Wouldn't Live Anywhere Else...

As a long-time resident of Hansen Village Apartments, 13 years, it really bothers me when this complex gets a negative review. I have a plethora of nice, caring neighbors in a peaceful, friendly community on a property that is well-maintained, from the laundry room to the landscaping to the units themselves. No apartment housing is without its bad apples or problems but in the time I've been here, I've seen both dealt with expeditiously. I've always been treated with respect by everyone and if any work needed to be completed in my unit, I've always received a call or a notice of entry prior to any repairs being made. 13 years and counting....I wouldn't live anywhere else.

Extremely bad management

Very unprofessional staff who have favorites in the community. If you are not one of their favorites you will be treated poorly and no shame in their doing so. It is better if you are religious and make lunch for the staff to be on their good side if not this is not the place for you. If you like staff coming into your house when they please without proper notice this is the place for you. If you enjoy creepy neighbors and unassigned parking this is the place for you. It is affordable but what you are not paying in rent you are paying with your patience. Again extremely unprofessional and should consider a management company. The staff can't even spell or format a notice correctly although computers virtually do that for you.
