Community is clean and welcoming! My move in process was smooth and the leasing staff are beyond helpful and accommodating of any questions or concerns I had during my move. I look forward to my future here!

This is a great community to live in. Staff is helpful and friendly. They are always upgrading and plan activities for residents. Location is amazing as well.

I'm closing in on 8 years here and I love it! The maintenance crew can fix anything, and the office staff is very nice too. The pool area is such a great hangout spot. The community functions are nice too. Shows that they care.

I love having activities every month and knowing more people that lives here. Everyone is so kind, respectful and educated. I’m always recommending this place to the people who are looking an apartment

A quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly people. The staff is so helpful and accommodating quickly resolving any issues that arise. Definitely a place i feel i can call home

So far, it has been a pretty great place to live, the apartments are very nice.The neighbors seem to be pretty nice. It is a very peaceful neighborhood.

Overall I enjoy living here and chose to renew my lease. Unfortunately, the amenities are going downhill. The washers and dryers started taking multiple payments after the price was raised and the two dryers on the left don’t work well. It’s also often dirty and has large roaches. The gyms are often not stocked with wipes and equipment is still broken. I was told gyms were 24 hours and was excited because that fits my schedule. After moving in, I read a sign saying they’re not 24 hours and that does not fit my schedule. I also wish there was a hot tub. I have been here 1 year and hope they make improvements this year.

Great place to live and lots of great memories have been made here! Staff is amazing and very helpful. Close to highways and stores without the feeling of being on top of the street.

Like living here, it is quiet and neighbors are nice. Staff is nice and friendly.Maintenance staff is friendly and prompt. The grounds are kept neat for the most part. I have been living here now for five years. Location is great , close to most everything I need.

harbor creek is the perfect apartment complex, the staff the office ladies and everyone are just the best. we absolutely love living here!!!!

All the residents and staff are nice, but parking is an absolute disaster. Several buildings should be demolished and turned into parking. That's not going to happen, as it is very obvious that the corporate owner cares more about money from rented units than anything else.

Harbor Creek is a great property. It's the quietest residence I've ever lived at. I especially enjoy the pool area and community room. Just renewed for the 6th year ??

I have had an amazing experience at Harbor Creek! The staff is lovely and kind. Maintenance is quick and efficient. The apartments are perfect! The complex meets all of my and my wife’s needs! We love our home here!

My overall experience has been good. It’s a safe community. Maintenance is great and the staff helpful. The older units could use some updating.

Great place to live! Lots of upgrades and grounds kept up really nice. Staff is always friendly and willing to help anyway they can. Location is awesome you are right by the highway but far enough off the road.

I have been living at Harbor Creek Apartments for over a year now, and my experience has been mostly positive. The location is convenient, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and easy access to major highways. The apartment complex itself is well-maintained with beautiful landscaping and clean common areas. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and friendly. Whenever I've had an issue, they have addressed it promptly. The amenities, such as the swimming pool and fitness center, are well-kept and add to the overall living experience. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Parking can sometimes be a challenge, especially during peak hours. Additionally, noise levels can be a bit high due to thin walls, but this is somewhat expected in apartment living. Overall, Harbor Creek Apartments offer a comfortable and convenient place to live in Canton.

Maintenance is on point. Some curb appeal issues should be addressed where screens are torn and blinds are broken. Gives a bad look for the community

Love living here! Unfortunately, the cost of the laundry machines just went up but only 2 dryers work well so that was unexpected. Maintenance is always helpful and the office staff are great!

Very peaceful and clean community. Neighbors are great and very friendly. I love sitting on the porch and seeing all the neighbors out walking their pups.

Front office and maintenance crew are stellar. Just dealing with some rude neighbors. It's the risk you take living in an apartment complex. I've lived here for 4 years and things were ideal ideal until rude neighbors moved above me.

Great place to live. Location is awesome and community is friendly and kept up very well. Pool area is very relaxing! Staff is always doing activities for residents and getting everyone to mingle. They are always helpful when you need something!

Staff are very friendly but can’t assist with noisy neighbors. Pool is too small for this size of complex. Apartment does not have good insulation so hear neighbors.

The community is nice and also quiet. Maintenance does a great job with work order turn around (48 hr or less). Clean and kid friendly! With a great school district.

Been a resident since 2011. Great place to live and so close to the highways. Great location yet sits back on the road so you have the quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well

I am generally pleased with living here. The new tenants above me on the third floor do not consider that someone lives beneath them. The noise stamping I think elephants are running above me.

I've been living here for 7 years now and I still love it. The maintenance crew is amazing. Can't beat the pool too! I'm glad I signed my lease again.

office staff is wonderful. the maintenance staff is great and does a great job. lots of events throughout the year to bring the community together.

I really have loved my experience as a resident here. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Any time there is maintenance issues they are dealt with same or next day always! You can tell they really care for the community!

Staff is very supportive with any questions you have and maintenance is very quick to solve an issue when you put a request in! Highly recommend harbor creek!!

We love the Harbor Community. Our only negative feedback is more resident related about not cleaning up after pets. It makes the community gross. If you have an animal clean up after them, it simple don’t get a dog if you don’t want to pick up after them.

Love this place, keep doing great work Harbor Creek. We are loving our screened in patio especially with the weather getting cooler! Greg and his team and amazing!

Everyone has been so nice and helpful. From getting access to meeting some new neighbors. I’m enjoying my new apartment and I’m looking forward to decorating.

Great community and family friendly. But also peaceful. Great location many shopping areas near by. If you have children there is a Great school district.

I am entering my 6th year at Harbor Creek and I am very happy to be a resident here. The location is great. The property is lovely. The staff are wonderful, it's very quiet and l and I feel very safe in this gated community.

Harbor Creek is getting a face lift! It’s already looking so nice! They are pressure washing the buildings and trimming the trees and putting new pine straw down! Thank you for making Harbor Creek a wonderful place to live!

Our neighborhood is peaceful and clean. I hope to be able to attend one of the fun community events soon! They look like a lot of fun! The maintenance team is quick to help any time there is a concern and the office staff are always nice.

Overall it’s not a bad place to live on a temporary basis. Office staff and maintenance is very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the pool is not big enough for the size of complex. No fault of the complex that I have very noisy neighbors upstairs but I guess there are pros and cons to being on the lower level. Lol

Love the front office people. Bit rent keeps going up and conditions deteriorating. My door lock has been broken for 4 months. No one seems to know how to fix it. I have original carpeting that sorely needs replacing. So many places have mildew and need to be pressure washed. I swept our outside staircase myself tonight. And tried to wipe down the outside walls with a cleaner with bleach. And still the rent keeps going up. I love all the people in the office but some things really need to be taken care of

The property in beautiful! Maintenance is top notch! We love the smart home hub and how it's made our life so much easier. The ladies in the office are always so helpful.

We overall like this community. It feels safe and family oriented. The staff is mostly kind. Maintenance has always been great. We have had a few issues with things not being communicated by staff or struggling to find parking. But overall, they have some of the Best rent rates with the size and quality of the apartments that you can find

I really enjoy living here. The staff is incredible and always are incredibly nice. It’s in a good spot relative to the surrounding settings.
