Property Ratings at Harbour Ridge Apartments
While the property and most of the other residents are nice, I can't recommend this place to anyone. I have been dealing with an AC issue since April 2023. I was out of the house when I got a notification that the AC was fixed. When I got back it seemed like the work wasn't done and thought it was mistakenly marked as completed. I emailed the office staff letting them I did not think the work was done and they sent an unprofessional response (a very common theme with these two). I was not home most of that summer so I didn't ask for it to be repaired again. But this April I sent in another request to have it repaired. My roommate was told by maintenance that they would come out in May to look at it. He has not come to the apartment since. I emailed the office staff again and told them they are neglecting to make proper repairs. Their response was unprofessional and shows a lack of commitment to their advertised "features and amenities of luxury." They told me that the unit is "livable and habitable" and that "The weather has been quite nice so hopefully you have had all your windows open to enjoy the great crossbreeze and enjoying the fresh air." They are unfortunately mistaken about getting a cross breeze in this unit as the typical winds are from the south, the only wall in the unit that does not have a window. Additionally, the windows are not fully sealed and let in many bugs. In the winter you better be prepared to deal with whatever snow falls as the property does not get cleared often or well. If it past normal business hours or on a weekend you will need to go out and shovel the sidewalks and clear a path around your car. The plows will push the snow towards your car and will leave a giant hill behind/in front. On a positive note they do supply plenty of salt.
I would not recommend moving into this apartment complex. I lived here for two years and the management is very unprofessional, rude, and snobby. They are constantly ignoring your calls and emails then once you finally do get ahold of them they have a horrible attitude. I would recommend finding a different complex to rent from.
Spacious, Quite, clean, irrigation system so lots of beautiful grass. Landlords are very nice good neighbors. Very low crime. Landlords are very prompt on any repairs/needs. Would love to have them add a dog park though. We have the room, but at least there's plenty of space to play/walk your dog
