Property Ratings at Harbour Town
I loved living at Harbour Town. My unit was spacious, with plenty of storage via large closets and ample cabinets. The best part of living here was the location: you can walk to Pick N Save and Target! My third floor unit had a beautiful view of UW’s agricultural field. The only reason I left was so I could adopt a cat. I can’t recommend this place enough!
The location is perfect for walking to grocery stores and biking to West side business’s for work. Also loved the in unit washer/dryer and underground parking! Would have stayed if wasn’t moving to another town.
The location is very convenient, across the street from Pick n Save, Target, etc. The property manager Bill is very helpful, he takes care of maintenance requests promptly. There is also covered parking for no extra charge!!
Lived here for two years and only have good things to say. The buildings are well-kept and cared for. The lobbies, common areas, and halls are always clean. The apartments themselves are very spacious on the inside. The high ceilings make the rooms feel big and open. The balcony is a good size, too, with plenty of space for patio furniture. The pool and surrounding area are beautiful, always clean, and never too busy. This was a huge bonus! The property managers and maintenance staff are super friendly and always helpful. We never had to wait more than 24 hours on a maintenance request. I also love that the apartments are conveniently right across the street from the Prairie Towne shopping center but still manage to feel secluded from the traffic and volume happening around the stores. My first year here, I was lucky enough to have an apartment facing the Agricultural Research fields owned by UW. The view from my balcony was open land and colorful sunsets year-round. My second year I lived in an apartment facing the street but the trees planted between the complex and the street do a great job of separating you from traffic and made me feel like I was living in a cozy tree house! Altogether a beautiful, safe, and friendly place to live. And all this comes at a very fair price for the West side of Madison.
Harbour Town is well kept and the landlord is awesome. Prices are comparable to other unite around the area. Great views and peacefulness due to the UW fields. Great location with quick acess to the beltline and the west side of madison. Felt safe the entire time I was here. Overall a great place to live.
Harbour Town Apartments has been a wonderful home for over 5 years. With beautiful views of the UW Research fields on the west side of the building, I have enjoyed many peaceful sunset dinners from my private balcony (feeling as though I’m miles away from a city). As someone who loves walking and bike riding, I have also enjoyed being just steps away from Target, a grocery store, restaurants and a lovely neighborhood with sidewalks, a bike lane and a park (or an easy 15 min commute to downtown Madison). Both quiet and conveniently located - truly the best of both worlds! The neighbors are friendly, the hallways are kept clean and I have always felt very safe around the property. The building is brick outside, which has kept my apartment cozy and warm during the winter. The few maintenance requests I have sent over the years were all taken care of within hours, even on weekends. Bill has been very accommodating and flexible, always easy to work with. I feel very lucky that I came across Harbour Town when I first moved to Madison. Having a nice, comfortable, stress-free place to call home made my transition to a new city easier than I ever imagined.
Loved the time that I spent living in these apartments! The 1 bed/1 bath apartment I lived in was spacious and the neighbors were great. Management staff was easy to talk to and quick to get in touch with. The only reason I moved out was to be closer to family and friends. Otherwise, I could have stayed here forever!
The place is clean and the staff is pretty good at responding to fix requests. Being next to a grocery store and Target is especially convenient. The neighbors are nice too.
