I called and emailed the management about upgrading my apartment so many times and I’ve never gotten a reply. I’ve gotten an eviction notice on my door after I had called or emailed someone in the office about being late on rent (I was late only one time). And I called the next day and she told me that she’ll write a note. I’ve been here for about 8 months now and I can’t wait until my lease is up so I can move out. There’s roaches in my living room and kitchen and my bathroom and I’m a clean person. If you’re thinking about moving here don’t. I honestly thought that I’ll have a washer and dryer and dish washer, but this apartment doesn’t have one in unit for a one bedroom. They didn’t even tell me that the one bedrooms don’t have a washer dryer or dish washer in the unit. They gave me a card and I have to put money on it in order to use the washer and dryer in the facility. I’ve been renting a few apartments for a couple of years and I feel like this one is the worst of the few that I’ve lived in
Beware!! Save your money!! After spending $140 they denied me for some eviction on my record for 2018.. when I have never been evicted before in my life!!! A background check done within a couple hours and not accurate?!?! Really?!? How unprofessional!!!
I lived here for a year and it was my first apartment. I was looking for a rent that was not crazy expensive so that I could save but just to save a couple hundred I regret living here. Some of the staff members, Liliana & Rocio were horrible people to work with. Liliana lied about the work orders I would submit to maintenance by saying they were “working on it” when she was too lazy to relay the message to maintenance & do her job as they didn’t even know what I was talking about. I had to wait weeks for something to get done. Rocio had a disgusting attitude and showed no empathy towards anything I was saying to her. I had to purchase countless bottles of RAID to kill what seemed thousands of roaches because their fumigation would only bring more roaches to the party. They would fall on my head while showering. They were in my fridge & FREEZER. I had to throw away so much DRY FOOD like RICE out because they were everywhere. In the room, in the living room. The smell was penetrated in my home. Worst place I’ve ever lived in. They don’t show any empathy or concern towards tenants. At first it’s all unicorns & rainbows until you move in. They only want your money and won’t take care of you or anyone for that matter.
used to live here and the management is terrible ! the property has rats and they rely on the tenants to and i quote “get a cat”.
My family and I are current residents and can't wait to get out of here. We have been here less than a year. Maintenance is very slow to fix anything. Even if water is literaly pouring into your bathroom from upstairs (still not fixed by the way and has been going on for 4 MONTHS). But HEAVEN FORBID the wind blow some trash or leaves onto your front porch while you're at work They're real quick to put a notice on your door telling you to clean it up or they could evict you. The office staff is nice, but it's just not enough to make me want to stay here any longer then I have to. If we had the over $2000 it would cost to break our lease we would in a heartbeat.
Don’t move here. Even the simplest thing as transferring from one apartment to another is going to be the most complicated thing to do with them. We had the worst experience.

AND THEY HAD NEVER FIX ANY OF MY ISSUES AND WHEN YOU GO TALK TO THE OFFICE STAFF OR THE MANAGER THEY IGNORE YOU AND PUSH YOU OUT THE DOOR. THERE'S BUGS EVERYWHERE EVEN RATS! THE POLICE LITERALLY LIVES HERE! THERE'S ALWAYS SOMETHING BAD GOING ON. AT FIRST THEY WILL TRY TO BUY YOU OFF BUT DON'T FALL FOR IT! YOU WILL BE SIGNING YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE...... YOU WILL NOTICE ALL THIS EMPTY APARTMENTS .... THERE'S A REASON WHY.......
I would never recommend this place to any one. The pictures online are great and in person too but once you move in it turns into a nightmare. i moved here out of state ive been here 2 months since I've been here I've noticed lots of apartments empty, squatters, pigeons, roaches, rats, cheap a.c. units that dont work they jus switch them out of vacate Apts and they still don't work they have so many back orders of Maintenance details for all the apartments and they only have two maintenance guys to fix it they fired all the help that they had because they turned into a new company and its no better if I would have known this before I moved in here I would have never moved here everyone keeps padsing the buck but nobody's taking care of what really needs to be important which is the safety and comfort of your home the staff gets to go home to their lovely homes while we suffer everybody acts like they're going to take care of it but nothing seems to be happening can't wait til my lease is up or they break my contract theses Apts need to be torn down.

Horrible place to live, maintenance is very lazy there is one guy that actually does his job but most of them sit inside their office doing nothing. the porters don't clean up instead they complain about the tenants and saying they are making the mess when its just trash from the garbage blowing around the parking lot. The sidewalks are filled with gravel and rocks because porters do not sweep the sidewalks making it easy to slip and off i know a couple people that have hurt themselves. Some of the apartment buildings look abandoned because the windows are covered with boards because the windows are broken out. There are a lot of druggies in the complex walking around all day and night. People digging in the trash cans. Maintenance pays druggie's to do there work. They try to illegally evict you from your apartment for having guests over. All in all do not live there.

They tried raising rent on a year lease. You only see the models , not your future unit. BUGS. Cops and helicopters often! homeless people stabbing in units. ENTIRE BUILDING CAUGHT FIRE. No storage! Broken appliances.
We have been threatened by drug dealers. have had a chair thrown thru our window, and at one point had no hot water in January for 11 days. The management doesn't do its job and this is a horrible place.
These apartments keep getting worse and worse as they change management!! It seems like they like to give eviction notices at random regardless if you paid on time. The past few months I've been getting eviction notices on my door, although I've paid my rent on time EVERY SINGLE MONTH I've lived here. I called the office after receiving the first notice, and supposedly "fixed" the issue. Then I get another notice for the same month!! Then I get another notice for the next month, though I paid these at least a week in advance! Then I email the manager regarding this mess (and two new maintenance requests) because no one appears to care to fix this simple issue. It has been TWO WEEKS and still no response, and nothing resolved. I went into the office the other day asking for a response to my email, and was assured me I'd get a reply. Well, turns out it's been two days now, no response, and the manager is gone until next Monday (the office closed early, without any notice given to residents). On top of that, I called their management company, 707 Property Management, no response to my voicemail in 3 days, so I left another today. Earlier this year, I had to call at least FOUR TIMES to get a maintenance request completed over several weeks. These guys have been on Channel 13 at least twice, and not for good things. A third time may be coming. Good thing my lease is up next month.

New management, Up-grades very nice, (your entire unit if you like) surprisingly quite, even with kis around. Tucked away from traffic, shopping plaza 4 blks away. Rents are very managable. Diamond in the ruff for the buget wise. I recommend you take a good long look.
