Bottomline .. so many bugs from everywhere. You report something and they are rude. Non responsive to emails. My first apartment taught me a lot about renting a new one.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! There are roaches and mice here. The apartment manager does not care. The only thing they want to do, is to ensure the money continues to come in. We have been living with mice and roaches since I first moved into this apartment. We pay for pest control they do not have routine pest control. They will not help you. There are infestations here!! Do not move here!

I'm actually about to become a resident in this Apartment! The ladies in the Leasing office were so Friendly, Accommodating and helpful, especially Paty! Me acabo de mudar y todo ha ido bien, en el proceso incial las chicas de la oficina fueron serviciales, encontre el apartamento en buen estado, el ambiente es tranquilo y acogedor, solo podrian mejorar la limpieza de los pasillos y cambiar los basureros que causan una muy mala impresion por el deterioro, Gracias.
I have all in my life been to an apartment where they charge for maintenance when maintenance is supposed to come with apartments I thought and on the first day I had to sleep in my car because the renters insurance didn't process until the next day and they didn't have no mercy what so ever when I had nowhere to go they won't work with you at all I've seen a big raccoon outside as well as they are roach infested the only person that will help you is Penny she's nice and do what she can once my lease is up I will not come back oh and did I mention they charge you what you want your rent price is not your rent price do not move here
The maintenance is poor, our AC was not cooling for the whole year, and they didn't fix it, so we had to leave there. Full of cockroaches! They charge for utilities much more than other apartments!!! The bath had leakage and it took more than two weeks to fix it!!! Before signing the contract, they seem to be very polite and helpful, but after you sign the contract, they show the other side! NEVER try Sutter Creek.
In last July 2016, I've moved near to work. I thoroughly cleaned the previous apartment (SUTTER CREEK APT)as much as I can I had paid all the rent that was due, My lease had expired when I moved and I had given them ample notice. I had given them my new address but never received any communication from them. Recently I got contacted by collection company said that I own the previous apartment $535, I have contacted them then they told me the charges was about missed keys carpet change ( the carpet was already used and damaged from upstairs apartment flooding ), pool pass and,..... But they already got my $300 deposit they did not contact me directly and ask me or remind me that something is missing specialty I still have the key pool pass. I really felt like since they have the power that can screw any one: PAY us or it will go to your credit. that is not fair.STAY AWAY FROM SUTTER CREEK APARTEMNT
I moved here in Sep 2016 but had to leave before my lease was up due to medical and financial reasons. The staff is awesome they tried so hard to work with me so that I wouldn't be evicted. It would've been a lost worse had they not been so kind and understanding if I could I would come back and live here again. The environment is great the neighbors keep to themselves and it's not very loud I love it.

I moved in April 2016. Moved out mid-October 2016. Bad area, loud, speeding through the parking lots, foundation awful, cracks and doors wont lock properly, cheap paint,it chips from absolutely nothing, a shooting, and BUGS! Had a neighbor move in. Always has his music up & very inconsiderate. Backing into a parking spot he hit my car. His excuse was "I cant see when I back up" ..uh well?? Didn't see the full extent of the damages at first, after he left I saw there was a huge dent in the back end of my car. I approached him about the damages he denied ever meeting me or hitting my car. My ins and the management advised me to get the policr involved. Because a couple days went by and no witnesses they wouldn't do anything. The police left the guy started to yell at me, get in my face, and threaten me. I wont post what he said, but it was enough to make me freeze completely. I am a 90lbs girl living alone, I can't afford to take threats from an almost 300lbs man lightly. I went to the management in tears because this guy really made me feel very uncomfortable and they didn't offer to do anything. They said I have to give a 2 month notice before moving out. I would have to pay two months and a break of the lease fee.They told me to call the police again. I was being forced to live next to him. The police wouldn't do anything because he didn't physically harm me. That night he decided it was a good night to have some more male friends over. The only reason I knew is because yet again they were being loud and rowdy. I felt even more uncomfortable and decided to leave for the night. I found different living arrangements and told management. Even though I can't comfortably live there, I still have to pay two months of rent and had to get all of my stuff out and turn they keys in before November 1st when technically I'm paying for it until January... The fact that the apartments are allowing people like that individual to move in there, I will never recommend these apartments to ANYONE. No one wants their property that that they work hard for to be able to get destroyed and to live in fear because you tried to make right of a wrong situation.
Honestly this property is one of the worst to live in .. Wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. They always try to charge you extra for no reason and they aren't very organized I've had so many bad experiences w the office. Management always has an attitude. Once my lease is over I'm out!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! If you love HORRIBLE and UNMERCIFUL management, bed bugs, roaches, and RATS then hurry and move right on in! I just tried to move out and I showed up at 6 p.m. which is when the office closed. I understand that the office closes at 6 p.m. but when I BEGGED them to please just take my keys and let me check out they just left me BEGGING IN THE STREET. They just kept coming up with every reason to NOT help me. I completely understand that they have lives outside of work and that I could of showed up a few minutes earlier, but the way the just turned their backs on me shows that they have absolutely no compassion for others. I wanted to ask them had anyone ever showed them mercy in their lives??? Could I please have 1 pass?? I get it, it's life, but geeze! So heartless! The place is old, and like I said completely infested with bed bugs (which I didn't have until I moved into this ABOMINABLE place, and had to pay for the treatment), lovely roaches climbing all over your kitchen, and RATS eating all your food. They just need to burn it down and fire EVERYBODY.
I have always loved having a balcony to walk out on smell the fresh air, early in the morning etc. Here at Sutter Creek, walking out on your balcony may get you shot. Swimming in the pool is like swimming in a toxic waste dump, driving your vehicle thought the parking lot may cause you to get a wheel alignment with all the pot holes that you would find on some of the roughest roads in the country. Security Gates that don't secure you in or out, If you'er looking to do a video on Hood Fabulous this is the right destination....
Spacious rooms and awesome walk-in closet. A quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy proximity to shopping centers, parks and the cowboy stadium. It has two big sized pool for relaxation and a recreation park for kids. I would recommend my apartment to any one.
sutter creek is my first apartment experience , moved out when i was 18, and its been almost 2 years since i lived here, and its very nice and affordable and the maintenance people are quick and fast to respond, and the staff is very friendly, theirs some things that are to much like the rules but there just trying to make it nice and for that rules have to play.
I love my apartment. They are not in the best location but the new owners are improving the buildings and being strict with their policy. Everytime I need somthing fixed they are their within 24 hrs to fix it. The office staff is always pleasant and willing to help you. They keep the cub appeal beautiful and the trash picked up. I am so pleased with the new management and owners.
