Apartments for Rent in Hanscom Park, Omaha, NE

Hanscom Park is a neighborhood of firsts -- it contains Omaha's first city park (also Hanscom Park), it is considered Omaha's first suburb, and it features some of the city's major landmarks -- including the birthplace of President Gerald Ford. Hanscom Park dates back to 1854, when Colonel Sam Bayliss moved to the area. In 1872, Andrew J. Hanscom -- who had purchased land from Bayliss -- donated the land for the park.
