access to the highway. Tuscan Village is great with all the shopping and events.
Gorgeous property and very convenient location for me and my family. Close to my job and easy access into Boston
No proper services and no concierge services. Even no trolly available to get the shopping or Baggage’s to get to apartment. Also trash system very poor and long way to go every day lifting waste and dump it to long way site.
The location is perfect, the Tuscan village is so vibrant and fun, and the staff are so accommodating.
So convenient to shopping and the highway. Easy trip into Boston and up to the mountains
#1 for a reason. I love living here and enjoy the events that they put on monthly!
I began working remote earlier this year so I moved back to NH. There are not many luxury apartments in southern NH but this place blows them all out of the water. I love the built in desk in my apartment because now I can work from the comfort of my living room.
Best closets around! Plenty of storage in the kitchen and throughout the apartment
Spacious closets, the amenities and how pet friendly they are is what made us choose them over other places. We're excited to move in!
Super pet friendly and large closets. The pool is gorgeous and nice gym
If you're looking in Salem, check out Hanover Tuscan Village. The staff was super knowledgeable and very accommodating.
I love love love Tuscan Villiage Apartments. The apartments feel like home, the staff is incredible!!!!! Best Place to live by far :)
The property is pretty spot on with everything. We love the pool and courtyard space.
We couldn't pass up selling our house earlier this year with the market and ended up downsizing to an apartment at Hanover Tuscan Village. The pricing can be a little up there but you get what you pay for and we are so happy living here. We take daily walks over to tuscan market and love it!
I can't say enough good things about this property. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they always go the extra mile and the maintenance response is A1! I am loving it all so far.
I have rented a lot of apartments in NH and I have to say this is by far the best. It is hard to find a place anywhere and this location is very up and coming!
I can't fault it. The location is perfect for me having to commute into Boston some days for work and being able to get right onto 93-S, but there is also everything I need within walking distance so I don't have to spend time going out of my way for groceries, dinner & entertainment. Worth the money 100%.
This property is gorgeous, you can clearly tell how much care goes into it and I have only had good experiences so far. I love living here!
5-Stars all around!! The office and maintenance staff are incredible!
