Worst community to move in office staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL i only been here a month and im leaving!!!! To start they moved me in an apartment that was not ready carpet was not properly cleaned toilet did not flush tissue down they gave me no mailbox key no visitors parking pass no pool pass for my daughter an it was no air conditioning which caused me to be hospitalized TWICE!!!! They did not care about me and my 5 year old daughter getting sick because of the air they failed to have fixed before i moved in then they blamed the air not working on a storm which was bull i have several friends in the neighborhood who had air and the neighbors in my building also had air..... i have seen 2 mouses in the laundry room the apartments Are infested with roaches DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! These unprofessional people are all about making money and screwing the residents over!!! They will be nice when you are touring the property but when that lease is signed they do not care about you!!!
This apt complex is disgusting, my boyfriend has been complaining about mice for a while and nothing was done about it. The rental office workers are very rude. We woke up this morning and found that the mice had eaten threw our clothes. This is the worst complex to live in, also they have not renewed his apt like the did the other apts.
They are know for putting notices on the building wall versus on the apartment doors, they are plenty of kids in the neighborhood so many times you don't even get the notice because the paper was torn down before you've seen it. They put a notice up the day before they are gonna do something in your place, which doesn't give you ample tine to move things especially if you don't get off work til after 5 and get home late. Management is unprofessional and rude. This says that they are open on sundays but they are not. It's hard to even get things fixed in the place.
Well I love the apartment but rent is getting a little steep I can afford but its alot mor bills
This apartment complex is average. The maintenance could be a little better for the inside of the apartments but the outside up keeping is gorgeous. Everything inside is electric including stove..all other utilities are included except electricity. Pet friendly. Shopping center located right across the street. Elementary school..middle school..and high schools in the area are excellent..metro access is available and a train station is within 5 miles also you are only about 5 minutes away from the National Harbor!!!!
I rate my apartment a 1 star not even that its small my kitchen is very small not enough cabinet space toilet have to be flush twice.I was approved for a two bedroom apartment but at the last minute they said it was no more two bedrooms available so I had to take the one bedroom. I was upset because I was looking forward to the two bedroom apartment. I pay my rent on time and not once been late. I'm still in search for a two bedroom apartment Help
Perfect for me. I am 21 yo and out on my own and this is perfectly priced a great location, near all shopping I need and transportation if I need it. Minutes close to everything
