He listened attentively to my needs, offered expert advice, and delivered prompt solutions with a smile. Every aspect of the experience was seamless, and I left feeling valued, impressed, and eager to return!
What can I say Mr. Hilton is the man he is the man he helped find an apartment we can call our home it will be truly uplifting. Mr. Hilton also has a smile on his face and a wonderful sense of humor. He gave us a tour around the complex I really enjoy the clubhouse and the gym and pool
A brand new refitted fitness center with new equipment and 24 hours. A massive pool makes swimming fun and two tennis courts which can also facilitate pickle ball is amazing. A kids playground and entertainment center is also a wow. The location is safe and well surrounded with supermarkets and schools and Pembroke lakes mall within 1.5 miles
This place has so many upgrades in recent times since Cortland took over management. New and improved fitness facility, massive pool two tennis courts and a kids playground. The new entertainment center is also super fun. Been here a few years and my family is safe and the space is perfect.
best moving decision ever. Absolutely safe and friendly. Clean big pool, bbq grills available, tennis courts, playground for the kids.
Harbour Cove (now Cortland), Since the new management took over, I enjoy being part of the community so much more. They are doing a great job.

I have been living at Harbor Cove for about 2 years. And the new management company which is Cortland is phenomenal. Joseph & Bianca is the perfect duo for the company. I love where I live but the community has changed a lot. And not for the good. Some people don’t care how they live and think throwing litter everywhere instead of in the garbage and not cleaning up behind their animals that is not cool. Now we have people stealing our wheels off of cars this is a problem that needs fixing. We didn’t have this going on so bad before.

Safe and decent neighborhood with lots of families. We didn’t have much complaints. Everyone is respectful towards everyone for the most part. Parking can be an annoyance.

Need more parking spots! Need more parking spots for residents!.. this community has a serious parking problem, I pay a high rent and pay on time and am inconvenienced with not having a parking spot most of the times.

Our experience overall has been good. The place is kept up to date maintenance-wise. The office and maintenance teams are great at addressing issues or concerns. Our only real issues are the increasing rates and no loyalty to longer-term residents with good payment histories.

Always a Happy Tenant. Maintenance never cease to amaze me. Any issues are always resolved right away. The Management in the leasing office are always apt to correct all issues. Would definitely be renewing my lease next year. My family loves the community and access to all amenities.

Great community. Been here almost 3yrs and the experience has been positive. Any issues in the units are usually taken care of right away, typically next day by the maintenance team. 24hr on call maintenance for all emergencies. Glad to be apart of Harbour Cove.

It is a good Condominium located excellently in Pembroke Pines with everything nearby: supermarkets, service stations, shops, restaurants and schools. Briana's attention in the Administration is excellent. Harbour Cove has a swimming pool, gym, playground, tennis and volleyball courts.

Good community to live with your family. The pool is really nice and also the barbecue place is a plus. Happy to live here. My son loves spending time in the gym everyday which needs upgrades on the machines.

So far it has been a good experience . Grounds are well kept. Amenities are nice and convenient. Apartments are upgraded, great size. Good size laundry room as well.

"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator and four story covered parking garage. . I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails.
