I moved in April 15th, 2022 and the first day the roaches here and there. Come night time they were everywhere. Dishwasher didn’t work, bedroom smell liked urine, mold in vents and more. All problems I experienced DAY 1

Have been here just under a year and they’re raising my rent by almost $400. Way overpriced for what it is. The grounds are filthy and littered with trash and dog poop. The dumpster breaks frequently and garbage gets piled up for days. There was a roach problem the first day I moved in and they wouldn’t send pest control. Maintenance never shows up, I’ve only had one working toilet and no bedroom door knob. All of the amenities are locked up in the afternoons when the office closes, making them effectively useless if you work a typical job. The amenities are often broken anyway. There are cigarette butts in the walkways and many of the outside lights have been broken for months. The apartments themselves are nothing special—small rooms, no counter space in the bathrooms or kitchen, crappy, splattered paint jobs and threadbare, stained carpets. The bath tubs are stained all over and have cracks, and all the fixtures are bare-bones builder-grade crap. The walls are thin, I can hear my neighbor snoring at night. The parking spaces are limited in areas and unassigned, and spaced too close together. The bumpers on my new car have been heavily damaged by neighbors slamming into them while trying to back out. No security cameras and no way of knowing who was responsible. I only chose this place because it was close to work and affordable. Without the affordability, I’m getting out.

We got told a quote before we decided to choose this apartment and then when we decided this one was the one our price went up 300 dollars. But we were like oh well we need a place so we went with it and when we moved in there was restrictions on the amenities so we couldn't use them because they were closed or were only open during office hours of 9-3 during the summer. We get all important things like (alligator in the pond, you have this much in your account) shoved into our door as papers and not emailed so anyone could read the papers if they wanted. When we renewed out lease it was a paper shoved in the door and the price went up almost 300 a month and we have no clue why. 0ackages are delivered to your apartment and several have been delivered delivered the wrong apartment and and just keep your items and you can't ask for a refund because they say it was signed for.. And then now we have a fire Hazzard stove and our dryer doesn't dry and multiple other issues we have reported to maintenance and they haven't even bothered to show up and fix anything. We only have one month left and we are not renewing.
Me and my husband are looking to move out of state for his job in the military and I got helpful and friendly service from Catherine. Service has been 5 star!
We moved in here a few months ago after PCSing from NAS Pensacola. Our move was not an easy one! Our first place fell through and we needed to find a new place quickly... Randy and the staff here were our biggest help! They gave us a tour and showed us the available units right away, and answered any and all of our questions. We were able to sign a lease and move in the very next day! The apartments here are in a beautiful quiet location and are absolutely ideal for families! We love our apartment and have not had a single issue. However the maintenance staff here is awesome and would take care of any problems you had right away! Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great apartment!

I love living here! I don’t have a single complaint about it. The staff here are so friendly and are more than happy to help whenever you need! The pool and grill area are really nice to hang around and I absolutely love the golf simulator! Loved it so much I referred a friend to live here!!!

We recently moved to Harbor One Apartments after being away from the Low Country for many years. Moving is never easy but the wonderful and Professional staff at Harbor One made the task much easier. Phillip our leasing agent was very professional, patient and understood our need to make sure that we were choosing the right location. Sharon the Property Manager is very hard working and really cares about the property and community members. She is always available and ready to resolve any concerns that we have had in a friendly and professional manner. Salathia the leasing associate and administrative staff member is is very friendly and provided us with a follow-up call to make sure that all was well with our new apartment and to provide further assistance if needed. I have even had a chance to meet a member of their regional staff and a wonderful conversation with her about life and current and future property upgrades. Not only are we pleased with the staff ar Harbor One, we are also very pleased with our apartment. The apartment was very clean when we moved in. The appliances were BRAND NEW or just like new. The units comes with a full size new or just like new washer and dryer. We also love our floor plan. All of the units come with a sunroom which provides additional space. The property is also a few yards away from a pond and from the Port Royal Sound/Broad River. The views of the sound and beautiful downtown Beaufort are spectacular. The most impressive part of our experience is how open and welcoming the management staff and regional team members are to our concerns and inquiries. i.e. They did not take any offense to our inquiry about their plans to power wash the buildings. In fact, the staff assured us that they have already scheduled the power washing and within a few days after our move in, their professional Maintenance team was already preparing the community for the upcoming power wash. So please, do not allow a little dust to dissuade you from moving here. I work from home and I can assure you that I have seen the hard work that each staff members contributes to making sure that Harbor One remains a top community. *NOTE: I was not paid for this review. As a new resident, this is my true experience thus far with the Harbor One staff and community.

This apartment price is going up while you are living with cockroaches. They are everywhere inside and outside your door. They need to lower their price, it really does not worth what they are asking for.

If i could rate this place a 0 star I would. This place is filled with roaches and the building is very old. Inside my apartment there are mold. The inside of the apartment looks really old and dirty, the picture they have online is definetly NOT what it looks like. Don’t be fooled. Also, they are money hungry people. They will take your money so don’t even bother moving here. They are only nice at first because they are trying to get you to sign with them but after you sign, they are not nice to you anymore. The manager is very rude and won’t even listen to what you say. She is also not always at the office so it is very hard to get a hold of her. Also beware of hidden fees!
Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. I’ll be moving ASAP. Shoddy maintenance work, litter everywhere, and constantly raising rents for “upgrades.” Management doesn’t care about you once you sign the lease. The apartment is practically falling apart yet they call it a “renovated” unit. Ridiculous price for what you get.
When I moved here last summer, it is a horrible place to live. . Things never get fixed. It took them almost a year to fix AC and had power bills over $300 , Lots of new promised made with new management. Well, new management has taken over year to replace the crappy AC that looked like a salvage yard pick up. Dishwasher does not work. Two requests to fix the fridge and an apt full of stinking food later, the fridge has had to be replace with a dented salvage yard piece of crap. They added new counter tops and ceiling fans and want to call it luxury apt. and it's MISERABLE. . The new lady who works in the office is extremely rude, not helpful, and just mean. We have mold in our apartment, our AC has broken multiple times and our bathroom flooded multiple times We are considering breaking our lease because it's that bad! Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else!
This place is honestly a dump. The pictures you see on their website are NOT what actually exists. They have painted over our white countertops, rendering them incapable of cleaning. The appliances are outdated, and they won't address it unless you tell them that you need what you pay for to work. They make major updates to vacant apartments and do not offer them to current tenants, leaving us wondering we're paying the same or similar rent prices for apartments with older features than those in our unit.

When I moved here in January everyone was very nice. Now that new management has came they are very rude . Increasing rent, making people move and are very unprofessional . I would not recommend anyone to this place. Especially military families.
I have live here for over seven years very nice gym use everyday the staff is very friendly and professional know there job very well
