League City endured countless name changes since its settlement in the mid-1800s, but today its image has been solidified as one of the top cities in Texas for residents on the job hunt. Historic homes and luxurious apartments dot the city landscape, and vintage railroad section houses have been remodeled into parks and recreation offices. This suburban locale is great for families and popular with beach-goers who want to live more affordably near the coast.
Top-notch public schools, an abundance of single family homes, and low crime rates have given rise to a strong sense of community. League City is fortunate to have two major malls located within 10 minutes. Baybrook Mall and Bay Colony Town Center provide residents with an incredible variety of retail options and restaurant choices. With so much to do and see in and around League City, it’s easy to see why people from all over Texas flock here.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us at Harbor Walk Apartments. We're happy we could meet your expectations!
The maintenance was never great to begin with, but now it's near impossible to even get them to look at what the request was made for. They either let the request sit there (I've had one sit unanswered for 8 or 9 months) or they will wait for a few months and then close out the request. The amount of money they charge, and they can't even do basic maintenance requests in a timely manner, if even at all. What a joke.

Hi, we truly appreciate your honest feedback. We have made some changes to address your conerns and hope that in time we are able if we haven't already changed your mind.
Office people don’t care this place is disgusting nothing gets fixed they just don’t care! And every other week or even once a week there’s no water and they don’t even notify you about anything at all. DONT MOVE IN
I have lived here for about a year and a half and I'm moving as soon as my lease is up. I have been living with roaches for about 10 months and they won't do what's required to get rid of them nor even act like they care. There's ALWAYS water and boiler issues like not having water or at least hot water. If both are working, the water cycles through extremely HOT and cold every few seconds or minutes. There's issues with the pipes busting which is usually the reason for water doing that. If there's a leak it pools out of the pipes and also the hot water is always somehow streaming out from the actual boiler system and running into a nearby drain. They just slap a band aid on the leaks until the next leak in the same spot and same pipes. We go all day without water some days. If you need anything fixed get ready to wait a very long time for that help to come if they come at all. Its not maintenances fault because they're stretched too thin and they don't have enough help. There's been SERIOUS electrical issues in some of the apartments like having fire shoot out the back of an oven and an entire upstairs unit being flooded. The electrical outlets all need to be replaced because they spark when you try to use them due to the apartment being flooded. They won't fix any of the electrical issues unless fire shoots out of it. This apartment has gone without lights or a/c several times due to the problems but they don't fix the issues they just slap band aids on it. If your apartment does flood, be prepared not to have anything done other than to stop the leak. The clean up is extremely poor and I know of at least one unit that has had issues with black mold and its still not been taken care of. Also, if you sleep past 7:30 am be prepared to be woke up by the lawn guys outside your window with a mower or weed eater once a week. I've asked several times for them not to start til 8 because not everyone is up at 7:30 but they are still outside the window at 7:30 or 7:45. The staff have also changed about 6 times in the year and 9 months I've been here. The management company is having problems keeping any staff here at all whether the staff is quitting, being fired or being pulled somewhere else. Most of the staff have been friendly but we're talking the entire staff here being replaced repeatedly not just one or two. Also, be prepared to have to park in sitting muddy water if you're not lucky enough to get a front parking spot. Don't move here!
When i moved in, I noticed that the blinds that were about 14 feet up in the living room were disgustingly dirty and dusty. It looks like dust and grime has been accumulated for YEARS. I have been asking them to clean my blinds that I cannot reach since i moved in, September 2017. I have asked them 5 or 6 times after that point and it is now almost February 2018 and my blinds still have not been cleaned. But that’s not the worst part... i have a townhome and i have to turn on the upstairs shower in order for the downstairs one to get warm. Even then, sometimes that doesn’t work and I have to take a COLD shower. So both showers don’t work well so everyone has to share ONE shower that may or may not work that evening. When i asked maintenance about this, they said it was basically “first come, first serve” and that all the apartments were connected to the same water supply so whoever showered first would get the hot water. So if you enjoy taking cold showers, you should move here!! If not, look elsewhere.

Thank you so much for the feedback. Our goal is to ensure that all of our residents have a positive living experience in their apartment home. My name is Jonathan Piche, and I would love the opportunity to talk with you about your concerns. Please feel free to come by the office or call us at 281-332-4089. Thank you.
In the past four years I have had my share of problems with the maintenance and neighbors. At the end of 2016 the property was sold and new management came in.We have seen a lot of improvement made to the property with new owners. The maintenance is a lot quicker to repair things.I have not noticed any shifty looking neighbors with this management. (Higher standard of records it seems) I will say my rent has gone up a lot over these years with no violation to my contract-lease in good standings.I will also say most all my neighbors have pets and don't clean up after them like they should.Watch your step if you walk in the grass our let your kids on the play areas.
Harbor Walk is an older property but I am very impressed how well the new management and maintenance are keeping up with everything. It quite and the office and maintenance staff makes you feel very welcome. I just renewed my lease!! I would recommend this place to my friend and family.
Worst Apartments ever. There are rats, bugs and I even saw snakes. Minimal amount of maintenance with leaks in the buildings. Absolutely no cleanliness. Leave and mud on pathways. No matter how many times you call the manager, she pretends that they are working on to get your apartments problem fixed. Hate it here.
Family friendly! I like living here, been here for about three years now. It's close to the schools and my kids have lots of friends that live here too. The staff is great and have gone out of their way to make things happen for me. My apartment is like a new home for me and my children.
I've lived here for 8 months. Management and office staff have been switched out 3 times. I put in work orders for maintenance, no one ever comes to fix anything, but I receive emails saying that my work orders have been completed. I don't recommend renting here.
I have been trying to get my A/C fixed since the day I moved in. They keep saying they'll fix it, but never do. I have been living with no air in this Texas heat for 9 months. To this day it is still broken. I beg and plead for it to be fixed. I have a 3 year old with asthma, and it has been affecting his health. I have called the corporate office to complain, they don't care either. The only reason I'm still living here is because I cant afford to have a broken lease on my record. I cant wait to get out of here!!!!
