As one of the oldest cities in the United States west of the Appalachians, Cincinnati offers residents contemporary urban living in a historic, distinctive setting. One of the oldest cities in the US houses an influential youth culture. Students, professionals, artists, and musicians of all walks of life come to the southwest corner of Ohio to live and work. College and professional sports are wildly popular, with the Bearcats of the University of Cincinnati, the Reds, and the Bengals enjoying huge fan bases in their hometown.
Renters and visitors alike will delight in attractions like the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Newport Aquarium, and the city’s iconic zoo. The annual Oktoberfest is one of the biggest celebrations of its kind outside of Munich, drawing thousands to the streets to celebrate the city’s German heritage.

Property Ratings at Harbour Cove Apartments
The property manager does NOT manage or take care of issues. Picks favorites to take care of. Leaves black mold all over the apartments. Talks to women like he is superior to them and has zero respect. Will speak to men just fine. Makes issues and lies about it. Can't ever get through to the actual Sundance Property people. Nothing for kids to do. Not even allowed to have chalk. So either risk ticks in the woods or getting hit by a car. DO NOT MOVE HERE. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN
I’d give zero stars if I could, I had black mold all over my apartment and every time the rain was heavier than a drizzle my sliding door leaked
we lived at harbor cove in building 540 apt E from November 2017until October 2019 living with black mold due to the sliding glass door leaking every-time it rained as if someone turned on a facet , we had brought it up to management (Corry) who would continuously push back getting the work done for months and as far as October 2019 there is still massive amounts of black mold that I would watch continuously grow while we waited for it to get taken care of while having a younger toddler to worry about breathing it in , Corry also will talk to men better and with more respect then talking to women and I have talked how he talks to women differently with 3 family’s living there who say the same this Also if you have kids make sure you dont let them outside to play because I was told by Corry it wasn’t safe because of the chemicals that he pays for every month that they spray which is have video proof of him saying that as well , we have had issues with our upstairs neighbor (Tim) who would repeatedly harass myself and my family he tried to fight my husband on multiple occasions for no reason he would also spit down at us while on the porch so if you live there watch out for him because he lies like its his job he also tried to brake check me on 125 while trying to go to the store then called the cops to the apartments to in Order to try to manipulate that as well but I have the whole this recorded to show the cops or management but they don’t care if you have proof they only care about who has been there longer which is completely unacceptable so just a little insight to what you’re really getting yourself into moving into such a hell hole and anytime we would bring up issues with anything even if we had picture or video proof of the harassment we were told that we were the ones who were going to be getting in trouble out if things didnt stop, so watch your backs and make sure you get a lawyer to make sure that they don’t treat you the way we have been treated while living there , and since moving out about a month ago our entire life has gotten 100% better not having to live under the stress of living in such a terrible place btw Tim also tried to fight the landlord (Cory) so they are not allowed to speak to each other and yet he is still allowed to live there which even the cops who would have to come over false reports made by Tim cant fathom why Harbour cove still allows him to be there
Property Manager at Harbour Cove Apartments, Responded To This Review
We are disappointed to read your comments about Harbour Cove. I reached out to both the Property Manager and the Regional Manager to review your full history at the property; should you be interested in discussing that, please do call either manager or our central office. We wish you the best moving forward.
I’m up all night every night. Neighbors are immature and I hope they grow up soon. So noisy every night at this time. Told the apartment manager he does nothing the building 520 has apartments open but if I was you just turn the page and don’t give this place a second thought if I could get back all of the money I have wasted on this place i would leave now I definitely would save the trouble might I add it’s 11:11 at night it’s only supposedly two male adults living up there my kids are quieter than grown people it’s very very sad did I add that the apartment manager does not care only works here for a paycheck
I have lived at Harbour Cove for just over 2 years now and I have enjoyed living here and the Apartment Manager is easy to deal with. Me and my son have enjoyed the space and it is very nice here. Phyllis the Apartment Manager is easy to deal with and if there is ever an issue I just let her now about it and she takes care of it. The complex is very nice and well taken care of. I have lived in other Apartment Complexes and this is the nicest one I have lived so far.
Do not rent from these monsters. You will end up having to take a loan out to pay for their expenses. I moved out and they are making my family pay the full amount for 7 year old carpet! They said the life expectancy of carpet is 20 years!!! Also if you move out you are in charge of painting or paying for them to paint. So we are out $1032 for them to fix an apartment we lived in for 4 years. Place is joke management sucks Phyllis's the manager lies to you!! Never move here ever.
I loved at Harbour cove for over 4 years, when we first moved it it was a process.... Heavy screening, background checks, we had a mantinence man to check on everyone etc. then one day miller Valentine' mgmt stopped managing and premier took over, now there no screening they let anyone live at the units! All our neighbors moved and we ended up having loud, rude, neighbors that stayed up at 5 am. The worst part of it all was they fired our mantinence man Randy! He was the best thing about this company and made sure everyone was safe and happy. So premiere came in ruined everything and then had a large amount of extra money to BLOW so they re did all the apartments, which is cool but the neighbors sucked the management sucked and I felt un safe and sketched out living there with heroine Addicts as neighbors. So I put my 30 day notice in leave the apartment, never missed a payment for rent, perfect resident. And now premiere wants to charge me $567 for "damages" done to my apartment when there was no damages just normal wear and tear for 4 years of living. So when we moved in the carpet was 3 years old making the carpet 7 years old when we left... Premiere is trying to make us pay $742 for their dumb 7 year old carpet? Also charges $210 to repaint the walls because the hand prints. Never ever think about renting from premiere rentals they will screw you no matter what. Also you will be livin with 7 old carpet and that's disgusting and unsanitary! This apartment is perfect for anyone who wants to be robbed, sketched out, and most importantly be taken advantage of. Never ever ever work with premiere management, I will make sure everyone in Cincinnati knows this!
