When I moved in I believe a temp was the person who met with me. She told me until I received a parking spot I could park in guest parking, she pointed at uncovered empty spots near the office. She then showed me on a map the same parking spots. I parked there and my car was towed. I now owe 375.00 in towing fees that they refuse to help pay even though one of their employees told me to park there.

Harmony3900 has been a wonderful community to live in. It’s in the perfect location for lots of restaurants and grocery and convenience shopping. Applying and the loving in process was super quick and manageable, the leasing staff was very helpful for the whole duration of the application process. I’ve been living here almost a month now and have absolutely loved it.

Looking, leasing, and move in processes were stressful but made much simpler by Natalie and the leasing office staff. Maintenance quickly fixed any small issues I had at move in, and overall it has been a pretty positive experience. Close access to the freeway, stores, restaurants etc has been nice. Great quality and design to the apartment. Love it here so far.
Harmony has beautiful apartments at affordable rates. They also have a very professional and helpful leasing team. There is a wide range of amenities for the community. I also feel very safe with all the security measures.
Staff is incredibly helpful! My original apartment had its opening date pushed back and I had to be in SLC by a particular date for school. I found Harmony3900 given the extensive filters I checked (i.e. in unit washers, AC, pet friendly, covered parking, etc…). Immediately, I received a response from the office with videos of the units I was interested in as well as unit information. I was in quite a time crunch to move to SLC and the office staff were nothing short of professional, timely, and kind. Luckily, I was able to move in on time and am incredibly satisfied with my unit! Thank you to the office staff!
The maintenance team and all of the staff at 3900 Harmony are great and fast at responding to request and concerns!
I believe children could do better. Staff is by far amongst the most immature adults I've had to deal with.

This place is really nice. The management staff are very nice and helpful with questions or concerns. Full size in unit laundry is an added bonus to their many amenities as well.
I been here since April 2022 and I love it here I love the heated pool hot tub and pool table theater and gym and great neighbors no complaints and my truck hasn't been broken in and knock knock wood hope it stay that way and I recommend anyone to move here 5 start community for sure

The units are the same as every other newly built complex , no guest parking, the mail boxes have different number than the houses ??? Who thought that was a good idea . the maintenance people are amazing. BUT the managers are the most incompetent, inconsiderate people I ever had to deal with. Would not recommend.

Harmony 3900 is everything I was looking for in an apartment— location, price, and amenities. I hope to be here for a good long while.

When they showed us the apartment, we were informed of the extra services that were available to us for free (swimming pool, jacuzzi, rare meeting, etc.) but when we wanted to use the meeting area, we were informed that there was a cost of $300 dollars (with a deposit). of 300) that is $ 600, here they are specialists in hidden or surprise payments.
Make sure to ask all the questions when considering to live here. There are many mandatory upcharges that aren’t explicitly disclosed before you sign as well as questionable re-bills each month. Harmony3900 is a newer development that has a lot to offer but is working through some management and parking logistical problems. If all this works for you, it can be a great place to stay.

I have loved my experience at Harmony 3900. The apartment itself is modern and beautiful. The amenities are great, the gym has a lot of equipment and the pool area is awesome. I have had nothing but a positive experience with the management, Dave was fantastic and he made the move in process as easy as possible.
Find somewhere else to live if you want a reasonable rent and have more than one vehicle.
Close to down town and Trax, hot tub open year round, the kitchen is the best I've had in an apartment, and now I can't live without a thankless water heater.

Do not rent here unless you are comfortable spending $278 for towing. Expect to be towed in your own spot at least twice for NO REASON at all.
I recommend Harmony 3900. The apartments are beautiful and the community seems very friendly. I love all the amenities, and it is so close to the TRAX system.
Overall my experience has been great because of Dave and Robert. They have been really helpful with everything. Dave especially has gone above and beyond expectations

Its nice to move into brand new apartments for once. Ive seen way too many 20 year old roach invested apartments wanting a similar price. These apartments are the cleanest ones i have ever lived in. They also allowed a short term lease so i can move here and look for a house to buy without waiting a year.
If you want to live concerned about your safety EVERY SINGLE DAY then thats the perfect place for you! yes, the apartment and amenities itself its great and all new, but the management is one of the worst I have ever seen! believe me, you wouldn't want to live here like things are now.. I have been living here for a month now, and I have already called the police 3 times because I was trying to enjoy the clubhouse and there was a homeless sleeping on the couch so I couldn't. they leave little rocks at the door so they can go and come back when they please and now they even put a TAPE at the door so the door won't close and they can come to sleep at nigh inside the building. we already tried to communicate with the manager but all she says is “ I know everything that's happening here" but she don't do anything about it. I even saw once a homeless using the pool to WASH HIS CLOTHING while I was at the gym at night. yeah, what a great view!! the gates where supposed to be closed after works hours a week ago and its not.. there's no visitor parking .. there's a lot more I could say here but I would need the whole day to do it it could be a really great place to live if the manager change and start to take the residents seriously and also treat us respectfully. she is really rude and dont care about all the problems I mentioned up
